Chicken was extremely tough and tasted quite old, had to leave most of it. Very expensive for quality of food, won't be ordering again.

DO NOT ORDER. Food may as well be coming from abroad. Ordered over 2 and a half hours ago still not arrived, called the restaurant 109 times, got user busy until the manager answered and I was told “do what you want, I don’t care” after I asked for a refund. Absolute joke of a business. Update: food has still not arrived 3 and half hours, ordered domino’s.

Acidic tasting food. That’s all I could taste. Truely horrible. Wasted 27 pounds. Do not recommend.

Ordered and told would be 45 mins to an hour. Still waiting and over 1 hour from their worst case. Cant call as tel number always engaged and they dont answer their messages on their app

If you want a good takeaway that takes 2 hours this is the place, ordered twice here that’s taken 2 or more hours. Lovely food however takes far too long! Wouldn’t go there again

Do not order from here!!!! We ordered through justeat, had a phone call to ask if we would pay £2.50 for delivery, explained that we had already paid it through the app, were told that we live too far by the rudest person I have ever known. I explained that they advertised that they delivered to our area, he talked over me, repeated the same thing over and over again put me on hold for 5 minutes before I requested our order be cancelled. I will never ever order from here again, there are much better places with better food who actually value customers.

Good food but my order was nearly an hour late and I called them the man I spoke to was extremely rude shouted at me I mean very rude and started shouting how it was Saturday for goodness sake and how I shud understand how busy they are then hung up on me I've been coming here for yrs and now I'm not sure I want to again after being yelled at

Extensive menu, great fresh tasting food delivered hot and on time..the best takeaway we have had for a long time. All obviously freshly cooked and not reheated.

Worst food ever. I order for my girls 2 chicken fried rice. None of them have taken more then 1 bite. Rice was dry, that’s mean it’s old and the smell was terrible. I will not recommend. Worst Chinese ever. Don’t forget they want only cash. No recipe was given,

Ordered a Wednesday night home delivery from this Takeaway at approximately 18:30, via JustEat. Ordered for three people and came to £40ish which was reasonable considering the portion sizes. The food was dispatched quickly and arrived by about 19:15. Food was nice and hot, cooked very well and of high quality and tasty. I felt it was very good Chinese food and I would recommend this takeaway. We were disappointed however not to receive a complimentary bag of prawn crackers. Especially considering the size of the order.

Has china house changed hands. I have always been highly satisfied with the food provided through this outlet I would say top notch. But my experience today has knocked my confidence. Duck rice and crispy spring rolls. You had to search for the duck and the taste was awful and the spring rolls tasteless. Very very disappointed

They go under the name China house on deliveroo. Really annoyed as they gave use a delivery estimate but delivered 20 minutes early. The driver literally dropped it at the door after ringing me and telling me he had extra deliveries; granted I said it was ok but there was no thanks or even closing of the call. He literally didnt hang up or say goodbye. EDIT: This is the best Chinese we've had in Cheltenham. Great food and I'm just disappointed in the delivery and handling of complaint. Re-rated from 1 star to 3

The food is always delicious. However every time I order, time is added to the estimate, then often later than that too. They should be more realistic with the estimate and you wouldn’t feel let down.

Normally when I order from you guys, the food is outstanding and brilliant but last night it tasted awful. I tried a bit of duck, the duck was pink in the middle - the curry sauce tasted sour. I then tried a prawn from the dish I ordered, tasted sour so everything was a waste of money really. I hope that if I next ever place an order with you it'll be the same quality from previous orders.

Really impressed with our takeaway from here last night (on a busy Saturday night), everything tasted great and was delivered hot. Having tried lots of chinese takeaways in Cheltenham, this is the one we will continue to go back to!

Fresh hot tasty food! After trying few other Chinese restaurants finally found one delivering quality each time . within our expectations each time.. Highly recommended .

First time I've order from here as my usual Chinese is closed and I'm happy to say that it was a lot better than what me and my family had thought it would be. The food was cooked fantastically and was very enjoyable, the portion sizes were great and the delivery driver was very nice. Safe to say you've gained a new customer and I've found my new favourite Chinese :)

Food from this take-away is always lovely, I love the fact that you are welcomed and whilst in the shop you are given free prawn crackers whilst you wait, they are always fresh and taste great.

Not very impressed after reading alll the good reviews I was disappointed... the Chefs special Chow Mein was lacking in flavour and a lot of bisto type gravy

Amazing food, generous portions, delivered by friendly delivery driver and transported in a food bag to keep it piping hot! Note to self: ask them to hold the peas if reordering.

Arrived within half an hour of placing the order, best quality Chinese takeaway I've had so far, except the Chilli beef was too spice for me. That's not a problem with the food, though, I'm just a wuss!

Food wasn't hot, maybe we are to far away for food to stay hot, but paying for delivery and being late didn't help. Sweet and sour was soggy as were the chips.

Waited 2 hours for food to arrive and when it did it was cold. Called the takeaway twice to chase up the order. We normally get a quick service and great food but we were very disappointed today.

Very disappointed with our food, duck and pancakes lovely but spare ribs in BBQ sauce very bland, no sticky BBQ sauce just a thin no taste gravy, main course was chicken chow mien again very Bland no seasoning whatsoever.
