Waited nearly 2 hours for food and when trying to call and find out where food is was having calls ignored. When it did turn up the driver laugh at how long it took and told us we’re lucky to even get food. Told him to return the food

Only annoying thing when ordering via deliveroo is they don't seem to know when to mark it as delivered and sometimes don't remember to hit when it's on its way. They don't seem to use deliveroo drivers so no tracking is available. But even after delivery it took until 23:56 for it to mark as delivered! You need to get a grip and be more aware and with it if you're going to use a platform like deliveroo. Ignorance isn't always bliss. Food is mostly good, tasty although quality of curry sauce varies.

Food was inedible and I was charged for prawn crackers that are free with an order over 15 pounds. Uber eats have refunded me for 2 of the items but have refused to refund the 3 pound I paid for free prawn crackers. I will take this matter further

Been a customer here for many years but I feel it has gone downhill which is real shame as the food was always faultless and reliable. The prices have got incredibly expensive compared to other Chinese take aways. My prawn on toast was dry, hard and over cooked. The curry is too hot and spicy, they need to use a mild curry rather than hot one or have two types hot or mild. I used to buy take away here regularly but I only buy on ocassion now and I will start trying other Chinese take aways as it’s not the same here any more.

Food was lovely but ordered Dumplings and no dipping sauce which is a given with dumplings so a little disappointed the rest of the food was lovely

Basic Chinese takeaway. My daughter loves the food... I am not impressed. Food is fair and edible, but I was put off by the kitchen area, it desperately needs upgrading. Staff are pleasant. I won't be eating there.

The food is lovely. We have ordered from there many times. The staff are always welcoming and always a smile when entering the takeaway. I recommend to anyone local to Bexleyheath & surrounding areas.

I ordered a roast pork fried rice. All very bland lacked taste. The pork tiny pieces lacked flavour as too the fried rice. Disappointing will try somewhere else next time.

Must be a new chef. Dry ribs were greasy, beef and mushrooms had so much garlic in. Been having Wongs for years. Will think about ordering again. Good side good delivered hot

Ordered from the first time here and it was delicious, all 3 of us thought it was one of the tastiest Chinese takeaways we have ever had. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend!

Been a customer at Wongs for over 40 years and it’s still serving the most delicious Chinese food. The prices have got a bit on the pricey side and I think this is something they will need to keep an eye on. Food is always delicious. We had a take away delivered last night, it was perfect, it was hot and delivered within the timeframe we were given. Another great meal from Wongs!

The food is good but their deliveries can be hit and miss

this restaurant has made a terrible mess of orders including losing the food and delivering to the wrong address when you tried to contact them they will do everything to make sure you get the food for the moment you say that you’ve waited for nearly an hour for the food and you’re going to cancel they get very vicious and will basically slammed the phone down on you

Ordered today and food arrived quickly, the portions are big and they kindly sent us a free bottle of Pepsi with the order. Enjoyed the food, the aromatic lamb,Singapore noodles, smoked shredded chicken, and crispy sweet chilli chicken were delicious, however the curry sauce missed something, and the Singapore fried rice was also lacking spice.we also ordered hot and spicy wings they had too much batter for my liking however other family members really liked them. I deffo would recommend this place as overall good experience.

I’ve lived in this area for 30yrs and was delighted when Wongs first opened and I have always been a fan of theirs. Their food is consistently delicious and they are generous with the portions and amount of meats etc. Wong’s was closed for a large part of this year so I used a different local Chinese takeaway which was really disappointing as the food was over salted and the chicken almost non existent. This really highlighted the quality of food Wongs offered. So I forfeited having any Chinese food until Wongs reopened and then my friend and I shared a Chinese banquet - so despite all the lockdowns and restrictions, I’m glad at least Wongs is still open.

The food is absolutely beautiful. I ordered a takeaway from here, the food came in 30 minutes. We ordered: Singapore style rice - very well seasoned, never had this before, a curried flavour Chicken gyoza - I think next time I would order vegetable gyozas, still good Duck spring rolls - the spring rolls were large, the ingredients inside were not dry, the pastry was crisp, probably the best ones I’ve ever had Chicken in black bean sauce - very tasty, lots of veg and chicken, good amount of sauce Shredded chilli beef - not my favourite as I’m not fond of the sauce Ordered through Deliveroo, it came 20 minutes before expected so I was shocked but impressed when it turned up. The food was hot and well portioned. This truly is the best Chinese takeaway I’ve ever had

I've lived in Welling now for over 7 years and always gone to this Chinese for the good, reasonably priced food. Now, they have upped their prices extortionatley and the food is worse!!!! Their jusification was.... inflation!!! The staff are now really rude and the food is below par! I wont be getting a take away from them again unless they improve their attitude and don't assume regular customer will pay their ridiculious prices!! Ubereats etc is much better even with deliver charges!

