The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

The worst service ever. Paid for £68 worth of food for 7 people & received £26 worth. So many items missing. The Food was also cold.

Made the mistake of parking here for 13 minutes and got a £60 fine. Very poor signage and parked here as McDonalds Car park was full. Further as I parked before 10am the restaurant was closed and everyone using the car park before 10am would have been fined. Disgraceful! Walkden KFC you can go Cluck Yourself!!!

Very little choice, went in with a friend but no choice for me . So I just asked for a coffee ,only to be told that the machine was broke. Environment was very dirty. Only plus was that it wax quite empty , however, this was not surprising considering the awful environment.

Extremely disappointed with my visit. The manager was clearly unskilled—unhelpful and dismissive when issues were brought up. To make matters worse, part of our order was missing and no effort was made to fix it. Poor service all around. I won’t be returning.

Terrible service never again. Took ages to prepare order and when we drove away and opened the bag half the order was missing. Will not use this place again.

Peor McDonald’s en Irlanda del Norte. Lugar lleno de personal, pero no puede hablar con un miembro del personal. Y cada vez que la orden está mal hasta el punto de que me cuestiono si es un plan para ganar dinero. El personal es más que ignorante, también ha visto al personal robando, pero ese no es mi problema. La comida estaba fría cuando el camarero me preguntó como si fuera mi culpa. Ridículo

Ordered 2 mighty buckets for one at drive through. A bucket should contain 6 chicken pieces of different types. Got home and found each bucket was 2 pieces short.

Absolutamente horrible. Fui una vez más a pedir y llevar 5 comidas y de ellos solo uno era correcto. Al resto le faltaban trozos o la comida equivocada, lo cual no es bueno cuando le doy insulina a un niño diabético para una comida y consigo otra, ¡lo que en este caso no les gusta! ¡Es francamente peligroso! He hecho que esto suceda tan a menudo que todos escribieron lo que querían y revisamos el recibo, que decía que había pagado y recibido exactamente lo que había pedido, ¡pero no lo hice! ¡Me han prohibido ir allí nunca más!

We ordered a 10 piece chicken bucket and it came all raw, tried to call the fastfood but no answer. We took the food and went back to them. The supervisor in charge of the shift didnt even come to speak with us and the front desk that delt with us was very rude and said they are doing us a favour. Now although we understand sometimes things go wrong the attitude was totally out of place. No customer skills, not even bothered to apologise or offer a drink or something as an apology. Never again KFC for us. I can't get my children sick and also be treated in this manner!!! Shame!! Rude and abusive!!!

Encontré un pelo en mi pollo bbq y le faltaba la mitad de mi menú combinado. Decía filetes y palomitas de pollo pero al combo sin hueso le faltaban los 8 filetes que se suponía que venía con él.

Pedí una comida de caja de envoltura y cuando llegué a casa la abrí y encontré que faltaba salsa que estaba ordenada. Además, el filete de pollo tenía el tamaño de un nugget de pollo. Pagué por una comida grande, pero ahora no estoy feliz, ya que dos artículos son deprimentes e ir miserables! La envoltura en sí se hizo pedazos mientras la abría lo único bueno eran las alitas picantes y las patatas fritas. Muy decepcionante cuando he tenido buenas comidas antes. La chica detrás de la caja estaba más interesada en hablar con el repartidor que en asegurarse de que todo el pedido fuera correcto. Sister and mum are vegetarians. Ordered a veggie wrap, came in the wrong coloured box, asked why, were told they’d ran out by some hard faced girl. My little sister then opened it to check to see it was chicken!!! Complained to the girl and asked for a refund. Hard faced girl then refused, after backwards and forwards asked for her name to complain, she pulled her name tag off and refused. Asked the managers name and email address and where told she doesn’t have to give us anything and to basically f*** off!! Never again! Vile vile staff!

Acabo de visitar la sucursal de Helen Street y me gustaría decir que la señora que nos sirvió era increíble. Muy amable en todo el orden para recoger. Personalidad muy feliz y burbujeante. Atención al cliente en su máxima expresión. Le dije esto jajaja

So slow !!!! Took like 40 mins to get a simple order of hot wings and on top of that they forgot my drink , the manager then accuses me of already finishing my drink before I could inform them , food was alright although they could do much better considering the location

One of the worst places I have had the misfortune to visit, terrible and disgusting experience, staff unable to take large order at till and then give attitude when I question why !! Oops could have been the no other customers that made them unavailable . Attitude of a female staff member mouthing off when I asked for management details and her name !! Random man got up telling me he was the manager … but not able to provide evidence to prove it but felt he had right to grab the napkin I was handed with the so called managers name on it … but hey end of the day lucky escape for us looking at the reviews .. young people and staff ending up ill is not a risk I’d take . Was told I was rude for insisting I want mangers details oh and for asking for hand wipe to clean my hand if I had to use their dirty self order machine … how appalling of me to make such a request !!! Nasty staff , nasty place …am I surprised there were no customers …. Mmmm Nooooooo . Oh sorry the so called Manager was the only customer 🤣 AVOID at all cost
