Food seemed fine and wasn’t a long wait but that isn’t chicken it’s definitely cat brO the monster I just dropped in the bog was unreal I feel like I’ve been run over !!!!!!!send help

Lovely friendly service. Ordered shrimp teriyaki. It was literally prawns in sugar syrup. Sickly sweet, watery, no teriyaki taste and inedible. The spring rolls I ordered had a sour, rotten cabbage taste and were also thrown away. So disappointed. Others who I ate with thought theirs was OK thus the 2 stars. Hope feedback is taken to consider reducing sugar content in favour of some nice flavours.

Ordered a takeaway from here and have had stomach cramps and vomiting within couple hours of eating it, definitely not what I was expecting for my Tuesday evening!! Shame as I heard it was supposed to be pretty good here… apparently not…

Good quality food, the 3 in 1 trays are so good with curry chips and rice, worth a visit

Not sure where the 1 star reviews come from?! Our experience is that the takeaway food is of high quality and delivered on time by friendly staff.

Curry sauce tasted absolutely awful almost mushy like, rice claimed to be egg fried rice was stale and the salt and pepper nuggets was stingy for 8 pounds

Was served mouldy cucumber to go with my dry chewy duck. Tried to call a few times but no answer. Disgustingly disappointed :(

Egg Fried Rice was at least 1 or 2 days old, very hard and chewy, and preheated. Very disappointing! The Mix Platter was also not fresh at all. Chips were soggy. The meat itself was also at least a day or two old, very much just preheated. The Beef Chow Mein was tolerable, but it was obviously as well just pre-cooked and then again re-cooked to make it seem it was freshly made. Paid £36 with the additional service charges for food that basically tasted like cardboard. Not ordering from this Takeaway, ever again.

I ordered tonight the rice was cold and sticky almost like it was old, curry sauce was gloupy and really weird taste & consistency the chips were full of black bits mine went in the bin … only decent think was the chicken balls which had a hair on unfortunately

Has this place had a change of owenership? Don’t live in Cheltenham but every now and then would get a Chinese from here as it was really good Chinese. Picked one up last night and I think most of it went in the bin. Really bad. Same dishes that I ordered before but looked and tasted completely awful. Won’t be going back. Waste of £50.

This is our go to Chinese Takeaway, food is well cooked and tasty. Have stopped using the App as it doesn't always play ball, now I order from the website which works better, so that is my only criticism.

Not one for leaving takeaways reviews but have to say this has to be one of the best takeaway Chineses I’ve had very tasty chicken chow mien was delicious chicken was succulent Chinese spare ribs had plenty of meat on them everything just tasted so delicious only thing I could grumble on was the chips but it’s a Chinese not a chip shop! Recently moved to this area and this will be my new favourite

Don’t bother wasting your time ordering here. Twice they apparently tried to deliver our order to be told they tried to call, which they didn’t and they said we had to pay for the delivery fee again. Unhelpful and unapologetic staff who blamed us for their inability to deliver.

Our new favourite Chinese. Food is pretty good always quick delivery and good quality when it arrives. However the best thing is the delivery lady! She is fantastic! always happy and chatty!

Such a lovely bunch of people that run this restaurant. Food is always great, and after putting a note asking for my food not to be late because it’s my birthday, they added a free drink and a nice note. Thank you so much!!!

I have ordered twice from here in the last month and both times have arrived 15 mins earlier than delivery time. Red hot food and great tasty good portions. Really good value for money. Delivery girl is a delight. Cheers all

Delivery is awful. Twice now we've had to wait 2 hours for our food. Shame as food is nice.

Ordered on line 28.1.23 .. (22965860) only got part of our order .. missing Sweet & Saur chicken balls (£6.80).. please check what you have ordered with what is delivered we did not and therefore lost £6.80 which I don't think we can reclaim. What with their10p bag £2 delivery and 40p service commission it becomes a little pricy ... what was delivered was good though.

Arrived 15 mins late. I ordered chicken curry and rice, it came with no sauce. Phoned takeaway, got laughed at then told it would be replaced. Replaced only the curry 45 mins later by which time it was all cold and inedible. Called x28 to try to speak to someone, no one to help and couldn't understand what I was asking for. Also didn't provide the 'free' prawn crackers for an over £25 order. False advertising. Waste of money, won't use again. Abysmal Service.

MINUS 5 STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... THE PERSON ON THE PHONE VERY AGRESIVE WHEN ASKED WHERE IS MY ORDER AFTE 2HOURS AND 43 MINUTES...

My order was £33 had 10% off which makes it still over £25 no prawn crackers as states on their website rang to complain and was told cannot have 10% off and prawn crackers will not be ordering again!

