My soup was all over the bag and leaked over all the food

I have never had a problem.with the food before but the meals I ordered tonight were really bad. The duck was slimy and the lemon sauce tasted like chemicals. The chicken in my sweet and sour dish also was of poor quality I don't know if they have a different chef at the weekend. Really annoyed because I have been using Good Food for years.

I ordered mixed vegetable crispy noodles but vegetables and sauce taste off. Salt & pepper chips are too dry or overly cooked. Egg fried rice don’t taste of anything very bland. Very disappointed with my order I’ve had to throw all the food away.

The food was delivered on time by a friendly driver and it was steaming hot. The portions were good and overall it was nice, although I was very disappointed in the Salt and Chilli Pepper Chips. They were like standard chippy chips without much Salt and Chilli flavour to them. Personally I think they could have been cooked longer for more crispiness and flavour.

Had food twice now on recommendation and it’s great. We had a gathering of 8 people who all orders different meals. Every meal was delicious 👍👍

First time ordering from here, noodles were quite bland, sweet and sour & Gravy was very watery, chips were over cooked and the sausage wasn’t nice at all. Chicken balls, curry sauce and rice was lush tho. Debatable whether we’ll order again…………

The food was absolutely amazing so delicious

My husband called to place our order and asked if it would be possible to have the Beef and Garlic dish without Chillies as I am allergic to them. He was assured this would be ok. He went to collect our order, brought it back home and as I opened the container, I could see the red chillies. My husband called them and after a disgruntled woman answered the phone, he then returned to the shop. On arrival the woman produced a jar of the chilli sauce and tried to justify that the chillies were already in the sauce and were not added by the chef. My husband had to explain AGAIN this was an allergy. The woman's response.... dont order anything with chillies in then!

Chicken was not fully cooked had to throw it away when I tried to called the shop they were not picking up

beautifully cooked, nice and hot, plenty of it.

Took a very long time to arrive. After waiting 40 mins past the original delivery time, I rang they told me it was just being prepared. It did then arrive quite quickly but the food did not seem freshly cooked. More like it had been sitting under a lamp for a while. Very disappointing. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Should change the name to dangerous food. Hard metal wire in soup! Could have done some serious damage to mine or family members insides if I didn't spot it (see image). Only got a replacement soup for the trouble! Won't be ordering from here again.

food late....quality of food poor..chips rock hard and I ordered lamb and got chicken it wasn't very nice !!!

Good food, delivery can be a bit slow so order a bit earlier than normal.

Not sure if issue was with driver or restaurant - food would have been really nice but had clearly been in the bag for a long time as there was a build up of condensation which made some of the food soggy. Order was placed at 1920 (Friday night), initially due to be delivered 2015-2035, then delayed to 2030-2050, eventually arrived at 2120. Lady at the restaurant was helpful as she contacted the driver for me. It's a shame because you could tell the food would have been really nice otherwise.

Ribs in honey had pineapple in it and was in a watery substance. The chips were rubbery and the chicken fried rice had a weird taste.

Should rename to ‘Bad Food.’ Ordered take away so wasn’t expecting it to be high quality, but the reality was so much worse. First and last time I’ll be ordering from here.

Excellent- ordered twice in the last two weeks, arrives within the hour, fresh and hot. Protein good quality and dishes flavourful.

When I moved to the area I struggled to find a good Chinese takeaway. This is now my go to. Great salt and pepper chicken! Will be back again.

My go to Chinese in bury, food is cheap, plentiful and delicious. Delivery drivers are always friendly aswell.

Although all other items were correct, I was sent the wrong soup. I had ordered chicken noodle soup, but received hot and sour soup.

Tip top Chinese take away. Seriously good food & delivery service. Out standing 🔥👍💪. You cannot go wrong here . The prawn toast is the best

Food was average. One of the ribs definitely wasn’t cooked properly. Delivery was ridiculously slow. Was delivered about 2 hour 10mins after ordering. Delivery time was changed twice and the restaurant didn’t pick up the phone for ages when I was chasing order. Unfortunately won’t be ordering here again.

As always, the food was hot, extremely good and arrived in good time (which is why this is my place to go for a takeaway).

When we placed the order the delivery time was estimated to be 30-45 minutes but this kept going up and by the time it arrived it was over 90 minutes after we placed the order. A more accurate delivery time should have been estimated in the first place.

Absolutely gorgeous food, I ordered a Thai Red Curry an Thai Ribs, it was scrumptious 😋

I can’t believe they have the nerve to charge £2.50 for delivery, I ordered my food before 16:00 and asked for it to be delivered at 19:00, it eventually arrived at 19:30. If you paid for delivery when it arrived they might attempt to do it on time or they wouldn’t get paid

Said it was delivered but wasn’t

20 minutes after it being confirmed order was on its way, was advised it would be another 20 minutes. Once arrived, ask for some money back and was refused as driver was stuck in traffic, however only live around the corner (5 minutes max).

Was late but they were very apologetic and food came hot and up to the usual excellent standard! :)

So bad. Food was cold and items missing. I called several times to be told it was ‘round the corner’ when order arrived there were items missing and the other food items were cold and nasty. I tried to contact Just Eat to be told there’s nothing they can do currently! Just really bad all round DISAPPOINTED!

Food was a bit bland, there was no spices in it at all, even though I specifically asked more spicy. Wont order again. First and last time.

originally told it would take 30-40 mins and then got a wait time of over an hour. We waited till our estimated delivery time before calling and them telling us it would be another 25 mins minimum. We said we weren’t happy with this and the woman said there’s nothing she can do. We then waited another 40 mins before our food was delivered and this was more than 2hrs after we placed our order. It was delivered 1 and half hrs late.

Time got changed twice for it to be delivered. So in total was waiting about 2hours for our food. Don’t know what they have done to the chips either but they tasted horrible. Used to be so impressed with here but think they are slipping in quality standards.

Food is always really good and I’m presuming it was just a busy night (as it’s never been this bad before) but the order was quite late. About an hour. Not sure if it was the snowy roads or the new driver, but just be aware it might be a little longer than expected. You’ll be rewarded with great food though.

Great food & plenty of it. Not as glutinous as some places do, which I think is related to the amount of MSG used & was great for me.

Lovely Chinese meal. Very friendly service on collection, tasty vermicelli with generous portion. Highlight the duck spring rolls though - beautiful.

Knew it would take a while due to it being Christmas Eve, however just eat said the food would be delivered within 45 mins and it took nearly 3 hours. Just eat told us it was on the way for delivery when it wasn’t, I’m guessing this was an automatic notification. Definitely more an issue with just eat than the restaurant. Food came hot and was lovely!!
