This has to be the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to without doubt, The soup was like water and had what I only can describe as spam init and stupidly spicey, The duck was like stuffing it was that stick, The sweet and sour was warm at best and tasted like vodka it was vile, I asked a meber of staff if he eat there to which he did not reply and went red and looked ashamed, Lastly the crispy shredded chilli beef looked like mice droppings The food was out to your table within a minute and was cold In summary DO NOT GO ITS HURRENDOS

Came into the restaurant for lunch and was one of the first customers to arrive. Food was spot on and I received the best service what I have ever experienced in my whole life from Wiktoria who greeted me on arrival but also made it clear how to order, she also made sure that everything ran smoothly and the service was top notch. I would 100% return due to Wiktorias kindness and professionalism and highly recommend TCB Bury. GIVE WIKTORIA A PROMOTION 🍱🍲🍜

Honestly unsure why this place has so many bad reviews! Went today for lunch and it was lovely, we were seated quickly, everything was explained to us and we got to ordering our first dishes. I think it’s a good idea that you can’t help yourself as so much goes to waste, the portions were good and everything we ordered as a group of 5 (3 adults, 2 children) was lovely! We got a huge selection of different items from the menu, and the kids LOVED the robots bringing the food to the table, overall it was a lovely experience and we will definitely be visiting again!

what a fun dining experience at TCB Bury ! the staff were great, the robots were hilarious and the food was top notch! no it’s not the cheapest dining in peak times BUT it’s all you can eat, you can order as many courses as you like - 3 per person at a time & my son had 19 courses in total 🤣 we had a fab time and we all left very full and happy! i don’t know why there are bad reviews for this place it’s really great. we will definitely make this a regular dining spot. yum yum

Food was cold had to get the same food twice and still came cold manager told us no one else has complained and the food was warm acting like we was lying paid £27.99 for cold food and eventually had to. Move to dessert no offer of a free drink or knocking the bill down just a oh sorry

TCB Bury is one of the ideal restaurants for Chinese cuisine. The food is very delicious, the staff is super cute, the dishes are served quickly, and the food is delicious. I will come back to eat again.

This restaurant is nice and modern, with a variety of dishes to choose from. They offer small portions so you can try a little bit of everything.

The food was generally fresh and flavorful, with the Peking duck and dim sum being particularly excellent. A few dishes were a bit too salty.

First time visiting on Saturday evening 3rd August. Was a little apprentice at first about how to order from the app. The staff were brilliant and shown me exactly what to do and in the end found it very simple. The food was great, not too big a portion but ideal for trying different food, which we loved. Will definitely visit again, good food, good price and brilliant staff, the bots added that extra fun to the night.

Despite the large sign on the outside of the building saying "The Chinese Buffet", this is no longer what I, and I think most people, would describe as a "buffet". Instead, you are asked to download their app, which you then use to select dishes from pictures; your selections are brought to you by robot. When we arrived, it was ten minutes between our first order and the food arriving. This is one of the advantages of a buffet - no waiting. I think we may have been unlucky as a waiter saw we had no food and said he would check with the kitchen. The food arrived very quickly after that. The food was nothing special. I would say much the same standard as a supermarket ready meal. If you like fried food, you might enjoy it here; if you like vegetables, you probably won't. There were only one or two vegetable dishes. The "mixed veg curry" consisted of one cauliflower floret and one broccoli floret (possibly in some sort of sauce). The "sliced chicken with green pepper in black bean sauce" had no green pepper, but did have some small red bits in that might have been red pepper. Although the food arrived by robot, there were still several service staff, who were patient, attentive, and proactive when they saw a problem. Faultless. It is not fair to be too critical because buffets were closing even before the pandemic and recent inflation - at least this place is still providing a service. We just aren't part of its target market any more.

Rude manager (wicked *itch of the East) who doesn't explain that they will lend you a tablet if you don't have your own 'phone for ordering, very limited menu choice, can only order 3 items at once, unable to mix items i.e can't order prawn crackers with soup, small portions, tasteless food, no 'fresh' food i.e salad or fruit, only 1 'chef' (to operate the deep fat fryer and microwave). This place was okay many moons ago, but now you get cheaper, better quality and tastier food from the Pound Bakery.