Had S&P squid was nice had a couple of hard pieces but can live with that noddle was nice and seaweed tasted nice thanks

Wow fresh boiled rice curry source full off flavour fresh tofu yhhhh this place in THE BEST.

Great take away but your better off collecting as you have to wait a while for a delivery some times. Set menus are good value.

Way to long in doing my order. People came in after me and left before me. I waited 1 hour 6 minutes from the time my order was taken. When I asked what happened she was very vague as to weather I had ordered it. The fryed noodles were very greasey. Too much dough on the king prawns. I wont go there again.

Great customer service and great non greasy food!

They were serving street food around More London area, London Bridge. I asked whether they take cards, they said they didn't. Started walking away, they called me back and said they do. They gave me half a portion of food compared to my colleague who paid cash so did my other colleague - they asked us if we can pay together. My colleague had to get chips elsewhere and I'm still hungry after spending £9. My colleague said it's £2.50 worth of food from any Chinese takeaway, at most. I didn't particularly enjoy the food either...

working away picked up some food to get back to the hotel with the wrong order. gutted. will not be returning.

Just waited over 30mins to be given wrong order, got money back but no apology. Food is nice but service just lets this place down.

Food here is really good and you can see them prepare the food for you which is a really nice touch.

Have used Wong’s numerous times and never been disappointed. Nice to be able to watch your food being cooked while you wait. Their set meal deals offer a good selection. Good fast delivery service too if needed. They always throw in something extra if you are spending a few bob. They are now doing a few Malaysian, Thai and Japanese dishes but haven’t tried them yet

Best Chinese takeaway around. Not greasy at all and never gives me a stomach ache in the morning like every other Chinese take away

Not one to write negative reviews but the whole take away was terrible. We choose this take away as our normal Chinese was shut and this had great reviews on strip Advisor. Threw the whole meal in the bin. Worst Chinese we have ever tasted.

Superb love watching what is cooked

Fancied trying a different Chinese take away to our usual...and really glad we did! Lovely food...pipping hot and crunchy sesame prawn toast.... Delicious squid with salt and chilli All food ordered very nicely spiced... And hot! Plus...lots and lots of cashew nuts ...which can sometimes be very thin in number.! Well done Wong's kitchen! We will come back for more!!

Good, reasonably priced food with reliable delivery. Used them a number of times and the food has always been good.

This is my local Chinese takeaway and I love it. The food is great and always fresh it's always delivered quickly. It's the only Chinese I use.

This take away Chinese is very good, clean, and reasonably priced. Take away is never longer that half hour which is impressive as most restaurants take a lot longer to deliver their take always.

Never lets you down,always a winner.Prawn in black bean is the best.Chicken curry delicious.Dumplings are tasty too.Highly recommended :)

Love this place ..been using wongs for about 5 years now ..for friday night take away ..we have a,variety of dishes from beef curry to pork curry to sweet and sour dishes and ribs ..food always hot ...friendly staff can accommodate most dishes ...be prepared for a,bit of a wait on fridays and Saturdays .but worth it ...very good prices cheaper if you have dish in one container ....

We've been customers of Wong's Kitchen for nearly 30 years. Friendly staff, able to see the food cooked in front of you and good food keeps us coming back.

We used to live near wongs so was regular customers foods always been best we could find. However we ordered on Friday waited over an hour and my god the food awful. chow mein was sloppy and soggy. ...the crispy shredded beef(the reason I used to love wongs) was horrible nothing like there previous. soo disappointed will never be returning

We decided to blow our diets for an evening and have a chinese. We haven't eaten here in a long time but as they have new management we thpught to give it a go. Well what a waste of calories! We orderedEgg fried rice, pork chow mein, beef with mushrooms, s/s chicken balls, beef in black bean sauce, spicy salt and chilli ribs and squid, bbq ribs. The bbq sauce was more like gravy and the garlic was so so over powering in every dish it made it taste bitter with the burnt bits and hot with the raw bits. There was no other flavour other than garlic throughout the entire meal. The squid was awful. I order this at every Chinese I go to and it was by far the worst chilli squid iv every eaten. Its such a shame, we collected the meal and the lady serving seemed lovely. We wont be returning. :(
