John was our waiter today and he was so sweet I asked for a just an empty cup of water and he brought me a full up one with ice ! It really is the little things :) he was so accommodating and friendly throughout too

Just wanted to share that John was such a pleasure today. 10/10 customer service. He made my friend and I feel so looked after and went above and beyond to make our experience so enjoyable. Thank you John!!!

The temperature of the restaurant was too cold

Visited here on a Saturday night, the restaurant was very busy but managed to get seated fairly quickly. The food was cooked well and tasty as Nando’s usually is!! We went for the full platter (meal for 2) which comes with a whole chicken with four regular sides. We had the 2x chips, garlic bread and the corn on the cob. All cooked well and we fully enjoyed. Nando’s is always a good idea.

Came around 21:29 with my friends for a quick bite after gym was refuse sitdown eating and forced to take take away only knowing we still had 30 min left and there were around 20 people eating inside in my opinion was not best arpoa h and customer service I’ve had in a while. Please improve or change opening hours

Waited 30 mins to get seated for the guy with Curly hair, looks asian, to tell us he can't seat us for another 30 mins because we have a baby and its health and safety issue. Next time, wait for a table to be available before you call us in to get seated.

Needed to wait for 30 mins due to rush however after that it did not disappoint. Felt service was great and of course food was good as usual

Had a brilliant visit to this Nando’s. We went on a Saturday so it was expected to be waiting for a while for a table but it was worth the wait. Esther the manager was so attentive to us and made sure we were happy with our food and service, she went over and beyond with her duties. She was brilliant! We will be returning!

They refuse legal tender of money without reason. Denying my son his birthday meal. Absolutely disgusting, where as I got served next door at five guys no problem.

Consistently great food. Sadly this comes at a price which is regularly having to wait in a queue for a table. However, this is a reflection of the freshness and quality of the chicken. Also, if you need to pray (which I have done more than once), just ask a staff member who should direct you to the alcove at the front side.

Customer service was super in valley park branch specially estey lady ( if I pronounced the name correctly) was very very kind and helpful 5 star for her service food was ok

Been to many Nando’s. Had to ask twice to have glasses for our coke after our meal turned up. There were no plates too. I will never visit this Nando’s again. Very poor service.

I would not recommend this Nando's due to the standards and wait times, I had to wait over 90 minutes for a group of 7 to be seated. Then table wasnt even clean. Priority is given to small groups. If anyone from management has courage and wants to know what a good looks like & take your job seriously, then talk to me because it's just not acceptable.

I order my food online to collect and when I got in side was a crazy atmosphere look like only one girl was running around like crazy i took her babe I believe she should be recognised for the hard work she doing and doing like 3 people jobs doing takeaway orders clearing tables and dealing with customers at the door I say and watch her running around doing so much and bare in mind there was a supervisor in a shirt and not once help her he was shut in front of the food hot plate that's not right he should be running around as much as her I really don't like that should be a team effort and am sorry it needed to be said the young lady name is Gabriella she was wondering and amazing trying to keep that chaos under control. I will be back to check thanks

Shout out for a member of staff - Gabriella was amazing and I am really impressed with her - I have crutches and when she noticed she tried to get us sat as soon as possible so I didn't have to stand around waiting for ages. I am super grateful to her. We also had a great meal with great service 🙂

Sent fino pita without the chicken do not order takeaway very unorganised. Have visited the store and even then sometimes they forget things but atleast make up for it with takeaway no response no customer service what so ever

Always a pleasure to pop into my local nandos and be greated by the wonderful staff

Went to eat here with my family, but was told the wait would be about 40mins for a table, (even though it didn't look that busy), so we decided to get the food to takeaway instead, (which we were told would be about 10-15mins). But we actually ended up waiting almost 50mins with 2 young children for a simple platter and kids meal. People that came after us were being served, had eaten and left before we even got our food and no one came to update us or apologise for the long wait. I usually go to the Brixton branch as it's halal also, and I haven't been to Croydon one for a while, but I'm not a fan of the table layout or the atmosphere here. Staff just don't seem bothered. Food was okay but it needed warming up by the time we got home. I'll stick to the Brixton Nando's or go to the WingStop that's close by next time I'm in the area.

