So slow !!!! Took like 40 mins to get a simple order of hot wings and on top of that they forgot my drink , the manager then accuses me of already finishing my drink before I could inform them , food was alright although they could do much better considering the location

Waited 50mins for my food. Food was flying out of the kitchen but the 2 members of staff bagging it up seemed to be on a go slow. Then they disappeared and noone was bagging food up. When I asked a member of staff how long it would be they were extremely rude and said if I didn't like it then get a refund.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a three piece chicken meal and when it arrived I had three small chicken fillets instead. Th chicken fillet was over cooked. I will order from elsewhere in future.

Really bad attitude, dirty kitchen and poor delivery. Burnt chicken and just filthy Would not buy from again and don't order Vai Uber as it won't turnup

My twister wrap meal arrived without the twister wrap 😒😒😒 ruined the meal. Won’t be ordering again.

They didn't give a receipt as this was down to their Covid protocol yet when I asked for a refund they laughed that I didn't have a receipt.Will never use this abhorrent place again. With new chicken restaurants opening all the time, I hope they lose their franchise as soon as possible

Cuando lo trajo a casa y comencé a abrir mi caja de hamburguesas, me sorprendió ver mi hamburguesa sin la parte superior del pan. También había pedido un krusham, pero como no tenían ninguno, me habían enviado una coca cola en su lugar, pero sin mencionar un reembolso por la diferencia. Muy molesto porque estaba ansioso por mi kfc después de mi viaje de 3 horas de regreso desde Norfolk hoy.

Como disfrutamos de un KFC de vez en cuando, pero nunca he estado aquí.No volveré a ser tampoco.Me dijeron 3 veces que no se está cocinando pollo en este momento, serán 10 minutos.Como puedes adivinar pasaron 30 minutos y no hay comida. ¿Hubo al menos 12 órdenes en la pantalla y hablando con otros les habían dicho lo mismo?Las patatas fritas estaban demasiado cocidas. Dig Daddy Burger se parecía más a la muerte por carretera. La bebida debe haberse evaporado debido al tiempo de espera ya que la taza estaba llena solo 3/4.No me impresionó en absoluto.No volveré a estar allí de prisa.

We went to this one as on the way but had so much stomach pain had to use the washroom 3times . Very bad as had kfc in town never went through this but this one needs attention .

Go here i would says once to twice a fortnight. Always fast quick service, never any issues with my food. Very confused about the 1 star ratings. Yes it can get busy in the evening but its a small KFC so one would expect that.

Acabo de llegar a KFC Shinfeild Road y el servicio que recibimos (ME & my Brother) fue increíblemente horrible e inaceptable. La tienda no parecía estar tan ocupada, pero tuvimos que esperar hasta que la cajera (Manpriya - nombre que figura en el recibo) se nos acercó. Con un tono de voz muy AGRADABLE y expresiones faciales muy TERRIBLE, pedimos que tomáramos el pedido y el recibo de pago se cerró de golpe en el escritorio sin más conversación. Cuando tomamos nuestro pedido y nos fuimos, les di las gracias pero no me respondieron. No se queja por la comida, pero el servicio que recibimos fue absolutamente horrendo.

I usually go to the kfc in reading gate due to the speed of service and the warmer welcome I receive, but this one was in passing today and the service was slower than ever and after waiting 15 mins for chicken they forgot my drink, also heard staff shouting at eachother from the kitchen, and all of this with about 4 customers waiting for food so it wasn't busy, there are deeper problems here than meets the eye, I guess the staff don't enjoy their jobs that's all.
