Not the tastiest Chinese we have had.

chilli beef inedible. stale oil taste. crispy duck also unpleasant, possibly stale

order never arrived, courier instead of calling just left the food at the wrong place

£5.50 for half a portion of chilli chips… disappointing. Usually love this place but that’s becoming an absolute rip off

Order was wrong and incomplete. Fried rice was burned. Very very expensive for what was provided.

Chicken balls were a pretty hard, bit overdone, sweet and sour sauce could do with some improvements otherwise not too bad

The delivery rider went to the wrong road, I could see this on the tracking. He then 'phoned me saying he was outside my house! I gave him directions to get to my place, he blamed it on his GPS! Delivery people should install 'WAZE' app then they won't get lost LOL! Now for the food: The chicken curry was far too hot with chili, the hottest Chinese curry I've ever had. The fried rice was okay but nothing special. It's always a 'lottery' when ordering take-a-way food. Oh well, beans on toast for me! ;-)

Ordered a Pho and most of the liquid was in the bottom of the plastic bag. They need to use a better container as it was inedible without the broth.

Salt and chilli squid over cooked hard and rubbery For a premises that is a 5 minute walk away they took over an hour to deliver. Even with a delivery charge! Expensive for what was received prawn crackers £4? Really!….

Food was good and hot and enjoyable

Food ok but no free prawn crackers as usual! (Also didn't read notes to adjust order slightly, which they have previously). Also very disappointed that they charged £2.49 to deliver just over 1 mile. And not good that they can't be monitored on a map as they deliver.

Food is always really good and delivery is fast. Best takeaway I've found in a long time.

Food was mildly warm. Chow mein was lack lustre and very oily. Plain chow mein had no beansprouts or onion and was very bland. Salt and pepper tofu was bland and very, very oily with a funny funky taste. Portion sizes were reasonable. Wouldn't order here again.

The food wasvgreat as always, however the driver could not find the address then I had to go downstairs to puck up my food from him.

Brilliant service by the restaurant and very reasonable prices in the current climate. Food was just okay though and would not order again based on that.

Your delivery riders must all be illiterate, it’s the only explanation I can think of that explains why they can never find my house.

food great as always shame i didn't get drink i paid for or curry sauce i ordered instead of a sweet and sour sauce.having paid a 2.50 delivery fee ontop of a service charge and just eat prices that are bumped up all ready am i not paying the service charge with the money you add on to the menus prices?

If you can’t read please state that on your menus I ordered chicken charmaine and a beef fried rice and chicken spring rolls and ended up getting two dry char mains also ask them pls add a lil bit of chilli oil considering I spent over £20 and not even no free prawn crackers won’t be ordering again.. hurry up and run me my money back!

Ordered 4 Cokes and received only 1 Coke. The receipt had 4 Cokes down so not sure how one misses that...

I'm a regular customer and usually the food is excellent. today the chips and rice were fine. the spring rolls weren't as nice as usual and slightly too oily, the chicken and sweetcorn soup I tried for the first time, and hardly had any sweetcorn in it, not as yummy as usual sadly

Everything was okay, the wings were all red and undercooked however, couldn’t eat. Curry prawn only had 6 small ones and just loads of gravy

Looked at all the positive reviews and decided to give this restaurant a chance. Unfortunately, my order was never delivered. It took three Just Eat live chats to find someone actually willing/able to help (very grateful to Georgi P) By the time this was sorted, it was late in the evening. McDonald's came through to save the day!

The map shows incorrectly my location causing late deliveries. Not sure if anyone care from your Company?

Have been a long term customer and really disappointed with the attitude of the restaurant this evening . Waited an hour and a half for delivery and when contacting I was told there was no delivery driver from Just Eat . Maybe contacting the client would of been a good start . No apology , nothing . Won’t be going back . Very poor service

Food was nice , rice wasn’t as tasty as my last order but I added a little soy sauce and I was happy. The delivery driver was completely horrible and mannerless. If he doesn’t want to work, he should quit. No greeting, and he more or less shoved the food in my hand. Very rude so that was a disappointment. But the food is nice

Noodles & dishes with sauce are nice, the MAIN DOWNFALL was the dishes that was Fried as could taste the oil in all of them ie chicken balls, shredded beef, prawn toast.

After waiting a long time, we were so disappointed to see that our order was wrong. We rang Happy Family and were spoken to in a very rude manner. At one point the man even said sarcastically "What do you want me to do? Walk over with it?" I explained that part of the order which was wrong was for our 6 year old and they didn't care. They kept saying "Tell Just Eat! They'll refund it". Our poor child had no dinner after being promised a treat.

The food was more tasty than I've had before today, noodles were good texture and Cashew chicken was a nice texture. Their regular delivery driver was as friendly as ever which does make a difference 🙂 thank you

Second time I ordered from here. The food is cooked well enough, however the sweet and sour & lemon chicken lacks the sourness needed for the dish and is only sweet.

It was 45 mins late and when I called up, there was no apology or acknowledgement of how late it was. Prawn toast was extremely dry, overfried and I couldn’t taste any prawn so I threw it away. Everything else was average apart from the spring roll which I enjoyed.

DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR! The food was disgusting as I am Muslim the manager gave me pork and told me I was poor. She swore at me and the workers were disgusting to me they threw my money on the floor and didn’t give me a refund