Garry was the manager and helful, Garry knew how to serve us with a big help and professional, he know exactly what he is doing and keeps a nice and good relationship with the customer, i give him the top ranking becoze really he was a brilliant manager serving people Many thanks

Terrible food...ordered a chicken wrap and it was served cold. Told the waitress she took it from my plate in a tissue and said she will make me a fresh one, came back 3 minutes later and it was the same wrap just chucked on the grill a little and given back!!! Chicken pieces were dry as well, and had no flavour!

A busy restaurant. The staff always accommodate, and this makes the place one of the best when it comes to food hospitality in the sector.

Don't want business. Went there at 9pm on Saturday. Lots of free tables but told there was a long waiting list and an hour wait. Came back 30 mins later still lots of free tables and told takeaway only even though supposed to be open until 11pm. It was obvious the people on 'the waiting list' weren't going to show up. Staff would rather have empty tables than have people come in and sit at tables and spend money.

Another lovely family meal at the Croydon branch. Beautiful flavour and succulent. 👊👍🥂

We went to Nando’s Valley Park on Sunday with kids. Food was delicious. Everything arrived on time. We have very good service from Krzysztof! Very organised Stuff! Highly recommended!

Not as good as before. A lot of variety but a lot of the food was cold and not topped up. No one cleared our plates. We ended up having stomach ache in the night, nausea and diarrhoea. Shame as it use to be good.

Need to expand the restaurant or open up another halal restaurant

We went to nando’s yesterday to celebrate my dad’s birthday and the staff were incredible! They accommodated all our needs, showed great hospitality, and left us extremely satisfied. Definitely recommend coming here! :)

It's Nandos. It doesn't need my rating but I'll give it one. I pop in time to time with the family, always busy and best of the bunch when surrounded by franchise-only options. Corn on the cobs are healthy right?

Food at Nando's is consistently good, however, the cleanliness standards not so much. The plates they gave us, were dirty, sauce bottles were super sticky.

Overcooked bland food and overly expensive

Sadly only nearest halal branch, however waiters and staff are really friendly and accommodating, great place, update made it slightly spacious. Nandis loosing it's touch with their grill chicken, with out the added sauce there is no longer any flavour on the chicken as before.

We have visited this Nando's restaurant on numerous occasions and have consistently had positive experiences. The service provided by the staff is commendable, as they are both helpful and cheerful. The food is served promptly, and its quality is exceptional. It was a bit disappointing that some menu items were not available. We did notice one minor issue: the walls above the drinks tower were quite dusty.

I like their Peri Peri chicken and Spanish salad. People are very nice also

The food is good (your standard Nandos) but the service is very poor. We had to wait for 40 minutes to get our food served and this was not the first time that it took this long for our food to arrive. The last time we were here it also took about 40 minutes. The issue is the place is not even that full plus they make you wait for at least 20 minutes before you are seated so I am not sure what this wait is all about.

We weren't asked how our meal was and in fact only at the end when they took the plates away!

Disappointing visit. We were greeted by a pleasant server, and then sat down at the table. But we ended up walking out before placing our order. This was due to the amount of flies landing on the tables and in the air. The customers next to us, sat there constantly fanning flies away from their food and drinks Very unhygienic, please address this issue!!!

We came here as a family to celebrate my daughters GCSE results. It was full of teenagers as they had the fabulous offer on. We dis have to wait for a table but that wasn't an issue. Our food didn't take long once we were seated and ordered. Staff were friendly. Toilets were clean. I'm sure we will be back again!

Excellent service provided by Nando’s Valley leisure park. Ana (manager) , Aden, Gabriella and serving staff were extremely helpful and very co-operative. Ana was very understanding and kept an eye on the dietary requirements (gluten intolerance) for my daughter. She exceeded my expectations in every way. On previous occasions all managers have been outstanding. All staff are always exceptional in ensuring food , service and atmosphere is met with high standards. Thankyou very much!

