My order was never delivered, called restaurant and they told me that it had been. Liars. I'm a lorry driver and I was parked on the industrial estate. I went to bed hungry. Ubereats refunded me. Avoid these thieves!

Me and my friends went in to have some lunch. Ordered at 1:30. Waited till 2:40 for our food. Not only that the food was late and they give us two orders of the same item, so one of my friends just ate it, but still got confused because they don’t really say ur name loud. It’s a quiet and poor service. Then they put my name on all of my friends orders so that made all of my friends confused and with good service they should give us buzzers to tell us when I food is ready.

Food is lovely. Nicest pizzas ever.

Ordered via just eat order took an hour and a half which is fine however the food quality was poor the peri burger had no spice was just like eating plain chicken , the wings were shocking and skinny and the chips was probs the best thing

Chicken Fillet burgers are wonderful. Succulent chicken with a soft brioche style bun. Sauces were good too. Some of the spicier offerings can be a little overpowering but not to the point of spoiling the taste. Personal preference I guess. Well worth a visit or order via an app.

This place might look good on the outside, all bright lights and signage. But inside was vile. Customer service was terrible before the food was even served. Food was over priced and luke warm. I was the only person in on what should be a busy Friday evening. That should have warned me about the place but i thought I'd give it a try. How wrong was I . Thank god they are moving to an area that suits them better ! Even then I don't think students on church street will get drunk enough to eat this crap !

I’s my go to place in the area for burgers. You can’t go wrong with a double or triple. Fries are normal but w/ big big portions but the burgers are on par with the ones you get in big cities.

Grand daughter loves it here and has a chat with the staff while they cook our food. Regular visitor

Very disappointed with the food. I ordered a pizza with ham and pepperoni. Ham and pepperoni were old. We also ordered chicken burgers, they were soggy and didn't taste fresh.

ordered some cheesy chips , tasted like chernobyl and smelled like damp socks. Chips felt like the moist fur of a cushion. Wouldn’t recommend.

Not nice at all. Way to expensive. I got a burger and the chicken was not fresh at all. And I thought let me get the chicken strips neql for kids thinking it wouldn't be frozen, but it was, that's why I avoid the chicken nuggets. But this place blew me away didn't ever think you could get frozen chicken strips, but there u go u learn something new everyday.

Lostock Hall King's castle. Went in today. It was so dirty, tables all unclean, mud on all of the stools, the bin inside was overflowing with litter, the milkshakes took about 15 minutes to get to us, they didn't have the main ingredient in one of the milkshakes, the man serving us was not very customer friendly at all. Milkshakes were bland and tasted just like whipped cream. Won't return.

Used to use regular, so thought we would have a treat. Not sure if an off night but garlic bread was burnt and the peri peri wraps where inedible due to undercooked rice. Just went in the bin

Has to be one of the worst burgers I've ever had. It's like a frozen grill steak or rustler. Thought I'd take a 25 minute drive as pictures online look amazing. But that's where it finishes being Amazing. Got a cheap cheese burger and that was just a tasteless frozen looking rustler thing. And then I ordered the daddy. N that was just a frozen burger with a cheap grill steak taste. Chicken was dry as. If ur not to drunk or drugged up that u can taste good food. You'll avoid this place Milkshakes looked fair good bit food was that off the mark I didn't wanna risk one

Use a couple of times a month either walk in or delivery but last 2 online orders have come near stone cold / missing items. We're only half mile away so no excuse for it not to be at least warm. When its hot you can't fault the food at all, awesome burgers. But need to get a handle on deliveries.

Im not a huge fan of pizzas but omg! Tried their pizza and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was lovely the staff can't do enough for you and the pizza and cheesy hash brown pockets were mouthwatering.

Good food, choose three pizza toppings at 22:30 when they were closing. Came quickly, was very tasty and reasonably priced. Interior is incredible. Properly unique. I will be heading back

Ordered here for the first time last night. Food was absolutely delicious, my girlfriend got a hot dog which she rates 5 star, chips were perfect. The only downside was I ordered a burger which arrived wrapped in foil. When I opened it up the bottom of the bun had turned soggy, however the burger itself was really tasty. Will definitely be getting here in future!

No to bad at all really. Newly opened over Christmas 2016 I took my kids there last weekend. It's a bit small inside but has two booths (we used one) and a large table to sit around. I had a regular burger and my kids had chicken burgers. We got there shortly after they had opened and I think they were still waiting on the cooking equipment warning up as the order took about 20 mins to arrive. The food was above average for a small burger joint and certainly better than McDonalds and kebab shops but below that of the tier one burger joints, but at just under £6 per meal (the burgers were quite large too!) it was good value for money. My kids certainly enjoyed it and we'll be going back again soon.

Ordered the hot dog , was lovely and decent bread. Onions were nice and they actually acknowledged the comments and swapped the mustard for ketchup. Great customer service! Also ordered the smoothie with the biscoff- OMG. HEAVEN. definitely want to try the rest too. Also got the waffle roll type things with white chocolate and strawberries. Did feel quite sick at this point 😂 🐷 Only thing missing was we ordered drinks and they didn’t arrive. Delivery took around an hour.

