This is the worst Chinese food have ever eaten , the taste is out of it, the place looks like an abandoned shop, the management should upgrade.

The place is filthy, just looking at the entrance you know it's pure filth. Outdated posters and dust . I'm sure they must have rodents in that place. I bought regardless as I was already there. You can't pay via card, and the food was bad. Horrible food, bad service. I wondered what their rating was as it wasn't pasted on the entrance like many other places. I looked online at the food standards website and it was a 2 star at 2020. If it got an inspection now it will be closed. There's a reason they don't want to show the rating.

Ordered online paid £17 for half a duck and got sent half a duck then called and got told he already knew he had only sent and to Apply for a refund absolute joke Owner was rude and unhelpful

This was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in my entire life. I don’t know where to begin expressing how diabolical it was. The chicken wings were completely inedible, so was the very little meat on the ribs. The rice was like chewing stones. The seaweed was BROWN?! The chicken balls were like rocks. How did you get it so wrong? Even the chips were terrible. It’s an absolute disgrace that this place is open and actually take money from people and serve up such rancid food. AWFUL! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

I don't understand why the reviews are so bad, I have never had bad food from Lucky Inn. Yes it's not restaurant quality, but it's delightful take away food. We enjoy getting their chow Mein, egg fried rice and pancake rolls every once in a while but last night I ordered a birthday feast! I have to say it was lovely, we enjoyed every last bit. The gentleman on the phone is always delightful and very honourable, thank you for the birthday wishes 💜 Every delivery driver has been polite and careful with the food, and believe me I've had some shocking delivery drivers The prices of the food is reasonable and I don't mind ordering again.

Ordered a takeaway from here last night and I’m not a fussy eater but this was almost inedible. We done our best as it was our only dinner option last night but none of us wanted seconds (usually it all goes quickly) Did not taste like normal chinese at all. The prawn crackers were stale, must have been sitting there for days! I’m sorry lucky inn but you really do need a new chef. Very disappointed

Food was off and had a bad taste. The prawns in the King prawn fried rice had gone off. Called to complain about the food and the person there told me there was nothing wrong with the prawns. Very bad customer service. Worst Chinese ever! Waste of money!

This was the worst Chinese we have ever had. Nothing was fresh..the starter for two was not edible..the seeweed was pale in colour not fresh at all and so hard you couldn't chew it ! the chicken wings were so over fried..disgusting, we had a Singapore duck dish , so disgusting and not fresh..couldnt eat it and Singapore rice noodles so greasy and hot..dont even bother ! Just to let you all know..if you value your money do not spend it here !!! 🤢

Confused with all the 1 star reviews as it ain't that bad personally, sure it is a bit expensive but the food is actually decent.

Do not buy any prawns or shrimp just got our order and its all off. The shrimps are stinking called them and was rude on the phone

Do not use this takeaway, incorrect items delivered and missing items delivered and you cannot call them but leave a voice mail msg. Used them for years. My last order with them. Avoid.!!

I ordered on UberEats as it stated restaurant had a 5* FHR, on pick up it didn’t look 5* so I asked and the man told me there were a 3* but had an inspection last week, which would reflect the date on UberEats, still not convinced I thought I would be complaining as the place looks run down, however what I found was the food was hot, smelt nice, looked nice and best of all tasted nice. Moral of the story never judge a book by its cover.

Sadly disgusting.... It's sitting here uneaten the worst Chinese I have had. I don't even need to elaborate further just believe me this was rank and nasty.

One star is too generous! Worse Chinese I’ve ever had. Chicken balls were beyond crispy Satay sauce and curry sauce was runny with no flavour There were 5 mushrooms in a large mushroom chow mein special fried rice had nothing in it but rice and a few red bits. I am shocked that the chef has the front to serve this and call it a Chinese…. wasted £50 ever

The place is dirty,extremely dirty,saw a dead fly in a cobweb just in the counter, dusty counters,I mean the place is filthy,from the door you can see it has not been cleaned in months,how r they even allowed to operate. The food was horrible, oiled rice no flavour, salt and pepper chips disgusting, what is this even about, the worst ever. Just tried this today because my usual one was closed today. Regretting so much. PATHETIC!!! AVOID THEM!!, Don't even deserve 1 star at all.