Ordered two main courses by their name in the shop. Was asked by clerk to give the menu number, so did. Then second person came out and conversation had between them pointing at menu board. We did get the right meals thankfully but did wonder why it took two staff to get the order processed. Food was very average and quite small portions. Won't be in a hurry to go back

Worst Chinese, waited over hour for delivery. Woman can’t speak English, easy to take money but not back it up with the goods. Never again!

Ordered through deliver roo (driver was lovely) however the food was disgusting I ordered beef curry & F rice with bq rips and chips. Chips were freezing cold… beef in he curry was extremely chewy and still pink! Which put me off my food ribs were ok not the best I’ve had. Would not recommend this place at all…!!! Certainly wouldn’t order from this place again.

First time I’d ordered from here from Deliveroo - Thought I’d try somewhere different to my usual place based on reviews. Just received crispy chilli beef, shredded chicken and egg fried rice with seaweed. All were completely inedible! Straight in the bin! No sauce to beef, literally just 5 pieces, dry with sweet chilli sauce drizzled on top. No chicken just dry bits of batter.rice looks like yesterdays! Really disappointing, definitely will not order from here again as no opportunity to resolve on Deliveroo as delivery done by take-away. Now having to order from elsewhere and out of pocket.

Not bad food. Ordered Singapore vermicelli. Nice and spicy. Big portion. The only downside was they charged me 50p for a carrier bag. Cheeky!

We have been waiting well over an hour and a half for an order. The delivery app said it would take 20 mins. We won’t be ordering from here in the future.

Great Takeaway. Singapore noodles were excellent. Loads of meat. Nice chilli kick but not a strong curry flavour as many places. Crispy beef is excellent. Although not as spicy as some places. Arrived piping hot and early.

Best Chinese in Cheltenham, the salt and pepper chicken is very nice and service is 10/10 too. Really recommend!

I would rate their takeaway as good value. I would suggest they need to look at the quality of their offering. The mini spring rolls were virtually all filo pastry with hardly any vegetables inside. The spare ribs were a little tough and very small If Wan Delight upped their game & spent more on quality ingredients they would be more popular.

This is our 4th delivery, and now our favourite chinese takeaway restaurant in Cheltenham. Flavours are very good. Portion size perfect. Food is always fresh and tasty. Would recommend.

Best fried wontons in Cheltenham according to the kids. Best chicken balls too, really big and tender chicken bites. My personal faves are their delicious wonton soup, outstanding hot and sour soup and the only place I can get my much loved char keow tew aka dry fried rice noodles with a pot of delicious chili oil ordered one the side. Never had bad service or poor food, personally I prefer Malaysian style food and they excell at these.

Estábamos buscando comida china para llevar un viernes por la noche y nos encontramos con Wan Delight a través de la aplicación Just Eat. Pedimos y esperábamos una larga espera debido a Covid - 19 y era viernes por la noche. La comida para llevar llegó mucho antes de la hora anunciada, lo que nos sorprendió. Toda la comida pedida estaba bien preparada, sabrosa y no grasosa y con una excelente relación calidad-precio. Quedamos muy impresionados y definitivamente usaríamos esta comida para llevar nuevamente. Gracias por una gran comida.

The food is always great from here and from my experiences it has always been delivered timely. In the restaurant, the staff are friendly and happy to greet you. The menu is plentiful and i appreciate the ability to make a set meal from items of my choosing. Definitely recommend!

Ordered squid with ginger and spring onion and basically got 5 tiny pieces of squid with an entire tub of onion. When I rang to ask about it I was told it was 1 portion repeatedly. Still hungry and not happy!

We have eaten from this takeaway a few times now and honestly every visit has been faultless. The food is always very high quality and piping hot. Likewise, the service is always excellent. Highly recommend!!

Ordered from here quite a lot using just eat and have also gone in to order. Their delivery was quick and efficient and the staff there are all lovely. I’ve gone in close to closing time before and they were more than happy to serve. I enjoy the food there and will continue to be a happy customer

SO LITTLE CURRY SAUCE AND RED NOT VERY GOOD FOR CUSTMER WHO LIKE THERE CURRYS

Would give 0 if possible. Very disappointed with the treatment from their customer service. We mentioned in the comments section that one of us had a DAIRY allergy, we rang to ask whether there was any dairy in the toffee and were met with questions and no answers and didn't even know what ingredients were in their toffee. So after deciding to forgo the toffee we placed the order with the afore mentioned dairy allergy notification. We then received 3 separate phone calls asking what a dairy allergy was and then they proceeded to ask about a gluten allergy when we hadn't even mentioned her having one (because she doesn't). When we asked to cancel the order the man on the phone was extremely rude and tried to explain away his mistakes by saying he was trying to tell us that the flower in the noodles "may have been conbined using milk". This was NOT the case, he repeatedly asked if she had a gluten allergy which we never mentioned. Over all they're rude and very dangerous to order from as they don't even know what their ingredients are.

Eaten from here twice, been really ill afterwards twice. Won't be going back for a third attempt
