Ordered at 6.15pm still waiting for delivery at 9.10pm, rang twice to be told its now on its way. Won't be ordering from here again.

I Realy regret leaving negative reviews but this was one of the worst meals I have ever had. The curry consisted of chicken, onion and a curry sauce ( available from any chippy). The spare ribs were ok but the barbecue sauce was extremely runny. The crispy beef was bland and the chips were inedible. Sorry but not good enough!

House special fried rice tasted awful. Meat looked cheap. A Chinese is meant to be a happy night in. That was not a happy experience on the taste buds

Lady on the phone really lovely however waited nearly two hours to be told our meal wasn’t even cooked yet after saying half an hour before it was on the way! Really disappointed in this.

Ordered a nearly £50 order was predicted to take an hour. No problem. After an hour and a half I called to be told the driver was on his way and had left 10 mins prior to me calling. No arrived. I call again to be told it was delivered... After a bit of ball and forth between them all they realised my order was never printed but one of a similar address was. I said ok how long will the order take... Around 25 mins I was told, I asked if I could have a little discount as by the time the food would be here would be nearly 2 and half hours after ordering. I was told I could have a free bottle of coke ( I had already ordered drinks) and no discount would be sorted as it was an online error... Strangely tho it was marked as completed about half an hour before I rang which she said had done because it had gone out. So I opted for a refund... Let's see if I get it. Mistakes happen of course but offering a bottle of coke for " free" when I had already ordered drinks is a bit of joke. I'd of appreciated it much more just to say we've made a mistake here how can I fix it. Will not order again.

Had takeaway weekend of Weston beach race. Delivered promptly to local caravan site. Hot and fresh. Best tasting Chinese we've ever had. Awesome.

Having used this Company for over 6 years I was discusted with my recent experience. Having placed a delivery order for over £30.00p I was told expected delivery within 45 - 60 minutes After 75 minutes having phoned them to chase I was emphatically told "we are really busy". Is that the Customers problem? They then quoted 5 minutes. After a further 15 minutes after another phone call they told me 10 minutes? I questioned their honesty with quoting expected times. I asked for the manager/owner to be told she is busy in the kitchen. Having then walked 15 minutes to the shop the counter assistant said the driver is outside with the order? I then spoke to the owner who again said we are extremely busy. I said this was a pure excuse for honesty. She then told me if you don't like you go elsewhere. I spoke to the driver and she apologised and offered to drive me along with my food to my home address which I accepted. A company that only deals in cash and no credit or payments always raises questions. To be so busy as to disregard Customers issues is not the act of a professional business. Never use them again.

Really nice chinese, Had curry, chow mein and chicken balls all good quickly and hot and tasty. £19 fed 3 of us. The lady was lovely and put in free prawn crackers which I haven't seen done it a while at chineses. Deffo recommended 👌

Very good chinese food, salt and chilli ribs were absolutely fantastic, thick chunky ribs, full of flavour very moist and tender. Chicken and sweetcorn soup, again full of flavour, plenty of chicken, husband ask for some chilli to be added, they obliged husband said best soup that he has had in a long time. Pancake roll, very large amount of filling, tasty and good value for money. House special chow mean, again hot, tasty full of meat and good value for money. Absolutely recommend you try this Chinese. Staff friendly, keep up the good work.

Always consistently good food and always prompt with our delivery We live 6 miles away from New Dragon Rise but it makes no difference. Very helpful and pleasant on the phone when ordering. First time trying this Chinese and we were very impressed. Ordered at 6pm on a Saturday night and food arrived within the hour. Huge portions so a great value for money! The website was easy to use aswell. Cash on delivery which wasn’t a problem at all. Will definitely use again :)

First time ordering from this takeaway and it was also the last. Took a hour and a half to arrive and still took 20 minutes after they said it was on its way to us. Food was tasteless and they couldn't even be bothered to cut up their spring onions for their duck spring rolls, just cut it length wise and put them in whole which made them rubbery and not edible. Food was chucked in the bin, what a waste of money.

Ordered online to be delivered to a holiday park, they delivered to the caravan door. The food however is not great. Our friend ordered lemon chicken the sauce was watery like a lemsip, the kids had the chicken balls and chips meal - 4 chicken balls with soggy chips that tasted like they were microwaved and bathing in what was supposed to be sweet and sour not what you expect for 9.00! Pork curry was ok but the sauce was very thick and stodgy again like it had been microwaved. The salt and pepper chips were ok. Like I said cant fault the service but the food isnt what we expected.

The meal we had on Saturday was disgusting ,the vegetables was undercooked and not prepared properly the meat and prawns were overcooked and hard the chow men was greasy very un happy .I will not use them again

Couldn't call and order because they had their phone on mute, then we drove there to order to find that they only take cash. So we ordered online via their website whilst stood in the takeaway. After ordering, our order wouldnt go through because the lady also had her wifi switched off (no idea how many orders she missed!). After collecting our food half an hour later, 1 item was missing. Even after this, the food wasn't particularly brilliant, chicken curry was very sweet and not at all spicy. Very disappointed and won't be coming back as a result. 2 stars because we did eventually get our food and some of our party did like their meals.

The best Chinese we've ever had. Every time, the lady taking the order is great, the delivery has been bang on time every time we order, the delivery driver is great, the food is sooo tasty and perfectly cooked. Cannot fault a thing 👌

We were staying at Westbrook farm up the road well 3.2 miles from this takeaway so we had it delivered to us it arrived on time, was still hot and was delicious in fact its one of the best Chinese meals my husband and I have ever had.