I came to valley park a few days ago and wow absolutely terrible. The food was okay and the staff was amazing but I Honestly don’t understand how Nandos can have a restaurant like this still open. There is flies everywhere its absolutely outrageous , the floor is soo bad and the tables are so close to each other. How can you have your staff work in these conditions, let alone customers I really feel sorry for them tripping over the floor while running with food and flies constantly everywhere!!! Look after your staff!!!! This absolutely disgusting and not right! Shout out to Jayden and the staff at valley park they don’t deserve to be treated like this

Their customer service is shocking, had to wait 40 mins for food then an extra 30 for our food. Food then came cold and we had to wait another 5 mins for our other plate off food my brother ordered. Then they said rubbish about the manger said do we want extra food when nah I wanted a refund mate. When my brothers food came they gave him basically half a plate off chips to try nice us when really in truly their whole system is clearly not to standard. Small kitchen, not enough staff but a big seating area, makes no sense. Also still want a refund.😐

Halal food for those who want to eat Nando’s. In the full plater there should be a couple of more things need to be added which will do justice to its price.

Fabulously made Nandos!! The staff here is so amazing making everything even more great - each and every person was so cheerful and ready to make the experience so good - service was fast - waiting well it’s a popular branch hence the wait is part of the Nandos trip 😄. But getting great food with really happy and pleasant staff that worked so well as a team is definitely a bonus!! As a family we have visited this branch since it opened but recently been many times in the last few months because of the service and great tasting food! So thank you again for tonight’s visit (Tuesday staff :)) you were all wonderful 🙌🏻

Good experience. What you'd expect.

Looks like to me they can not manage their tables properly....People are waiting, there is tables to be cleaned, nobody takes care of this(like headless chiken), but they keep saying that there is no availability yet, keep on waiting for the table you see, just need to beg one of the staff to clean it.....Probably if they have staff that cares about work, they will cover much more customers.....Poor management..clearly. Otherwise food is good like any other Nandos, they all the same......Ahhh one more thing....Two people ordered the same plates, One is full portion of chips, the other, half portion(Clearly visible as the plates arrived to the table)Question to them: Why is like this....Answer: That's how it comes.....I clearly understood, that there is no need for more questions.....Nothing going to change, even though I have paid the same money for both....

This was my favourite Nandos, However it has gone down hill. Flys are everywhere!! dirty cutlery, the chicken looked like it was boiled and then put on the grill for 2 seconds. The salad was rotten and smelly. I got food poisoned. Called to speak to the manager and he was very rude over the phone and no customer skills. Never again Nandos!

Tazeem at the till is a real asset to your company. Her excellent manners, fantastic customer service skills, her etiquettes make her number 1. She was extremely helpful and polite! Feedback was given to Gary the Manager, who also was extremely helpful and listened to the remarks about Tazeem.

So I visited the Nando’s restaurant in Valley park (Purley) and from the moment I stepped into that place, I felt so welcomed, the staff were super polite, attentive and always had a smile, I have now started this as MY personal go to Nando’s! I want to personally shout out the staff members of that evening: Aiden,Jubaida,Dimi,Aleks,Shakeem,Riana, Krystof and Gabriella, your team is wonderful and the best I have seen in the history of any Nando’s that I have visited, and I have to say this, Nando’s London HQ please do give them ALL a raise/Bonus or whatever you need to do to elevate them, we need more people persons like these! Big up Croydon Valley Park Nandos, the best experience to date!!!

Cedric is actually the best grilled and makes the BEST fino pitta in the country. Bro needs to be nominated for the grilled of the year. And Fiza was such an amazing waitress. Should defo be a manager

Removed 1 star for food and service because the peas were smelling (wasted) and tasted really bad. Honestly somebody serving this should have realised they were good for the bins. That was disappointing as we love peas. One waiter at the end did ask us if we had a good time and we offered to exchange the peas but we were leaving. Spending well over £100 they could have offered to refund these peas as a gesture but that was not mentioned. Luckily the rest of our food was fine, service was rapid too, although we had to wait 1hr for a table to be made available. We opted for the refillable soft drinks and ice is also available. Staff made sure to let us know the soft drink part (that collects spillage) was full and that was very thoughtful to avoid accident. However one would except all the food to be outstanding and these peas looked yummy but had turned bad. Really love them hand washing facilities (outside the toilets) great for both kids and adults.

Ordered a fair bit of food. The wings roulette meal was overcooked, was chewy and not edible. The meal had no flavour and taste.

There are tons of different options and I think this place is good if you want to try different cuisines you may not have tried before. The food is average and most of it is quite greasy/fatty. The best parts were the fresh prawn and steaks that were cooked in front of us. The steamed bun selection was very good as well. I think for nearly £30 for entry and a soft drink you could get a decent meal elsewhere.
