McDonalds in Liverpool

Sister and mum are vegetarians. Ordered a veggie wrap, came in the wrong coloured box, asked why, were told they’d ran out by some hard faced girl. My little sister then opened it to check to see it was chicken!!! Complained to the girl and asked for a refund. Hard faced girl then refused, after backwards and forwards asked for her name to complain, she pulled her name tag off and refused. Asked the managers name and email address and where told she doesn’t have to give us anything and to basically f*** off!! Never again! Vile vile staff!

Avoid! The worst Mc Donald in England. Staff attitude is very bad including management. Staff are vile and lacking customer service skills. No adults working there to sort the mess. Waiting times are 20-30 min for small order. Always missing ingredients. First time received compared with other places a salad and chicken wasn't sliced ( from comments read looks it's regular here). Asked for a wrap without the bacon,but wasn't customised. Told at the till and staff just rolled the eyes. Restaurant doesn't deserve Mc Donalds name.

Absolutely terrible. If you're ordering from just eat, don't! I ordered a bacon burger on Just Eat and when it came, there was no chips in the bag and te burger was cold. It looked cooked but wasn't warm. I phoned up to say that I had no chips and the burger was cold and I needed a new fresh meal to send out and the girl's attitude on the phone was absolutely awful. She said in a nasty way " no we can't send the chips. you'll have to come and get it". I was devastated and frustrated about the meal.

The drive through is bad, inside is worse it’s like a zoo. Staff are as unhelpful as the customers ill mannered. Not coming back.

Easily the worst run McDonalds i have ever been too. orders are never right youths in the store smoking/vaping staff are rude and frankly just do not care. I don't see this branch being open for much longer.