Really good chinese takeaway always order from here. Was able to call and alter my dishes as per dietary requirements. Small place but very quick and lovely staff

Disgusting food. The beef curry was more oil than curry and my daughter could not eat her duck because it was just pure fat. The lemon Chicken was slimy. The best bit of the meal was the can of cola (and that was warm)!!!! Phoned up the restaurant to complain. Wry rude. Please please please do not waste your money on this dreadful food. Awful. What a waste of my money. I only gave it a one because I couldn’t give a minus.

Best salted grease ever! Some other flavours in there which we couldn't work out, meat was like a slimey foam and the veg im not even sure had even seen any heat, arrived quickly though. Couldn't recommend at all.

Rude and disgusting. Food was so oily, the curry was half oil half curry. So rude on the phone, serving inedible rubbish and then when you complain they just argue against you. Congrats on being the worst Chinese we’ve tried in Erith and the surrounding areas

Very bad experience.I used "Just Eat" App. for the first time and ordered food from them for a friend that lives in the area as a Surprise. Their driver got the right place but couldn't deliver because he was not able to say properly WHO the food was for. Then they said I gave the wrong number to Just Eat, a LIE. I gave the right number and they never called me . Very RUDE when I called back to get a refund , they said it was ALL my fault and I should contact Just Eat. Just Eat will refund me but as for Lucky Inn , just forget about it. Honestly.xxx

I ordered food from this Chinese restaurant and they got my order completely wrong as well as taking an hour long to bring the food to us. I am very disappointed and will not go there again

We order a couple of time from them through Uber eat and all the time something happen with my food, today I order over the phone and food is very nice and they give me estimated time 45 minutes to deliver the food butt they done delivery so quick we wouldn't expect that another thing is they send me to free drink and One bag porn cracker as well me and my wife is very happy with the food and The customer service, they are very helpful people they help me to order good dishes I thumbs up for chef and Who taking the phone, Thank you very much for everything👌

Wow, appalling food. Ordered a chow mein which just smelt off and tasted weird, super salty too. In a metal container but the lid was secured paper side down! Prawn dish was horrid, prawns were tough and rubbery, tasted days old and just refried. Beef in black bean sauce was just pure grease and oil. The portion sizes were embarrassing also, 1 third of each container empty. To top it off it gave me a bad stomach all night!!! Environmental health need to give this place a once over. Dont bother order from here and waste your money.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Ordered a prawn dish tonight, took one prawn out of the dish and couldn’t even finishing chewing it as it was obviously off. Told by person answering phone when we complained that we are just trying to get free food. Appalling attitude to have will be reporting to Environmental Health.

Minus stars.....Order beef curry and rice and got 5 very small pieces of beef, one full mushroom, the rest was onions and sauce. Worried to the oderves and chicken balls now.

After visiting, I checked the food hygiene rating, and wasnt surprised to find it was only a 2! Food was awful - sauces like congealed gunk - collected my food and collection area was not looking great and had an awful smell of grease- incense sticks on the counter didnt help, whatever they may think! Never ever again - AVOID

SPOILD RIBS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I ordered spare ribs, they looked green and were SPOILT. I HAD TO SPIT IT OUT IMMEDIATELY and take it out of my babies food. I totally do not recommend, i am absolutely disgusted. Im worried by 2 year old and I would get food poisoning. I called them about this problem and they denied, im so sad never again going there. I had the Singapore chow mein which was really nice. I just wish it had more meat in it because the nest was quite scanty. But the taste was great. They take cash and you can also transfer money into their account if you don't have cash on you.

Hideous. Ordered from Deliveroo really disappointed everything Is swimming in grease. Prawn toast flat greasy and burnt. Dumplings had almost no prawns and way to much batter. Udon noddles are supposed to be Japanese style but what we received was normal thick greasy noodles. Prawns not meant to be battered instead they were battered in grease. There are many better Chinese takeaways locally avoid. Edit horrible seaweed actually supposed to be fried but just moist wet shizzle what the hell.

Avoid! I wouldn’t even give a 1 star but had no other option. By far the worst Chinese takeaway. Chicken was under cooked and the rest of the food was delivered cold. The prawn toast was just flat baked bread and the peanut sauce looked like sludge!

Think twice if your hungry! Don't do a telephone order!! I place my order at 7.05pm....I was told it would be an hour because their drivers are busy. At 8.30pm I rang up to get an update I was told it will be 10-15 minutes. At 9.10pm I rang up and said I've been waiting 2 hours for my food....I asked the lady do you have an update otherwise you might as well cancel it, she said she will cancel it. I said no check with your delivery and get back to me, she agreed. She never got back to me...... At 9.17 the food arrived....dry chicken wings, dry prawn toasts as part of the appetiser...I won't be ordering again 2nd ordering I'll keep my money!

