Only give them 1 star as had to choose! Absolute disgrace! Second time we have ordered from these and it's the second time half the food is missing! They can't send the missing food can only give a number to claim the money back. Not good when everyone in the house is poorly and can't get out!!

I ordered KFC through just eat, cannot fault delivery times but the quality of the meal was disgusting, it was cold and inedible, took one bite of the chicken was stringy and cold it certainly wasn't fresh, chips again were cold will not be ordering again

Ordered food tonight as we sometimes do from UberEATS. Once again, they missed off our fries and beans. Every time we order they miss at least one part of our order. Then they're policy isn't to send out the food that's missing. It's to put in in a book til next time. So they're getting money for food you haven't actually received. Once or twice I could accept... We are talking about over 10 times over the last few years. It's horrendous customer service and a poor way to treat loyal customers. We won't be back this time. Zero stars.

this kfc never fails to be lovley but I got a boneless banquet box meal for 1 yesterday and the Pepsi max was flat the chips were nice but you only get about 5 and the chicken was okay

If I could give less than one star I would. Bread bun was stale and old. The chicken inside had a texture which wasn’t close to being chicken. The sandwich itself was drowning in mayonnaise along with cold chips!!! Waste of money and obviously handed out to the public by staff who don’t care what they serve! Congratulations kfc ashington for the worst meal I’ve ever attempted to eat.

Visited this venue twice in the last month only to be disappointed by missing items both times when we open the bag upon getting home. First time round both gravy tubs were missing from boneless banquets, second time round after ordering their Trilogy box meal and a Mighty bucket for one we returned home only to find popcorn chicken, a portion of fries, and cheese for the burger absolutely nowhere to be seen. Other family members have mentioned having similar issues, so apologies KFC we won’t be returning in a hurry.

Been to a few of the KFC food chains. I always order 2 breast of chicken, fries with drink. Then go back to my table to enjoy my meal. Then realise it's not breast of chicken its either drumsticks or something else! This has happened numerous times. There quick to take your money but dont give you what you ask for! I'm paying for breast of chicken so that's what I should be getting. The most Unprofessional company I've been too, as all I get is excuses. If you don't have it then tell the customer. Don't take the money and then try and palm them off with something else. Shocking. Unhappy customer who won't be back.

Food mediocre, even for a KFC, staff need more training, sometimes they care, most times not, Place always scruffy, tables not cleaned, or wiped down, seats covered in goo, after children have left. KFC use to be my favourite, but with scruff holes like this, And now doing CRUEL HALAL, thats me done with them.

Out of the KFC's I've visited I really rate this one! It's small, clean and friendly, plus the staff are always smiling.

Super deals with the bargain bucket feeds the men in the family superbly. The ladies tucked in to the boneless feast which had some lovely sips. Good meal but a little pricey.

Good tasty food, friendly staff. Never too busy. The only gripe would be they sometimes forget the sauces.

Popped in yesterday for a quick takeaway. No cars queuing which was the first great thing. Served very quickly by a helpful and chatty guy who was cheery and seemed to enjoy his job. Food was piping hot, succulent and tasty. Exactly as KFC should be.

I arrived alone on my very respectable VFR at the Ashington branch of KFC, hungry for some fried chicken after a full day's ride out in Scotland. After being ignored by the robot type ordering thingy, I arrived at the window to place my order. I was met by the normal order girl with her supervisor in tow whom joyfully told me that 'Due to health and safety reasons' nothing other than cars could use the drive through. Correct me me if I am wrong, but motorcyclists are allowed to use the channel tunnel, motorways, A roads, B roads, ferrys and pretty much everywhere without issue. Why would KFC believe that we may come to serious harm whilst ordering some chicken??

3 adults and 3 children only option is drive though, store being refurbed. All food crammed into 1 bag, chips were obviously made from the paper napkins that were not supplied. Part of order was missed off but not noticed until parked to eat. They should not be preparing food on this site, ventilation ducts are hanging from ceiling.Complained to staff who didn’t care. Will not darken their doors again. Disgusted.

Hubby had the Big Daddy burger meal and I had the boneless bucket for one. Both very tasty,very hot and well cooked. Nice treat.

6 November , around 7pm. Extremely customer friendly female counter assistant needs a special mention for doing an excellent and efficient job. The manager needs to make sure she stays as she greets the customers with a lovely smile and makes them feel welcome..Food was hot and the place was spotlessly clean. Recommended

In a hurry, had a 10 piece chicken sharing bucket. 3 breast, 4 thighs and four wings. Along with 4 corn on cob, 4 very small packets of chips. Chicken was a bit dry but tasty. Corn nice and juicy. Ok for a quick bite to eat

This is located on Morpeth Road High Market Ashington and not Woodhorn, which is at the other end of town, as shown in this address. It is only a little place close to Aldi's and Domino's Pizzas. A few parking spaces out side the place but just over the road is the big car park for Aldi. It has a few tables indoors and also a drive thru but is a small place so if busy you might not get a seat. If needed there is also a public toilet. Staff seemed friendly enough and the service was fairly quick with the food hot. We opted to eat in and the place looked clean.

Waited in a queue for 10 minutes only 3 in the queue. Only one person serving. 2 piece meal was small pieces and the chips were cold.
