Really lovely food. Biggest Pancake Rolls ever! Reliable Delivery service. Only personal slight gripe is they don't do Won Ton soup. No other complaints. My family have been using Beijing Spring for years now.

Food came still hot, really good Chinese for this area.

Food has always been really good quality but now seems to have changed. The special fried rice was especially bad and looked like it had been re-heated and was all stuck together and stodgy. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I have ordered from this place twice and will never order again, first order was over an hour late, they do not seem to want to use couriers from the typical firms and do it all in house, leading to my frustrations with... Second order - Unable to track order as per norm, waiting an hour and 30 mins (late again) , called the restaurant and they said it had been delivered!, challenged this and they called their courier, he delivered to the wrong address. They need delivery verification! we sought a refund and this is pending, but what a hassle for something so simple that other restaurants easily get right! This restaurant has lost my confidence, I will never order from them again.

Although food arrived early which was a bonus, I would have to say the portions were on the small side and a vegetable curry was lacking in vegetables although tasty.

I’m a sucker for punishment and used on more than on occasion as it’s local. Food often arrives quicker than it should, chips taste re heated and dry, crispy chill beef is very nice to be fair. Ordered pick up whilst local council was running an inspection and overheard they’re allergen matrix hasn’t been updated in a while. Rarely see any adults working the front counter, it’s usually kids. Would not recommend unfortunately.

...food on the whole was nice but the seaweed was a bit too sweet - usually other chinese restaurants make crispy seaweeds salty (so was a bit surprised this place went the other way and filled it up with tons of sugar)

This was ordered at 6.20 I think with a 40-minute delivery estimate, we waited (me and 2 kids) until 7.30 but still no food! (1hour and 10 minutes after ordering it!) I had to take the kids back to their mum (hungry) and when I got back the food had been left outside my door. The CCTV at the flats showed delivery time at 7.45 this is WAY too long. (nearly 1.5 hours!!!) The food was cold and is still outside my door. I would like an apology and a refund please.

Personally reading the negative reviews on here after using this Chinese for over a year now I really cannot fault this place. I have never had a bad meal. The food is always delicious and the staff lovely. I always collect so cannot comment on delivery but I will always recommend this place to anyone in the area because you cannot beat it.

Delicious. Excellent Chinese. We don't usually enjoy takeaways, so this was a wonderful surprise. Highly recommended! King prawn balls were yum and the beef satay sticks were SO tender.

Food was awful and overpriced for what you got. Food was overcooked and greasy. Everyone in the house was unwell after eating it. Have purchased food from here lots of times before but never again. Will go elsewhere from now on.

They have their children behind the counter and serving/answering the phone…not to mention the teenage daughter is extremely rude to customers. Both the just eat menu and their menu delivered with the meal stated seaweed was included in both set meals. No seaweed was delivered. Called restaurant to be told this was now not offered even though their menu says it is.

Most AWFUL takeaway I've ever had. Hong Kong chicken smelt like piss, they forgot our crispy shredded beef and gave us plain rice instead of what we ordered. Stingy portions too. Worst of all when I called them to let them know the girl on the phone was RUDE and gave loads of attitude - and kept getting confused and repeating the wrong orders so was probably her initial mistake. They also asked for the rice back - probably to re-serve it to the rest of you!!! Do NOT ORDER

The food delivery time was so late our food was cold and I not enjoyable. When you have waited all that time only to be hit with disappointment. Could barely eat the food very disappointment I have wasted all that money

Food poisoning! Sharing this review while sitting on the toilet to warn future customers. This is the first time ordering from this place. I ordered a simple sweet & sour chicken Beijing style with rice. This was ordered around 10.30pm so it would have been one of their last orders. But that’s no excuse. I’m always careful when eating at restaurants or ordering takeaways, usually checking reviews and ratings and always making sure I wash my hands thoroughly before handling food. My kitchen cutlery washed properly etc. so it definitely was not that. Within just a few hours of sleeping, I woke up and nearly didn’t make it to the toilet. The food had gone right through me. Prior to this meal, I had not eaten in over 10 hours. I’ve had food poisoning before and this is it! I’ve checked to see that there have been reports of food poisoning by other customers. A hygiene rating of 3 out of 5… I should have known. I will not be ordering from here again. I’ll be honest, if I was physically able to provide a stool sample to my GP, I would. I may report this anyway, in order to prevent other people from being ill like I am. Will be spending the next 24 hours in the toilet while sipping water slowly.

Very disappointed with the food. Beef in black bean sauce was good, but the rest of the order was poor. Chicken balls and sesame prawn toast tasted like it had been reheated. One of the duck spring rolls had a bone in it. Won't be ordering anything again.

Nice food but took a long time to be delivered, ended up getting it around 20 mins late after calling the store to ask where our food was. Service seems to be taking longer these days but food is always good from here and nice people to deal with.