Disgusting place! Missing food they made mistake! No refund no replacement nothing! Squid was drench in oil.. salt pepper chip was bland and extremely dry like stale.. I called up they are rude.. they make you hang up phone by telling you boss not here and say they will tell boss to call you back! Thats a lie.. i had to go bed starving!! I posted on the erith group forum find out alot of people responded they had raw chicken wasnt cooked... so be careful do not order! Hygiene rating after researching is number 2

The most awful Chinese I have ever had. The spring rolls had nothing in them, no prawns on prawn toast, no meat on the ribs. The duck was very dry. Plus we had to wait ages for delivery. Please do not use this Chinese

1 star for the fast delivery. Although the food portions were so SMALL and the prawn crackers wow there was only 5 full size in there you could fold the bag in half twice it was that small.

The order was supposed to come 1 hour after the order was made, however after waiting more than an hour they decide to cancel my order. I do not recommend this restaurant !!

Ordered at 7.20, it’s now 9.20 and the food isn’t here. Been trying to call for 35 minutes to cancel my order but no one is answering. Managed to cancel food and got a refund through just eat. They then knocked at 9.55 with no apology. Food was returned as we already had a refund and I wasn’t eating at 10. Do not use.

Gave 5 stars purely to balance out the unfair review by the lady who stated I could have got better from M&S, yes you could have for double the price. It's like complaining you can't book a flight for Emirates for the price of an Easyjet or Ryanair flight... You get what you pay for...

This is the only decent Chinese take away around these parts. The food comes in reasonable time - not too quick (so you think it's laying around) not too slow (so you're starving hungry). Good portion sizes and prices.

I had a take away delivered tonight and wish I hadn't bothered . Ordered a Special Fried Rice but it wasn't very special , hardly had anything other than rice in it . Thought I would have something different and ordered the SPECIAL CURRY. ... Believe me when I say there was NOTHING Special about it, the container was only half full and the contents of this "" Special Curry "" was as follows - 2 Prawns 2 slices of Pork 1 slice of Beef 1 large mushroom ZERO bits of chicken Then the rest of the curry was made up of onion. ..... And for this Not So Special Curry I had to pay £5:20 What a pathetic joke, will NEVER be using Lucky Inn ever again and hopefully next time I might find somewhere that actually makes an effort when it comes to preparing there food. ....

First time I tried the tofu and it was lovely! Would definitely have again. I've found that Lucky Inn is the most consistent Chinese takeaway locally in terms of food taste and quality, where as others in the area can be up and down. Lucky Inn do lovely food at great prices too.

“a reply to a previous comment” regardless of how you cook them or “blood in the chicken” as you have previously said the chicken was uncooked I assure you. cooked Chicken should not be pink in the middle. in regards to the rice there are plenty of other Chinese restaurants that cook the same dishes as yourselves and don’t have a problem. so don’t tell me there was nothing wrong with the food when it’s below consumption and had to be thrown away. I would have thought you would have been more concerned on a customer spending money with you that telling them they are essentially lying., I also ordered cans of Diet Coke and was delivered regular with no explanation or apology but that’s bye the bye. as I previously said avoid avoid avoid.!!

The sweet-and-sour pork hballs were totally inedible. the pork was exceedingly dry and the batter was chewy and tasteless. threw it away. genuinely the worst of this particular dish I’ve had my life and I’ve been around for some time! crispy duck was ok. boiled rice too - as you’d expect.

Great food, tasty chicken and duck, crispy chips and some free extras for good measure.

In the end the food was great. We ordered duck and got a message to say it was out for delivery. It took 50 minutes to get to us and was then stone cold. I called the restaurant and they were quite rude.. ‘well it was hot when it left our shop’... eventually they said they would come and collect it and then hung up. Someone came around 10mins later and collected our duck. I asked if they were going to replace it as the guy on the phone had hung up on me, they brought a fresh and HOT one back within 15. Food was great - shame about the service. Wont be using them again.

I ordered Singapore noodles but received noodles in sweet and sour sauce. When I provided them with a picture, they were adamant that it was "curry paste" but last time I checked, curry paste didnt taste like sweet and sour sauce. I got my refund but it was painful to get any help from them directly, thus leaving me to talk to customer services at JustEat who resolved the issue quickly without any trouble.

Forgot bottle of juice ordered and while it took about 1.5hrs for them to deliver it, the staff were all really polite. The food itself was delicious. Would order again & recommend.
