We’ve been here a few times for a “quick coffee” and it’s always a bad experience. Usually I wouldn’t write a review but today we visited and the same bad service happened again. Loads of staff working & chatting behind tills, took no notice of us when we were waiting to be served. It was pretty empty at this point. It seems they’ve hired copious amounts of staff, so we couldn’t quite understand why the service was so slow. we ordered a croissant to go and waiting 5 minutes for someone to grab the croissant out of the front container. We asked two times for the croissant and rather than the staff going to get it, they would speak into their headsets… waiting for someone else to get it. Staff were miserable and slammed a plate down with it once they could be bothered to serve. Honestly worst Starbucks I’ve been to (a judgement I’ve made after multiple visits).

Worst KFC in east anglia by far. Takes 30 minutes+ to even get your food, people just walking round behind the till doing minting and all look clueless. In terms of food I think my 2 year old could make a better burger, do you guys even have lettuce because in my burger I get about 3 pieces everytime. Always missing stuff from my order and places is never ever clean. If could give 0 I would .

Ordered two double bacon cheese burger xl meals witch contained no bacon and half of the drinks were not available. When I told the staff, they just rolled their eyes and said that for them to either refund or rectify my orders that I would have to wait 15 minutes and hold up everyone else's orders, which really put me on the spot in a very busy "Burger King". I was made to feel it was my fault although there was no signs to make any customers aware of everything they had run out of and you can only order on those screens. I was just pleased to get out of there and definitely will not be returning to rude staff who deliberately put me on the spot with four large builders behind me, passive aggressive would be a better description. Definitely avoid this branch and drive the extra 10 minutes to a proper Burger King. I definitely won't be going there again.

So we got seated quite quickly which was good but it was all downhill from there. It took 30 minutes for someone to come over and take our order, when she did she said we better get the whole order in as soon as possible as the kitchen was piling up with Deliveroo orders; why on earth they weren’t prioritising seated customers I’ll never know. When we finally got our food which took an age they got the order wrong. We had to remind them half way through our burgers that we were missing the wings, another 20 minutes later they still hadn’t arrived. We asked to cancel the order of wings as it was just getting ridiculous and it felt like it was an inconvenience to them and no apology was given. If this business is going to survive you need better staff