Went here with my daughter and loved it. You scan a QR code taking you too a website and given a table code to order You order and a robot turns up with your food and the food is good.

Had a lovely meal with the family here,all went very smoothly. The only downside was the hot&sour soup wasn't very good,and it's a soup I absolutely love normally. Service was spot on Alan looked after us really well.Thankyou. Oh parking in the multi storey is free after 6pm in the week.

Discrimanation On the 14th July 2024,me and more 14 person went to the restaurant for a celebration. I booked online and I mention that will be 3 Autistic, non verbal, AHD and epilepsy children between us, and I request to be sated in the windows room, they told me that as to be the minimum of 30 person for it. During our time there, WE WAS DISCRIMINATION BY THE MANAGERS, they disrespect me, my daughters, my guests and told us to control our children's. One of the guests asked for the refund for they could live the restaurant because they couldn't do much more and the manager said "No,We CAN NOT REFUND YOU"... Are you serios! Wasn't the first time that we went there and I am so offended, desrespect, sad, disappointed with their behaviour. They said that some costumers are complaining and they move places, the ones that complain was a women and one child. How is possible have mothers,to be called like that and behaving like this?????? I am a single mother of 3 girls, and 2 of thems are autistics, non-verbal and has AHD so looks like that because they have this disabilities they can go out. What a shame.

Overall what a terrible experience, greeted with unfriendliness, asked to download the app even at the restaurant. The food was mediocre, waffles rock hard with melted ice cream ! What a joke. Unfriendly host but pretty good servers but lacking manners. We were charged for a 7 month baby!! Even tho the baby wasn’t eating anything in the restaurant!!! Why the charge ?? Would not recommend and not worth the price.

Absolutely disgraceful management! I have been invited to have lunch with a couple of friends; we were celebrating a baptism. It has been pointed out that there were 3 non-verbal autistic/ADHD’s kids. My infant is autistic with severe mental delays. However, she is so cheerful kid herself. Everyone loves her wherever she goes because that’s how friendly she is. My child can’t stay still, her stimming is moving front and backwards. She eventually stays in a corner. Today, when we reached there, I found ridiculous that they separated a part of the group. However, my minor went to the corner and was looking through the window. Eventually, backward to the table for me to change the video and uphold again to the corner. I supervise her at all the time! Always when the robot moved I was watching her. A member of staff was staring at her as if she were doing anything wrong. Then he approached me and told me to handle my child “due to safety reasons” as the robot needs to move around. They did not point this at the beginning before I paid. I apologised, and I informed him there was nothing I can’t do as my kid can’t stand still. I mentioned that I noticed the robot will stop as well, then he answered that the robot wouldn’t stop with small children and turned his back, leaving me talking to myself. Suddenly, the robot approached to another toddler and stopped. Anyway, the manager came out, he reached me saying that I should control my kid, and she could not remain in the corner or interact with another customer as they raised a complaint against. I was just speaking to a table behind who claimed that they didn’t raise any complaints about my minor and I pointed at the table, and asked if was that table. He added “don’t point at the table, it’s rude and control your child” (it was not pleasant to hear in the tone of uncontrollable anger let’s say), I asked him a question and I pointed out because I want the costumer’s seeing that he said they complained about it (which was not true). He raised his voice and told me to seat down, I told him that I wouldn’t, and I want a refund as I hadn't eaten anything, and he was not happy with my kid. He refused to give the money back and persuaded me to sit rudely. Which I did not, I inquired him if there was any policy that I should be seat down while I’m eating because I saw nothing anywhere that would point that (of course I was only pissed off by his discrimination against my kid and his ignorant attitude). I called the law enforcement as he was very nervous and looked like that he was about to do something. The police didn’t interfere at that stage but recommended me to report the incident to 101. Eventually, I calmed down my toddler, and we managed to seat. I ate while my eldest child was about to finish (so she ordered deserts). They came to the table and told us that was the last order. So I paid £65 for an adult and 2 minors and I barely eat that “unlimited food”. What? What a horrible experience! Disgusting disable racist scammers! That’s all I can say.NEVER, ever, I would be back. My friends either wouldn’t be back and it’s sad! Such a potential goes down and surely will shut their doors as no one would stand with these manners.

