Very bad customer service. The staff is on mobile phone and he forget to give plate. 😅Low portions. On a biryani just small one piece chicken. And the food is like old. Worst experience

I love Adeena's Kitchen for their yummy chicken noodles! The noodles are just right, and the chicken is so tasty. The place feels cozy, and I always enjoy eating there. If you like chicken noodles, you should definitely try Adeena's Kitchen. I keep going back because it's that good!

Terrible services omg do not recommend esp if you order by Uber eats or just eats. The staff is a joke. Called them and he forgot to put stuff in my order then chicken buryani dum ordered a small two chicken on the bone. What a joke. They rip you off with a microvable biryani with two small bone Chiken.

We had a takeaway from Adeenas, i was blown away by the flavour, unbelievably well cooked, lamb was phenomenal as was jeera rice.

Collected just eat stamps and when I was eligible for my discount the restaurant cancelled my order so that my discount didn't apply when I called them they said they can't give my discount when it isn't fair I collected my stamps spent alot off money and I was entitled to my stamp discount. I was a regular customer for many years and spent alot off money I won't use this restaurant again... I've collected stamps other restaurants they never cancel when I recieve a voucher I think it's extremely rude for adeenas kitchen to make me collect vouchers then cancel when I recieve the voucher .

This place is terrible the food was disgraceful and made me sick . Phone service is shockingly bad they can hardly speak English . Never going again absolute shambles

Best food ever.. I am an Indian Foodie. I have tried almost all food places in Croydon and I tried adeena’s kitchen today and this is my review. 1. Food is Fantastic. No compromise on Indian taste. 2. Mr. Venkat was very Professional and very Helpful. 3. Clean and good ambience 4. Prices are Cheap compared to other Indian Restaurants. I tried Chicken lollipop, Hyderabad Chicken biriyani, Naan, chicken madras and Hyderabadi Haleem. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We had catering for a birthday party, gave about 3 days notice for 1pm pick up. Turned up and had to with 30 mins as the tandoor needed to be heated up Paid on debt card which apparently didn't go through the 1st time but 2nd time went through. I noticed on the statement that 2 amounts were taken. Went to the restaurant and was told only the manager can carry out the refund. I spent all day and late evening phoning the restaurant for a refund. Finally managed to get it at 9:30pm. Also, the gulab jamun were solid inside but refused to give a refund. Go to the restaurant and see the tables have not been cleaned, the bar glasses are still dirty. Really bad experience as I have been going there on a regular basis. *****Bad management****

Hi, This place is awful I wouldn’t even give it a one star rating, we where the only people in there so wasn’t busy the service was appalling, we had to shout so someone could take our order. When the food was served it came out different times so we got the curry first then had to wait for the bread then the rice. There was hair in our food when we told the waiter she just took the plate didn’t even apologise but came back 20mins later with the dish. We ordered all three different dishes but all of them tasted the same. It was HORRIBLE! The poppadoms were stale. The food didn’t taste fresh and had no flavour. Went home and was sick! Please Avoid!

Worst service for delivery at home

Such a disappointment as I was really looking forward to this lunch. We ordered poppadoms and chutney tray to start, bottled water, 3 curries and rice. The food arrived, but we had to ask for our drinks. The drinks were bought over, but we were not given any glasses. When these were bought over they had just been washed as they were wet but not even very clean. I didn't use mine at all. There were 3 pickles on the tray chilli, mango chutney and mint yoghurt. The chilli was just horrid and inedible, the mint yoghurt had no taste and the mango chutney was just coloured water... It was the worst I have ever had. The curries were put on the table, but no idea which was which as they all looked the same: chicken, prawn and fish... We had to ask which was which. The rice was fine. We ordered one Chapatti and one naan bread, but they looked identical. The chapati was a naan bread. I had the poppadoms and pickle removed from the bill, tried to pay and it took 5 attempts before the card machine worked. This should have been much better.

Food is good, the butter chicken is amazing! Staff is friendly

The food in this restaurant was one of the worst food which I had amongst croydon. Ordered for hyderabadi chicken biriyani and there was just plain rice and some coloured rice with no taste and they didn't even provide a raita it was miserable. I wouldn't recommend any one this place.

Worst Indian food ever had. Ordered Hyderabadi dum biryani. It felt like being cooked a day before. I had to struggle finding lamb in it & luckily got some bones. Hygiene in negative 10 stars. First and last visit. Interesting fact: I complained but no action taken by them. And and I paid for the service charges as well! Don’t ruin India’s name with such worst food and service.

A must try place in Croydon. My family’s favorite restaurant for Indian food. Excellent varieties of choices, delicious in taste and as always amazing customer service. Went for dinner on Tuesday the customer service person Divya went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Her service is top notch and made sure everything was right. Her food suggestions were fantastic and everything was very tasty. Her serving method was very impressed with customer. We will back definitely.

