The slowest drive-through coffee ever! I’ve been twice now and both times had at least 15 minutes added to my journey. I’m actually waiting now. Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry! PS not the fault of the operator she’s taking orders and serving and giving change et cetera et cetera all on her own. Costa - drive-through is meant to cut journey times - please increase the resource!

I arrived at the services feeling grumpy and a little shattered from my drive. I was welcomed to the Costa with big smiles from all the staff and lots of energy as they worked together. I only ordered a coffee but they all chatted to me and made me feel really welcome and even offered me a bag for the arm full of things I'd bought from another shop. I was taken a-back by how friendly, bubbly and warm they all were that I left feeling so much happier and lighter than I did when I arrived. I don't usually make the time to write a review for somewhere, especially if I'm rushing off, but I couldn't not today.

Long wait, 25 min. The slowest service ever. No apology or smile. Asked for a knife and the lady just looked at me and walked off.

Filthy place - staff can’t be bothered. No dishwasher so no rockery. I really take exception to paying a lot for coffee and having to drink out of a paper cup. Seats so dirty I didn’t want to sit. Horrible experience

Absolutely appalling service and au was served by a teenage girl who quite frankly couldn’t be bothered to serve. The drink quality was way below the Costa standards and was he frappe was like runny ice cream that has been left for hours.

The lad behind the counter was so unhelpful and unfriendly when I asked about coffee prices that I walked away. He was so rude!!

The manager took my order and without telling me they did not serve my order, he made me the most expensive alternative. His hands covered in kitchen cleaner were used to pat down the coffee and didn’t mix the coffee at all. When I returned from the car realising he gave me the wrong order, he told me i got what I had ordered, then backtracked and said I ordered something else because he didn’t serve what I ordered. He then tried to charge me for the replacement coffee. The first trip advisor I’ve ever written because he refused to provide contact details as he “does not answer to anyone because he’s the manager”. All this over a coffee at the service station. Kid needs to get a grip.

Poor poor poor social distancing measures in place. Dirty tables not being cleaned between customers intact there for 40 mins having coffee n toastie at Costa and not a cleaner in site. Could not leave quick enough Cattle market feeling unclean.

Stopped off at Costa Coffee for a morning cafe latte - everything you'd expect of a modern Costa Coffee. Sadly, no Gluten Free Sandwiches for sale. So had to go elsewhere for food!

we stopped at this services on the M4 I purchased 1 cup of coffee for my wife and not for me as she wanted a drink like all coffee shops be it on the high street retail park or in this case the services they are all over priced and I hate being ripped off by these chains. Apart from that good service and staff.

We needed coffee on the drive home from Heathrow after our flight back from Lisbon so stopped off here as the best timely option. Our cortados were OK as was the service, but the independents still get my vote.

When was the last time the assistant told you how much you had on your Costa card? Here she did, and I got a free coffee. Thank you

Friendly and supportive.Everyone we asked for advice was helpful and seemed to handle us as old friends. One gets 20% off if you are staying at the Travel lodge. Went to the other side for breakfast and the Polish Chef couldn't have been more helpful. We paid £5 each and had a really great breakfast to start off the day. The quality of the food and service was exceptional. Really great start to the week.
