Amazing food as always. Will always go back again!

Lovely place to bring a group of friends to enjoy some good Chinese - really enjoyed the mixed platter. Would recommend

...we ended up here on a saturday night as it was getting late on a windy rainy evening and zizzi had run out of pizza dough ...first thoughts it looked like a party place with a dance mat at the front ...foodwise it all came pretty fast and was ok (you get medium sized tapas plates of everything you order as it was all you can eat) ...the only downside was they only do all you can eat so you end up paying £30 person (£20 for children under 12) + extra for drinks, regardless of how much you end up eating - so woyld only recommended this place if you are a big eater of chinese food ...in our case we thought the amount we ate for 2 adults and a child, it would have cost around £50 in one of the other chinese cuisine places in the surrounding area rather than the £90 it cost here!

Top restaurant lovely decor, great value for money, still the nuts after all this time. Love the refurbishment. Just had a family dinner still the best in the area. Just had a lovely meal better than ever

The best Chinese restaurant in the world

We booked a table for a large group of us cerebrating a 30th birthday last Saturday…We were placed on two separate tables that were not within talking distance to each other. The service was absolutely terrible! We waited over an hour between courses, the all you can eat Buffett was not much of a buffet at all! The portion sizes were very very small & we were not offered more (4 satay chickens between 7 people) at £30pp. Not worth the money! You don’t get £30 worth of food per table let alone per person! You have to spend a minimum of £10 at the bar just to get a drink. A glass of coke is £4.50. The restaurant was absolutely freezing. They ‘accidentally’ forgot to take the deposit money off the bill, which resulted in a 20 minute argument with the staff. The entire night was unpleasant. Would not recommend. Avoid.

Awful experience. Service was the worst I have ever experienced. Staff are rude and impatient. When ordering food the waitress was rude and made us feel like we were not allowed to order the food we want to eat. We arrived at 6pm. We asked for someone to come and take our order several times and no one came over to take our order till gone 7. We did not end up eating our mains till nearing on 9pm. Once it came to the bill they tried charging us for an extra 2 people and then wouldn't take the deposit off the bill. The staff were aggressive and argumentative with us in the middle of the restaurant floor while we tried to get back the money we had already paid. Also the food portions are small and it definitely is not 'all you can eat'. Ridiculous. We went for a 30th birthday celebration and they completely ruined the evening. Do not recommend in the slightest. Will not be visiting this place again.

This place is great. We had a large group family meal on Friday. We were looked after perfectly… The food was a good standard nothing outstanding but good. The Dj and disco that follows the meal was absolutely brilliant. Perfect venue for a party 🎉 really enjoyed it

Amazing night at Twin Palace, the staff were wonderful, the buffet menu was fresh, tasty, better than expected and there was a fun, friendly, family vibe. A little gem in Bexleyheath. Thank you for a lovely evening, we'll certainly be back.

Genuinely the best Chinese place I’ve ever been too ! We had the ‘eat as much as you like’ option for £26.50pp ( we are a couple ), when they say eat as much as you like, they really really mean it. All food tastes fresh and yummy! They feed you up so well that if you go and eat here, it’s essential you book a room at the Marriot Hotel opposite as all you’ll want to do after you leave is sleep !!! We easily ate over £80 of food if you was to order it by a takeaway, had multiple alcoholic drinks each maybe 7 total and our total cost was around £80 I think this is a little hidden gem that deserves A LOT more recognition. Staff are so polite, helpful, very welcoming and they was also filling our drinks up more which is very rare where we come from lol. The atmosphere is lovely, restaurants very clean and tidy. Cannot express enough how polite the staff were.

Saturday night eat all you can buffet with dj playing dance music in large venue , good food and great staff who clearly enjoy their jobs and really look after diners.Great friendly atmosphere,clean toilets. Parking available across the road in Albion Road car park, 1 minute walk.

Food was lovely but the new manager was very rude and unhelpful. My birthday card was taken when they cleared the tables and when asked about it she was not interested in the slightest, did not get the card with money in it back. Will not go back. Much better place with old management.