Placed a order at around 19:45pm and was told our food would come 20:30ish.its now 21:28 and our food still isn't here. Google says its now shut but we've been charged for a meal with haven't even got. Not to mention its my partners birthday and this was supposed to be a new birthday today meal!!

Quite possibly the worse Chinese I've had the bbq sauce was like jelly snot and like white. Far too much veg cabbage and broccoli with noodles nope beef was really fatty bits all over them as well be glad for the lockdown to be over and go back to sky again

Our usual takeaway was closed so thought we would try somewhere else. Awful food. We ordered special fried rice which looked more like vegetable soup with a small portion of boiled rice in the corner of the tray. Also ordered soft noodles which was 80% onion. Won't be using them again. expensive awful food :(

Order was delivered incorrectly but what was correct was awful! Tofu was like cardboard, spring rolls virtually empty & prawn toast burnt plus dripping with grease! Had a few spoons of the rice, we then spent two days throwing up and experiencing the worst tummy pains ever.... Lady on phone was lovely and arranged for our money to be refunded.

Very poor, incorrect order,too far to take back, phone call was just dismissed with disdain, chicken curry was just a few cubes of chicken and half a pound of onions in a not very good sauce, star was given as sweet and sour prawn balls were slightly above average, my advice not worth the visit.

First time using this place and it will be the last, curry was more like onion soup and the chicken in the chow mein tasted more like pork, threw most of it in the bin. Didn't even want to feed it to the dog

Husband put a order in for takeaway to be delivered asked for cost and was quoted more expensive than we work out. I called them spoke to a scottish lady and asked to check order told address and was told we don't deliver outside Burnham. I said that we always have food delivered then gave us our postcode and was told that's a Burnham postcode. I said I should know and it was outside Burnham. Told her to forget it and we will go elsewhere. She then said she could deliver after 8pm which is 2 hours after ordering. I said no she then checked with her boss who said it was all in hand and they would deliver. They had got the order wrong but she changed it. Waited and finally delivered but the wrong order. Driver had to then go back and get it again which will be another 40 mins. If it was me I would have told them to keep the food and got money back. They rang back and hour later to check order and told it would be after 9pm that's 3 hours after first ordering. I rang back and told them to return my money and keep the food. Great Saturday night a massive row with the husband and no food. Never again.

Sadly this little Chinese doesn't live up to expectations, the food is not very tasty compared to other Chinese take always in the Burnham area. A much better meal can be found very near by.

This cafe specialises in Armenian food, tastes dreadful, avoid at all costs. The prices are unreasonable and the tables are not regularity cleaned . Try a Fish & Chip bar instead is my advice.

Qué diferencia en los estándares de nuestra comida para llevar siempre, sabor de oriente, que no podía usar ya que estaba cerrado. Terrible comida insulsa en porciones muy pequeñas, que elegimos entregado, aunque por el momento nos alcanza estaba tibia. Había tan poco real en el pato y pato Piña, y cuando lo encontramos algunos fue grasos y parecía totalmente apetecible. El huevo frito Arroz estaba insípido y bastante pesado. La dulce y agria pelotas de pollo eran la mitad de tamaño que los de sabor de oriente - el pollo siendo duro y el bateador empapadas. El plato que sabía remotamente como su nombre sugiere el estilo cantonés era dulce y amarga, gambas, aunque éste era bulked con piña y pimientos con unos langostinos reales. Nos quedamos muy decepcionados con nuestra comida, apenas poder comer nada de eso, y la llevamos a para un reembolso completo que fue de mala gana, dado por una mujer muy amarga China daba. El Chef debería visitar sabor de oriente a ver cómo la comida china debería ser preparado. Nunca tienen una comida para llevar en este establecimiento.

Visited here whilst on holiday at the local haven, lovely staff in the shop, we ordered rice and chicken balls, the rice was ok but tasted more like boiled rice there was no soy sauce! And the chicken balls had two tone chicken in. Wouldn't recommend here. Try the taste of the orient down the back of the high street, little more expensive but much better.

It's takeaway only here, but they will deliver to you if required (check if there is a charge). The food we had was reasonably priced and very tasty so I would come here again. Good choice on the menu and cooked quickly.

We had tried the "Dragons Rise- Burnham" whilst on holiday. It was delivered within 20 mins.The food was tasty, fresh and light - nothing like we've tried in a while . we had chicken chow mein, veg rice, chips ,chicken satay and Hong Kong style pork. YummyJust wish this takeaway was nearer to our home .

I had beef with ginger with spring onions as well as some other meals which were really nice but with the beef dish I had about 7 pieces of beef it could really do with more meat and less onion as it was loads normal onion with what seemed to be a few bits of spring onion, ginger and beef just thrown in

Chips are awful, pretty inedible. Ribs were a tiny portion for the price charged, same with the sweet and sour chicken, tiny little bag for the price. I wont be eating here again.

Ordered take away for 14 people as a birthday banquet. We agreed a menu & a rough time of 8pm on a Saturday night.The food was ready 8pm prompt & was piping hot & delicious.Everyone enjoyed the meal, there was plenty to eat with none left.

In a word Disgusting! Arrived cold. Hardly any crispy beef, there was more veg than anything else. Sweet and sour sauce had loads of vinegar in it and chicken tasted mushy in chow me in. Won't be coming here again!