I were enjoying the new setup at this restaurant. One of the highlights is that the food is cooked fresh, ensuring that it arrives at the table piping hot. The service was great and so much choice on food! We will be back again soon!

Have you ever been served food by robots? no, well let me tell you about my experience with TCB in bury. so myself and a friend visited last week and i have to say, i was very impressed with the food, cleanliness and service, so much so, last night i thought i would treat my daughter to the experience. before i start, please note they DO NOT take last minute bookings online, its a minimum of 2 hours prior, so i would suggest ringing in advance, as you run the risk of turning up and not being able to dine, i must admit we just turned up on a whim and managed to get seated :) on that note, From walking in the doors at the top the the escalator of the entertainment complex at the rock you can't help but notice how clean TCB actually is, its is spotless! with the bathrooms on the left as you walk in, the little boys room was also spotless, with my only criticism being the toilet paper is the single square pieces you pull out instead of the roll. then you walk on to be greeted at the bar area where you are asked if you have booked or not, then you are asked to download their app, you will need this... when walking to your seat you may or may not notice a cute "CAT" robot. once sat your host/hostess will help you with the app if you require it and ask you to scan a QR code, this is so you can order your food, in this visit and my previous my hostess was Rachael, Rachael is, lovely, chatty and welcoming and helpful, she explained how the process worked and how to order your food, she does this very clearly even a dyslexic Irishman like me could understand. Lets get some food!! The menu on the all is extremely simple and clear, push on the picture and it gives you all the details of the food. you are allowed to choose 3 dishes each, so i let abigail choose her 3 and i chose mine, submitted the order and literally minutes later your table is visited by a very cute cat robot, you take your food and push finish, the big puddy cat thanks you and gives you a smile and leaves. throughout the visit myself and Abigail absolutely loved the food coming out, the food comes in bite size portions to reduce wastage, and this also gives you the opportunity to try lots of different dishes as you can order as much as you want in total, but remember there is a food wastage charge if you waste food. once your dish is finished you leave it on your table, where it is whisked away in no time at all. as well as Rachael servicing my table, we were also serviced by the stunning Wiktoria, (pronounced Victoria) who again, was absolutely lovely, with beaming, welcoming smile and eyes. Wiktoria was chatty, forthcoming and helped with no issues, we had a couple of questions and she stayed and answered them. throughout my whole experience, our food was hot and table clear of dishes, and all the food was tasty. Service alone received by our Hostesses, Wiktoria and Rachael was absolutely flawless, and always served/greeted with a big smile. (If the owners are reading this, please acknowledge these 2 ladies as they are keeping your reputation high) Now for the downsides, Well, this is going to be short. 1) The toilet paper, much more hygienic having toilet roll as apposed to small squares. 2) The Curry sauce, the curry sauce had a very artificial, plasticky taste to it, it was not very nice Overall. Absolute brilliant place to visit, especially with your kids, (please check the prices beforehand) with a very chilled atmosphere, great food and nice drinks and lovely servers with the added novelty of being served by cat robots. Parents. Please keep your kids under control, there was a young lad, about 5/6 years old last night running around in front of the robots banging into, slapping and kicking them causing them to stop and had to be assisted by Rachael and Wiktoria to continue. I had an absolutely amazing experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and offered a wide range of choices. Staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our dining experience was enjoyable. One unique aspect was the convenience of ordering from our phones and having a robot deliver our meals. The waiting time was minimal, with the longest wait being only 10 minutes. Ordering six choices at a time allowed us to enjoy our meal while we waited for the next round of dishes. It was our first time being served by robots, and it added an extra element of fun to the experience. We will definitely be returning.