Have never in my 44 yrs been to a place that is so disrespectful, the food was not good the staff were so rude, the Dj was great and made my daughter birthday nice, I don't leave bad reviews usually but twins have left me no choice I'm afraid, moving forward treat your customers with respect and try and smile it will go along way

The single worst dining experience I can remember. The staff were rude and can barely communicate basic details about the food. Every single course of food was delivered with at least 1 error. Finally I was over charged for drink, which when challenged was meet with aggressive reactions. A birthday meal with 8 people costing nearly £300 with drink completely ruined. I don't like to leave negative reviews but please consider your options before going here.

I would not go back there the only positive was the handsome tall brown haired boy he was amazing at delivering the food as soon as it was ready and he smelt amazing his shirt was taken off by mistake and we saw his ripped 6 pack my mouth was melted by his body and the duck wrap.

Recently attended for a friend’s birthday meal, great selection of food, and good portion sizes, excellent value for money, and a dj and disco to end the night on a high!

Came here for a family birthday gathering. Incredible place. Staff are attentive and friendly. The restaurant was clean and tidy, food was delicious. 10/10

First time since covid and wow what a change. Group of 9 of us and staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was amazing and they paid extra attention to allergies. The pak choi was fantastic. The crispy duck out of this world. Will def be back.

Sorry but the whole place needs A complete re-furb also I felt like my mum was making me hurry up to eat, so that she could wash the plates and bring out the next dish … some staff were just hovering around us, felt rushed … some staff were lovely ..

There were 18 of us plus 3 toddlers.we had a good selection of food,starters,crispy duck & mains.there was also a vegetarian selection.The food arrived quickly was fresh & hot and we could order more of what we liked all for a set price.There was also a disco later on.Good food Good value Good atmosphere.

It was terrible and the price is ridiculous £30 each and you all share from the medium size place.. what a joke seriously how are they even allowed to do that. Bad service and rude woman. Need to change prices as the food doesn’t match the price at all SOO basic. Won’t be going back at all

Saturday night karaoke is where you wanna be

Can’t believe this place is still open rude staff small portions high prices! Don’t let the (ALL YOU CAN EAT) prawn you in £30 all you can eat WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH. If you can eat a lot don’t think going here will suit you, they get very aggravated when you order more and they can’t keep up with food orders we had small dishes coming out that would apparently feed 6 people best of having a cup off tea and biscuits at your Nan’s. And if you like sitting on the toilet the next day for hours then this is the right place for you! Terrible food terrible staff. Twin palace if you state £30 all you can eat then stick to it instead of getting aggravated with customers, as a lot of us left filling Hangry !

Took my girlfriend out for Valentine’s Day, only to be called a “motherfucker” by the waiter for absolutely no reason. When I asked him what he called me he repeated it, only to then go and hide in the kitchen. The dismissiveness of the staff in relation to this matter made us leave and not order anything else. I informed the manager and when the owner came to take payment she had no idea of what had happened.

The. Food was not great , we were rushed to place an order and we had different food given to us . It was all rushed and I wasn’t happy.

Went with work colleagues...was very loud inside..service was quick ..drinks over priced and food was hit and miss ...duck with pancakes was nice but some dishes like the curry and chicken with garlic and veg very watery and not very warm .

We booked for 4 of us to go here on a Friday evening - happy to pay £30 a head with the promise of a ‘disco’…to our dismay, no disco and very expensive average food. Of course we could have had piles of food to make up for it but the good was mostly cold and very substandard. The bean curd was inedible (hard and impossible to get a fork into) and the black bean sauce was tasteless. The excuse for no entertainment was ‘not enough bookings’. They should have let us know before we went. Luckily it was not a special occasion for us but had it been then it would have been a disaster.

Me and my girlfriend go at least once a week we are treated so well by the staff in the restaurant and as for the food it’s great ten out of ten 👍👍👍

Wasn't impressed with the food! Very greasy and way too expensive for the quality of the the food delivered to the table.

We booked 1 months before for our staff Xmas party. We waited 2 hours to get some food for some people. But was not enough.. I can't blame staff, normally Saturday are always busy, and if Xmas time we can't expect much, but it should be organised... We paid 38 pound each of our staff, that means total 1330.. but totally disappointed...... That Xmas party went unhappy moments.

