I nipped in while at work for a sandwich. Ordered a BLT and added on a soup on a deal. Sandwich was freshly made with crisps and side salad. Soup was a homemade lentil. Staff really friendly and good atmosphere. I would recommend.

Came first a spot of light lunch. Was busy but served quickly and got our food quickly. Staff friendly and prices extremely reasonable!

Really enjoyed our lunch @ Mel’s Diner yesterday, including my wife whose liver & bacon meal was well up to expectations. My pancakes for afters were also lovely to eat & it was great to drink tea out of a mug . Saturday was very popular with lots of people which was a good sign amongst the locals . We will return , (As General McArthur once said) .

Stopped here enroute to Cornwall for lunch, which was absolutely spot on, staff were friendly and welcoming, and after our delicious lunch decided to have coffee and cake which was fantastic, but my favourite part of the visit was the beautiful Therapy dog the owner had, highly recommended this little gem of a place.

We hired this venue for my mums 80th party and could not be more pleased with everything it provides It was a extremely hot day but unlike a lot of hire venues it is fully air conditioned Very good facilities , well stocked bar The food which is cooked on site and we had a three course roast dinner was absolutely beautiful all fresh and served promptly and with style The staff were extremely friendly and helpful A very good size venue with dance floor , stage area and lovely decor I could not of chose a better venue and will recommend and use again without hesitation

Kind staff and really amazing food. I loved the experience, would recommend the milkshakes and the ham and cheese sandwich

We both had the small fish and chips and the portion size was too big to eat it all. Chips were cooked to perfection. The fish was in a light batter, freshly cooked and again cooked to perfection. This is as good as my favourite chip shop in Beauly.

Amazing food, great service, overall experience was exceptional! Will come back again again. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Este café hace que tener que pasar una semana trabajando en la zona de Kentish Town de Londres sea un placer. La comida es simplemente excelente, especialmente las sopas; el personal es realmente encantador, por lo que este lugar es tan especial. Mis colegas y yo no podemos elogiarlo lo suficiente.

Mi madre y yo almorzamos el 23 de agosto en The Refectory, Golders Green. Tuvimos la comida tailandesa y la calidad, presentación y sabor fue excepcional. Viniendo de Malasia, conocemos los sabores tailandeses y no nos decepcionaron. Para colmo el personal en el pub era tan amable, educado y servicial Recomendaría este lugar encarecidamente. Hidden little gem. Walk through the antique shop to a bright small but beautiful tea room. Staff were incredibly friendly. Tea was superb and cake, well let’s just say it was hard to stop at one slice! Antique delicate china always seems to make tea taste better! Little games on the tables make it perfect for a get together with friends and even for children. Lovely views overlooking an orchard which was stunning. Will definitely be returning!

This is a great space for a quick break on the harbour arm. Great host, fab coffee and treats. Still has some of the signal box original features too if you're into that. Go visit!

Great food lovely service excellent quality an price very down to earth.. We we're a group 4 breakfast to roast dinner all hot fresh an sizeable could not ask for more of anything hospitality was and is always great awesome all around..

Wonderful little bakery in Aberfoyle. We popped in to find some treats to take home after our holiday- ended up buying half the shop lol! Staff were delightful and very friendly and can be watched making the shop's goods. Lovely products from traditional Scottish gifts to biscuits, cakes, jams and chutneys. All very reasonably priced and packaged so beautifully we bought lots of items as gifts. We bought a Mars tray bake, lemon and elderberry and Tea cakes, shortbreads and numerous flavours of cookies. All were absolutely delicious and melt-in-the-mouth. An absolute must-visit if anywhere in the area. Will definitely be ordering more online, thank you!
