The best restaurants serving American food in England

Called in this afternoon for a very basic zinger burger.4 or 5 staff doing naff behind the counter, was told that I had to order via a machine in the corner. What's happened to customer service??? walked out the door and ordered a lovely sausage and chips from Portside chippy. Via an actual person. How unique. Last time I'll ever step foot in KFC.

I love the people there and the most off all the food is perfect always the hot and the best :) best kfc i have ever been in also its really child friendly and i have seen they have vegan food there too :) crazy best service ever thank u

Had a piece of chicken from there only to realise after two bites that it was pink! I've never really had issues with this kfc before so this was the first time that's happened. It's generally a very nice and very quick place to get an order from

Our lasagna was warm around the outside and cold in middle. Taste was OK but disappointed it wasn't heated properly

This branch must surely deserve the crown for the most useless and incompetent takeaway in Bury St Edmunds. I think the staff must go out of their way to put together a random selection of items that do not reflect your order - whether that be collection or delivery. And I think they must refrigerate the chips once they’ve fried them to death to ensure they are cold when you pull them out of the packing. If I were a chicken about to be killed and knew I would end up in KFC, I would surely be bringing shame on the rest of my chicken family.

Quick delivery by a pleasantly friendly courier. Regular updates on progress of delivery. Food tasty and still warm. Very pleased!

Bit of a noisy commotion at the back of the kitchen, as staff at front counter were assembling our order. Got home to find items missing - could not return, food would have got cold. (Guessing staff were distracted by the commotion?) Returned the following day (31st) Team Leader Abbi quickly and very efficiently resolved the situation, with replacement items. Thanks Abbi - great service from a happy team. Will Return.

Good Ambience Friendly staff and service Food quality and quantity so good

Barking Station Parade, IG11, usually provides a good, fast friendly service for collection. On this occasion we made a late Sunday night order for delivery. It was too cold to go out. On arrival via a pedal bike, our food items were lukewarm or cold, which I mentioned to the polite Uber Eats rider at the time of receiving them. Also, there were no napkins nor sauces. Very shoddy service. Who orders or wants or eats cold food from KFC? Nobody. Unfortunately, the Uber Eats Customer Service were extremely patronising as if we were stupid & kept repeating the same information, which didn't address our poor quality food issues. Both women kept referring to an Uber Eats policy but couldn't tell us what the policy was or where to find the written policy & hung up on me, twice. Luckily, we recorded the phone call. Apparently, Uber Eats' policy states that 'provided your order arrives within a reasonable time - 30mins, they have fully met their obligation to customers & refuse to put right any issues'. So no replacement order nor refund will be offered. It is irrelevant that the food is cold, the customer must warm it up. They simply do not care about customers, as long as they have been paid it seems. Shoddy service & poor quality food from Barking & Uber Eats & Uber Eats Customer Service combined. We'll never use Uber Eats again & will not recommend anyone to use them.