Took an hour for the mixed au derv to come out (they were cold for one of the tables and had to be sent back). No opportunity to reorder or order anything else on the starters menu as we didn’t see a waiter at our end of the table at all in the time I was there, so not ‘all you can eat’ as advertised. Once the au derv plates where cleared the plum sauce was brought out moving us on to the next course. Still no sign of them over half an hour later so within 90 minutes of arriving they only managed to get the mixed au derv out! Yes it was busy as its Christmas but all seemed to be pre-booked parties like ours rather than walk-ins so they had a good idea of how many and when to expect their guests. Poor value, poor service, avoid.

Staff very friendly, polite and courteous. We had a great time. Food was lovely, will definitely visit the restaurant when I am in the area and recommend to friends and family. Many thanks to all for looking after us.

Order mixed meat curry. The curry was like water meat no taste rice tasted dirty and salt chilli ribs were appalling. Never get takeaway again. Gone right down hill

We went on a Saturday night and was extremely busy as you would expect. Food was all extremely well cooked and tasted nice. It wasn’t a long wait considering we were a table of 11. The nearest parking was in the cinema car park. Happy with everything and would recommend

Lovely food and staff are excellent and friendly. You get brilliant value for the price, and the moment you run out of food, you get offered more. It's an all you can eat buffet with table service, and the food is delicious for the price.

The customer service was very bad, the staff were rude. The price was definitely overpriced for the quality of food you get. There was no variety on the menu, some of the food came out cold for what is quoted as freshly prepared. We also did not get some of the food we ordered and some not available. I absolutely would not be returning or I would not be recommending anyone.

Ordered chicken special rice and chicken rice noodles. There was hardly any chicken in both of them. Delivery was quick.

I've been there several times,, last was my 50th birthday the food everything was fantastic,, I'm trying to book online for a family birthday,, but,, I'm going round in circles not getting anywhere,, it seems impossible to book online!!! any tips from anyone would be appreciated,, maybe I could book over the phone????

Food and service was excellent. The staff friendly and helpful, and I can't fault the food it was really lovely, especially the Kung po King prawns & monk vegetables.

Wouldn't even bother going here at all. It's soo overpriced. 30 quid each for a platter of food. I don't even know how they get away with this. There was 5 of us just to eat a sharer platter it was 149.99! I will never go here again with that silly price. Wasn't even that nice. Would tell everyone to avoid this place. I didn't even wanna give it a 1 star but the site wouldn't let me post otherwise

I need to visit again...I'm used to fine dining so the £30 eat as much as you want menu I found restricting. Will do a lone visit to sample a wider variety. This was a work outing that suited everyone's budget. Will post once I've made a return visit. For now not my cup of tea. Strange setup where you order but nil happens until the headman okay it!

Worst Chinese I have tasted , noodles were so oily and no taste whatsoever, sweet and sauce chicken was so disgusting and bland. A little salt will not harm anyone. I should have believed the bad reviews before ordering. Never again

Do better Twin palace. My second here and it was a last minute thing we phoned up and booked as we was attending bingo before hand. It was not busy at all and we was sat at a table right by the toilet so everytime someone opened the door all we smelt was poo. When ordering the woman got funny at how much my friend had ordered despite it being a all you can eat. Whilst we was sitting there eating our food over around 7 staff was just standing staring at us and pointing and talking. So much so I am not someone to complain but I had to pull a staff member over and to ask them if they can stop staring and pointing as it is very rude. This definitely should not be how customers are treated. Whether they thought they ordered alot or not. I will not be returning. The food however was lovely which I could not fault. Just shame about the training of the staff how to be professional. We would of stayed and spent alot longer there buying drinks but after the way we was dealt with we couldn't wait to eat and get out.