Original burger + regular fries ordered in-store. Was ready in less than 5 mins - super speedy. Fries were outstandingly good. Burger was very tasty/juicy and was still steaming warm after unwrapping it from foil 15 mins later. The burger was a little bit on the sloppy side though with slightly soggy buns - but I think that comes with wrapping it with foil + lots of sauce. Exceptional for the cheap price and the interior is really cool :)

Waited a hour and half for my order only to receive under cooked cold food absolutely disgusting will never order from these again

Quality burgers, pizzas and shakes. Better than most of the standard takeaways in the area. The burgers are really good and nice quality. Choice of menu has something for everyone. Shakes are excellent and the menu contains a wide range of themed shakes.

Dined in and was pleasantly surprised. The service was on point and the staff were polite and professional. The food was served relatively quickly and came out piping hot. Pizzas were really good, the base was seasoned just right and the toppings were full of flavour. The only issue I had which prevented this from being a 5 star was that the Aberdeen Angus beef patties lacked seasoning and they had the same perennial problem as other places service lean meat burgers.... the burgers lacked flavour and were almost characterless. It was rather disappointing because the meat to fat ratio is a real art and only few have perfected that. Sadly this wasn't one of those places. Don't get me wrong, the food was of a really good standard but just lacked that panache with the burgers which would have given it a 5 star. Also the sauces were served in sachets and there wasn't much variety which let's the overall score down. 4 out of 5 is still a very good score and well worth a visit to tick off your list.

We had a fire burger and wow was it hot, amazing decor and the food was amazing. Had a shake too and told the guy at the till to make sure it was thick and it wouldn't come up the straw that's how thick it was but exactly what I wanted. Stayed thick untill I got home. Super service and great food. Lostock Hall are lucky to have this place.

Been here multiple times. Can be quite a wait at times but apart from that the foods top notch and the service ain't "shabby"

OK so due to the fact that they said they would fulfil an order that was Showing the cheesy fries coming with salasa and jalapeños I called to confirm this request was possible and the gentleman agreed to do it on a one off as it was an error on ubers side as this is not how the cheesy fries come. I placed the request in the comments as instructed. However once it arrived the request hadn't been fulfilled. This is not acceptable especially with pregnacy cravings. Other half wasn't impressed as they had to go and get the jalapeños and salsa. In future if an order cannot be fulfilled to the customers request then please inform them as this is extremely stressful especially after speaking with the staff and they confirmed it. It's little things like this that will put customers off returning in the future.

Been a customer for quite sometim.e tonight I give up the place gets worse every time I visit they have now changed the meat for the beef burgers it now taste like a standard takeaway burger but for triple the price chips ok desserts are going down hill don't seem like the care no more AVOID

Ordered from Kings Castle tonight, it used to be really good and I was looking forward to a nice simple chicken fillet burger meal, I got one with the lemon herb wings and some onion rings as a side. My other half got the supreme fillet burger meal with peri peri wings.... we ended up receiving two orders of peri peri wings, the burgers were inedible, the buns were mush and water was dripping from the lettuce they put on them, the onion rings were soggy.... so disappointing. Chips were edible. £20 wasted and still hungry. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Genuinely terrible food. The simplest thing is to get fries right. The taste of overused burnt oil permeated everything. Absolutely the worst hotdog and burger I have ever had. Shakes are a complete joke.

Cannot complain about this takeaway at all. My order was yummy and exactly what I ordered! Seen people complain about the prices but I got a meal for £5, that's a bargain for a takeaway! Also had the pop waffles which again was delicious! Littlest down fall was amount of strawberries you get, but I definitely will order again from here and will be telling people how good it is!

We've been ordering from King's Castle for months now and never had an issue, always been great however recently they've changed the pizza bases from square to circular- we'd ordered food last night and I'd ordered a pizza. It looked fine toppings wise and tasted fine, but eventually saw underneath there were pale green spots littered about the base; looks nothing like staining from the pan and looks like mould spots. I'm worried that their 'new' pizza bases aren't actually new and have been sat long enough to grow mould! Completely horrified and saddened as King's Castle are usually top quality. King's Castle, would you please check your pizza bases before putting toppings on them as you will make people ill!

Ordered this to be delivered to work for a night shift, the food came within 30 minutes and was hot. I had the super fillet burger and it rivals KFC any the day of the week, my only negative comment is the portions of chips were probably a little bit small. My colleagues enjoyed their pizzas.

