Normally, this restaurant is good however we went today 10mins after it opened at 12 noon, the food was stone cold, very greasy and some of the chicken I had tasted off. Worst meal I've ever had, wouldn't recommend this place anymore. We certainly won't be back, i was actually sick not long after eating from here . A huge disappointment. Did not arrive, disappointing service

Resturant like this should not operate at all until they have allergies procedure in place on menu and ordering and stuff follow them through. My son has been in hospital since eaten your dumpling for lunch. We have repeatedly told you that 2 children ( my son and friend's daughter ) got peanut allergies at time of ordering. You still brought out and fed us the dumplings that contained chunks of peanuts in them. My son ate one. After 20 min, he had an anaphalatic shock. We ended up having to rush my son to Northwick park A and E after giving him piriton and his epipen . Airway was already closing and he was in and out of consciousness while we were on way to hospital. How disgusting! At one point I was giving him a second dose of piriton while you were asking for a bill for a meal which could kill him. He only just has been discharged from the hospital..... this resturant should be close down.

The restaurant was extremely busy last night and we had hoped it would match the fab experience we had at Cosmo Sheffield a few years ago, sadly it didn't. . The food was good, although could have been hotter. It was replenished regularly and most was tasty and enjoyable, although some of the meat was tough as boots. In our opinion, it was mainly spoilt by the other customers there. From a family complaining about the pricing and location of their table, to a kids party, to toddlers running around, screaming girls climbing and standing on their seats to get in and out. It was in no way relaxing and was so noisy that we couldn't hear each other speak. Our chairs were continually knocked as the groups raced back and forth to the food area. We felt that we were seated far too close to the louder groups and it was uncomfortable. We did expect it to be busy and a bit manic, as we go to Jimmy's regularly and it can be the same, but in my opinion, Jimmy's is far more organised, less manic and the staff seem to be less stressed there. Everyone was dashing around, plates were not cleared quickly and there didn't appear to be enough staff. In summary, the food was good, the place was cramped, noisy and very manic with many grumpy looking staff and customers. Sorry to say, we are not sure we will return in a hurry.

Food was cold. Beef was super chewy. Food was 40 minutes late. Called for an update and nobody answered for 10 minutes. It just rung out. Usually this place is decent food wise but was super annoyed with the whole experience

Great dining experience. Never been before. 5 adults and 1 junior. Really fast service. Younuse an app to order and you can order up to 6 items at a time. Be careful not to order too much as you can be charged for wastage. Ther3s no limit to how many times you order so there's no need to over order. Starters were really fresh and hot. Mains not so hot .Definitely could have been hotter but because we were ordering for 6 maybe order less and just keep ordering. Desserts OK, apart from.the chocolate sauce which tasted really chemically. Ice cream lovely. Staff were really attentive and couldn't have been more helpful. One of our party got everything free because it was her birthday. She had to.ahow proof of it being her birthday eg driving licence. I think you can attend a week.beforw or up to a week after your actual birthday. Will definitely go again Thank you

The food was fantastic, but the service was awful but the service was lacking. The waitress seemed handling too many tables, so we had to ask several times for water, chopsticks. Despite the great food, the inattentive service made the experience less enjoyable.

We ate here on our honeymoon one night when we were out. No reservation but they had a queue and had about an hour wait. Reservation is preferred. The dumplings (Pork Xiao Long Bao) were excellent, and other menu items were top quality. It's a large restaurant and very efficient. Highly recommend. There are several locations in London and we ate at two of them

The first impression was how cold the restaurant was! It was most unwelcoming. I don't think any of my food was 'hot'! Lukewarm at best - very poor. Also, the lukewarm food went onto cold plates. None of the food could be described as quality. I didn't fancy the prawns I had chosen. A lot of the pork was quite chewy and inedible. It wasn't aromatic 'duck' pancakes - but pork; and the pancakes quite dry. I couldn't recommend this restaurant and also unlikely to be returning.

We had sweet & sour chicken , chicken curry fried rice , noodles chips spring rolls it was all very nice , we were told & there are signs saying ‘we are short staffed please be patient’ however are food arrived promptly the price was good service was nice your typical Chinese restaurant

Dreadful food & Service and staff did not listen to customers concerns. Pay on arrival & buy drink then you are shown your table. Food was cold between us we tried 6 dishes all cold. We spoke to the manager who apparently said it was our standards as 400 other customers hadn’t complained. We ask for a refund NO was the sharp response I would not have paid if we could have paid after food. We left hungry & extremely disappointed. Will not return. The only positive thing is we didn’t have an upset stomach the following day having tried cold food. Totally waste of money Avoid.
