Not overly impressed, tiny pork balls, and really disappointed with the pancake rolls! Won't be back.

food arrived tubs open food all spilled out into the bag restaurant very unhelpful just simply said take it up with justeat not a great response for a £50 order not very likely to order from here again nobody wants to wait another hour & half for a replacement when the restaurant new the first was in mess unacceptable!!!!!......

Well silver tree have just been brilliant, the food as always was great. The delivery 20 to 30 minutes earlier than estimated and the delivery guy was polite . First class again

Chicken balls were soggy, a rubbery. Not much taste to the rice. Other stuff was ok. Not that good really.

when i ordered my food it said it would come with free prawn crackers over a minimum spend of £39 my order came to £43 and i never received the crackers ,i then opened my chicken chowmein to find it was watery and was mostly mushrooms and veg and not much chicken ,it didn’t have any flavour either. overall not impressed and wouldn’t order again from here

We had a delivery from here to a lodge we were staying in nearby. It was on time & hot. The food was very nice & the best sweet & sour pork balls I've tasted.

Food was cold and NO meat on the ribs, ribs also very dry

Food was only room temp when they arrived basically cold and was 20 minutes late.

The order was due to be delivered between 7.55 and 8.15pm. It arrived at 8.45pm! The app said ‘enjoy your food’ from 8.15pm despite the fact it hadn’t been delivered.

I love reading reviews on here from people complaining food arrives later than the app says sometimes …get a life!! Whaaa it was 20min late lol…A busy Chinese is a good one !

Definitely the white amount of chilli and not the right amount. The crispy components where not crispy . To much potato in the chips. My name is Tom and I do not approve this take away .

Ordered £30+ worth of food told 15 minutes for collection, food was ready in less than 5 minutes. The food couldn’t have been cooked fresh I thought. On eating prawn balls they were soggy and tasteless oozing with grease. The chilli beef was tasteless and soggy instead of crispy. The rest was just as tasteless. This used to be a go to for takeout but has gone so far down hill - disgusting avoid at all cost

The food took two hours to arrive, and by the time it was delivered, the food tasted stale. This could’ve been just from where it was hot and put into bags etc., but the chicken balls tasted as if they’d been cooked once, a day ago, then battered again and cooked again.

Hong Kong sweet and sour chicken- chicken tough/ hard. Prawn crackers lots of hard ones - didn’t appear very fresh. Not as good as have had previously from here.

Rice was super super bland, chow mein tasted like nothing, black bean sauce chicken and prawn toast was good though.

Seems like i just spent £4.90 on a processed chicken and sweetcorn soup!! i think with that amount of money there should be at least real chicken in the soup and the egg fried rice was cold.

Informed courier had food over 40 mins ago, called up to see what was happening and stated that courier has had my order for over 40 mins, told it would arrive in a minute, it did not called back after another 5 mins told again out for delivery and be with me “in a minute”. It still not arrived. Arrived just now that’s nearly an hour late, plus on opening it not hot, just about warm. Very disappointed

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with my takeaway order from this restaurant. I waited for two hours only to receive cold food. The delay and the temperature of the food were disappointing. I would caution against ordering from this restaurant.

Bland food , anaemic sweet and sour .

Two meal items were incorrect. Very disappointing, especially when paying over £50. No note with the order, no consultation with us about substitutes, no explanation. Wife and son very disappointed. Ruined an otherwise happy evening at home.

My friends and Nieghbour had raved about your food being great. I ordered samosas that were soft and tasteless, sweet and sour chicken that was soggy and full of grease and oil, totally disgusting. I ate the Singapore vermicelli which was edible . I did not enjoy this food nor did I eat most of it.

Delicious food as always. It was late, but that was because of the fairground traffic; so completely understandable. Thank you.

Food was good but wasn’t able to enjoy it like we normally do as waited a total of 2hours for our food to arrive and by this time we just wanted to go to bed the kids were tired and no offer of any sort of compensation had to waste some of the food as 1 of our children had already fallen asleep.

Best Chinese takeaway we have had! Really delicious!!
