Pedí mi comida hace mucho tiempo. Pregunto si está lista y dicen que no está allí y que probablemente alguien se la haya llevado. ¿cómo diablos dejas que alguien más se lleve mi comida, los recibos no son una cosa ? ? ?

Ordered 2 mighty buckets for one at drive through. A bucket should contain 6 chicken pieces of different types. Got home and found each bucket was 2 pieces short.

We ordered a 10 piece chicken bucket and it came all raw, tried to call the fastfood but no answer. We took the food and went back to them. The supervisor in charge of the shift didnt even come to speak with us and the front desk that delt with us was very rude and said they are doing us a favour. Now although we understand sometimes things go wrong the attitude was totally out of place. No customer skills, not even bothered to apologise or offer a drink or something as an apology. Never again KFC for us. I can't get my children sick and also be treated in this manner!!! Shame!! Rude and abusive!!!

Encontré un pelo en mi pollo bbq y le faltaba la mitad de mi menú combinado. Decía filetes y palomitas de pollo pero al combo sin hueso le faltaban los 8 filetes que se suponía que venía con él.

Sister and mum are vegetarians. Ordered a veggie wrap, came in the wrong coloured box, asked why, were told they’d ran out by some hard faced girl. My little sister then opened it to check to see it was chicken!!! Complained to the girl and asked for a refund. Hard faced girl then refused, after backwards and forwards asked for her name to complain, she pulled her name tag off and refused. Asked the managers name and email address and where told she doesn’t have to give us anything and to basically f*** off!! Never again! Vile vile staff!

Acabo de visitar la sucursal de Helen Street y me gustaría decir que la señora que nos sirvió era increíble. Muy amable en todo el orden para recoger. Personalidad muy feliz y burbujeante. Atención al cliente en su máxima expresión. Le dije esto jajaja

So slow !!!! Took like 40 mins to get a simple order of hot wings and on top of that they forgot my drink , the manager then accuses me of already finishing my drink before I could inform them , food was alright although they could do much better considering the location

I ordered around 00:00 and the store said it would arrive between 00:40 and 01:05. At 01:15, it was not here and I was given no information so I requested an update 4-5 times between that time and 01:30 and was met with no response. I then decided to call the restaurant but was not answered. At 01:50 there was still no contact and no delivery, so I cancelled the order. Avoid buying from here.

8 hours ago NEW Rubbish not KFC chicken quality of chicken and presentation rubbish guys cooking serving food very poor standard chicken very olily on 11 4 2024 about 11pm I would re train all staff or sack shocking food there need new managers and new staff ASAP very poor will not be going back

Fui a llevar a cabo 4 comidas. Sentí que tenía que comprobar esto ya que visitas anteriores en numerosas ocasiones he estado corto en el pedido. Mientras revisaba a la chica detrás del mostrador pregunté si todo estaba bien. Dije que estaba comprobando como pensaba que era corto una ficha ella inmediatamente dijo que no te he dado cuatro como se pidió. Bueno, qué shock cuando llegué a casa con 3 fichas. Volví en un par de horas después para quejarme y decir que esto ha sucedido numerosas veces y podrían comprobar que el pedido es correcto antes de dar al cliente. Incluso mientras estaba allí otro cliente vino a contestar para decir que eran patatas fritas cortas. Una desgracia.

Comida bien. Pepsi flat. Los baños probablemente uno de los peores que he usado. Pies pegados al piso y no podía respirar debido al olor a amoníaco. Huele presente antes de entrar en los baños. Absolutamente asqueroso. Dudo que hayan sido limpiados en mucho tiempo.

Incredibly rude and grumpy staff. Been there 3 or 4 times now and staff are so bad, just needed some KFC! Go in past about 9pm and they get really arsy if you ask if OK to sit in (as they might have to do a little bit of cleaning after)!

Came in for my lunch and was exceptionally pleased with my food, and the members of staff was great, especially Tilly, very kind welcoming and helpful 👍

Pedí una comida de caja y tiras de pollo con una salsa regular. Me sirvieron con una olla de salsa que no tenía pegatina para la venta por fecha. Esto fue después de que el asistente del mostrador le preguntara al gerente si todavía podían vender las ollas de salsa pasada la fecha de venta. Al cuestionar esto, el asistente dio la vuelta y sacó una NUEVA venta por fecha en la salsa que aclaró el 1 de febrero de la calle, en lugar de las 10 pm del 31 de enero de la calle. Después de confrontar, se echaron atrás y reembolsaron, pero me advirtieron que cambian regularmente la venta si no se vende al final del turno ... . esto es ilegal y escandaloso! Me atendió el gerente Tamil al final, pero el servicio general es repugnante y la higiene de los alimentos debería cerrarlo.

Only words server said was my order number, no manners. Didn’t offer choice of drink, pricked two Pepsi’s on the side. Could see I was carrying but never offered drinks carrier/holder. I had to reach over counter to get one my self. Terrible service.