Had an amazing night . With the family . Awesome New Year’s Eve party was only forty five pounds each which was great value for money .we had starters which they would happily refill for you. Then duck and pancake (which was awesome) . The mains were awesome as well. The toilets were a bit disappointing but it was a very night. Disco was good . We also got free champagne at twelve o clock. The owner came over and spoke to us and got us another free drink when he found out it was a birthday as well . Many thanks

Very poor service when I went for our Xmas do, hardly offered any food for £35

We went to Twin Palace for my daughter's 17th birthday meal. We had previously booked but the lady who greeted us took a long time finding our booking. We were shown a table, clean and nice. Staff were helpful, attentive and fast. Luckily for us the world cup final had been earlier that day so the restaurant was kinda quiet. We ordered 3 diet cokes and savaged the menu! The price of the meal was reasonable but £4.70 per glass of diet coke was not. Also the drinks were served before you see a menu or price list, so we had 4 cokes for 3 of us in the end. Over £18 for the cokes, how many bottles of coke could you buy for that in a supermarket. Food fantastic too expensive on non alcoholic drinks

Attended this Chinese restaurant and we’re left to ourselves unattended to, bad chairs, lack of customer relationship, it’s really sucks !

I loved this place! I came here with my best friend last Saturday after a busy day of Christmas shopping. We went with the all you can eat option, which for £28pp, it is pricey but totally worth it! The staff were friendly and as we arrived upon opening time it was empty. Everything cooked to order and was super fresh and hot. Would recommend to anyone.

There is no love from you to make food. Chicken skewers is so dry, hard to swallow, price for this dish is expensive so I expected something verry nice, but i was verry dissapointed with verry tiny chicken peace on skewer and dry af (sorry not sorry). Rice noodles was without taste, wings vegetables was not even fired, raw onion, raw chillies...cmon guys, you ask so much money for this? Please improve yourselves, whe you ordered food for this money you will expect something good and nice for your family, so please do this for others too because it's not free. Thank you.

Very nice food , not sure if its cooked fresh that quickly , didnt hear any food actualy cooking , used to be able to hear the food frying , it came out very quickly .,not many staff so getting drinks and service after getting food is a little slow, no parking either , but king prawn peking style is the best food there. Drinks are not super exspensive . The prices have increased alot now 24.95 on a week day each , which is a little steep i think . It was around 18 pounds and it was cold inside the resturant aswell no heating. . We will be back because the food is nice . Slightly less on the menu to a few years back aswel.

Absolutely brilliant food was on point dj rockin it everyone up and dancing was talking to the waiter or manager outside didn’t catch his name but such a good place definitely come back again the mrs had such a lovely date night well done guys keep up the good work

Initial platter barely warm and soooo salty! Ribs had a nice flavour but meat very dry. The duck was very dried out, not pleasant. The mains...s&s chicken was OK. Egg fried rice was either steamed or boiled, definitely not fried. Noodles were dry. Beef wasnt nice, when you could find a piece among all the veg! Crispy shredded chilli beef was soft. All in all a massive disappointment for £28.80 !! This food was 100% not freshly cooked to order as stated on the menu. Definitely do not recommend and will not return.

Price has gone up ALOT and menu has been REDUCED ALOT. Staff appeared miserable not friendly. We used to visit here alot but won't be anymore. It was also quiet hardly any customers and this was a Saturday night

We were a party of six for a friends birthday. I have been to Twin before but this time was really disappointed. We were not told when booking that there is a restricted menu. The main course was about five or six choices only. The man in there said we could order from the usual menu online as we were a small party but he couldn't give us a printed menu as it wasn't available to everyone. Then he didn't mention it to the waitress who refused to let us order. I don't feel the restricted menu was anything like enough choice and not worth the money. In the end she let us order some different choices but they didn't arrive. This one lady really put a dampener on our evening, as after she glared at us and was quite unpleasant. The food was really good, as it always is but we had to ask for the rest of our order. I really feel the restaurant was understaffed as the was completely full. The DJ after was brilliant - playing an excellent selection of music really suited for the clientele.

First time back since covid and really disappointed with changes to menu. No lamb and not allowed anything other then 6 options for mains. Only noodles can't add and meat too.

Been there twice really good night out

27 of us went for a Birthday meal tonight.. the food was great as always but I have to say a huge thank you to the " Lovely Lady Nat " behind the bar ...Nat really made our night special ... she took time to chat to all of us, especially my Dad .. Twin Palace you are very lucky to have such an amazing member of staff ... ❤️