So I ordered from kings castle in Preston last night through Deliveroo. I ordered a pizza meal deal, waffle and shake. The Deliveroo guy turned up on a bike with my food in his OWN backpack! Bare in mind were in the middle of a global pandemic and germs is a huge issue. He then dropped my food off at the door and my pizza was folded in half in the box and all the cheese and toppings had come off due to him putting the pizza box wrong in his bag. I then told him to take the pizza back to kings castle and requested him to bring me a new pizza back. I rang kings castle and they said no one had come back with a pizza and they said if I wanted a new pizza then I would have to pay for a new one! How ridiculous! They said it’s because it was Deliveroos fault not there’s but they are giving the food to someone not even using an appropriate bag to hold the food? The guy on the phone too was extremely rude and had no sympathy at all. So I was left with no good for my tea due to this. However on the positive side of things, I rang Deliveroo and complained and they refunded me back my whole meal! Very happy Deliveroo was understanding. Never going back to kings castle again!

I can't leave a review via Deliveroo, so I wanted to do it here. The food here is SO GOOD. It's the kind of comfort food you want, but it's never a dissapointment, it's ALWAYS a pleasant surprise. My favourite is the tornado burger. You can taste the seasoning on the chicken batter, it's nice and moist and still has that crunch you want from a chicken burger. The products they use are clearly of higher quality than any other takeaway as it is packed with flavour. Always arrives on time with complete order. Really chuffed to be able to order comfort food that's delicious and really well priced, thank you :)

Ok so it's finally here, the long awaited review for Kings Castle. I wanted to try a good selection of food from here on different days at different times to ensure the food was always the same standard. So, we've tried the burgers, hotdogs, shakes and many other menu options from here and I have to say it was all spot on, cooked to perfection every time, they have some really inventive names for their shakes and their food. On the downside the customer experience is not great as I feel they lack in good customer service, there has always been a lengthy time for delivery so if that's your plan than order with plenty of time to spare. There really isn't much else I can say apart from keep the food as it is and enhance your customer experience.

The place looks great, service is ok. Unfortunately it stops there, the burger fell to pieces when I picked it up and the partners chicken wrap wasn't cooked.

Ordered from here of their website quite a few times now, delivery has always been on time and today was actually 15 mins earlier than they said. Not one complaint from the 5 meals we ordered and tbh £30 for 4 burger meals 1 kids chicken strip meal and a 10" pizza I feel is a reasonable price. We did use the 15% of on the website as well.

We ordered over just eat it came before time and the food was great I had the pizza and the kids had the kids meals what they wolfed down. My partner on the other hand ordered the chicken wrap she wasnt happy with so she rang up too complain within 20min they had a chicken box meal too us and it was great good job guys and the person who delt with us think his name was (zee)great customer service

Love the hotdogs here! Visit at least once a week. All items on the menu are fab. Never had a complaint once. Huge portions never disappoint. Waffle pops are divine too.

Me and the wife called in at tea time today for a milkshake and a dessert for us and the kids, but ended up leaving with nothing, we was stood at the counter for a good 5mins and no staff was in sight we shouted hello twice and no response, i then rang the shops phone and a guy answered i told him we was at the counter waiting to be served and he said ok, and still didnt come to serve us. We decided to just walk out and as we got to the door he apeared from the back. But it was to late by that point our k.f.c was getting cold. Imagine how much trade the shop is missing out on, especially at prime times like tea time... shocking

we did a huge food order to delivery the other week, everything was right and there was nothing missing. my chicken burger was very nice and hots, chips were good but a little lukewarm by the time they arrived. all in all a good takeaway.

Really happy with the food we received. It was delivered quickly and the food was hot. We've tried grilled Portuguese chicken burgers and a more conventional chicken burger with onion ring. They were tasty and succulent. The chips were tasty as too were the chicken wings. Very happy.

It is a little on the expensive side for burgers, HOWEVER, everything is really fresh and made from scratch, so I am happy to pay the extra. You definitely get what you pay for.

Food is ok however it doesn't warrant the slightly hilly prices , the only product that is nicely priced are there ice creams.

Very very slow to deliver we still haven't got ours and it's more than an hour.

Got two pizzas meal deals with BBQ wings and I haven't got a single fault to say about it! Best takeout I've had in a while! My only advice would be labelling which pizza is which especially when they are very similar

Food generally good but make sure you have the correct change when buying over the counter! I'm no conspiracy theorist but they don't take card payments and NEVER have change. A penny here, NINE pennies there; no-one will notice... Remember Richard Pryor's computer-hacking character in the Superman III movie? 5 Stars for the food with 2 knocked off for the constant feeling I'm being shortchanged!

As nice as this food is... I can't justify the 75 minute wait I had. Preorder your food beforehand. When spending that little bit extra on a takeaway I would have expected more prompt and respectful service. Cannot fault that food though, very decent indeed.

OK, not the best... But plain average

I hate leaving negative reviews but it's needed sometimes Burger was undercooked (seems to a theme now I've read reviews) and 24 hours later I've horrible food poisoning. So that's good. It's a massive shame because the food was nice, and would have been nicer if cooked properly Prices are alright, they're what you'd expect. No card payments is a rare thing now, but it's not much of a problem considering there's a free cash machine a minute walk away. Customer service was good. The guy behind the counter was really friendly and was extremely helpful and polite Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't come again because of the undercooked food. It's so so dangerous to continuously do this like the reviews say and I've experienced first hand