Had a fantastic meal in this restaurant and would say its one of the best curries I've ever eaten. Excellent customer service Will definitely return here on our next time in Croydon. Highly recommended.

Adeenas kitchen is the great restaurant in croydon ! The food was soo amazing and delightful usually we order through online they deliver the food every time ontime we proud of that service last week i went with my family for dinner to the restaurant it was great atmosphere and the food was excellent and the customer service is also good surely we will recommend this place to have a try we will definitely come back to the restaurant

2 days before me and my friends went to adeenas kitchen to had a lunch we loved the food very much everything was tasty and delicious food with good presentation .All over it was great experience in dining really this my first try in adeenas kitchen i hand off to the staff for tasty food and service. I would recommend everyone to visit and try their variety of foods available in their menu THE BEST INDIAN RESTURANT

I really love their butter chicken and nun bread!!! So amazing. It’s my favourite combo everytime I order from them. The food has a lot of flavour and their rice is also tasty. Definitely recommend

I’ve tried this place a couple of times now, wanting to give it the benefit of the doubt but sadly, it disappoints EVERY time. Ordered for delivery and they said they didn’t receive the order even though I had an email confirmation and money leave my account. AFTER sending evidence of this, they delivered by order 2.5 hours later. Still, I thought let’s try again. Ordered a catering order (which we collected this time to avoid any delivery disaster as before) and was received 50 inedible, undercooked gulab jamun swimming in what looked and tasted like water instead of syrup. Couldn’t serve them. They also refused to refund. They also charged my card twice and it took 4 days of chasing for them to refund the duplicate amount. I am starting to wonder if it was a mistake at all.

It was nice and had great atmosphere (due to paintings that were set around the place that set the mood). I loved the food (especially the mixed grill) and the drinks were delicious and refreshing. I would recommend highly that you visit.

I had ordered three chicken biryani and two of them had hair in it which isn’t acceptable. I have been a regular customer to Adeena’s but will never get food from here anymore. Horrendous!! No matter that they did mention that they would send replacement I doubt their hygiene.

I have taken a couple of friends, on different occasions, the food has been excellent, every dish has its own beautiful taste. Service I can not fault either, and the added bonus its very reasonable priced. So I certainly highly recommend this restaurant. Also like to say a big thank to Divya. For always smiling while conversing in conversation and serving us. And making a pleasurable atmosphere

I took an friend who came from East London, ordered a variety of dishes, we opened our Fast, the food was excellent, every dish had its own taste, even the Buttered Roti, and Nan, i Certainly highly recommend this kitchen. price very reasonable. Certainly be popping in a lot more often, my office is just walking distance.

I have ordered food along with my friend and food was delivered very late. The food was spoiled and not up to the standards. The food ordered was also replaced with something else. Very disappointed with the service and food. Will never recommend this restaurant

Blerugh!!! The chicken was so so dry, you could tell it has been left out for ages & just reheated. Very small portions also. The poppadoms weren't very nice & when I called to express this they didn't really seem to care if I'm being honest Save your monies & go to the Kerala in Caterham!

Delicious taste and amazing service..

Worst place ever to eat and order from. I spent £50 on a delivery, I waited 2 hours for the food to arrive and when it got there it was cold. The staff was screaming at my wife over the phone when she asked where the food was and they were unapologetic. Would never recommend to anyone to order from this place. Poor food, poor staff and horrible customer service.

Food was perfect. Presentation was on point. Would definitely recommend the Biriyanis, Chicken 65s and a couple other starters like Chilli Fish, and Chicken Lollipop. The Eat in experience was great. When I ordered it from Deliveroo, I got the food 20 minutes earlier than calculated. The food was still perfect like I had tried before. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Worst ever biriyani . Wanted to order for a party and we brought a chicken biriyani for tasting. Took a take away in person after Enquiring details on 18 Dec 2022 , shocked to see only 2-3 small piece of chicken and chicken was very rough and tasted horrible ,also only half box was filled. Very disappointing Got tricked by the google review. Will never come again

The chicken Karahi was one of the best I can remember, complete with lemon grass. My son tackled a seriously strong Madras. The Peshwari nanns were delicious. The serve Lassis but if you want alcohol, you will need to bring your own.

Ordered a paneer 65, was delivered a chicken 65. Partner, who is a lifetime vegetarian, tried and ate some. Restaurant refused to rectify this. First they forgot our order, we then had to phone and replace the order, meaning it was over an hour late. Awful food, awful service. Not impressed.

While the food at this place is undeniably very good, dining experience was absolutely disgraceful. I will never try dine-in at this place. Probably might not order as well. I made an order from here and 2 hours later food delivery hasn’t arrived. On top of that I call them and they have a cheap phone which doesn’t even work! Can’t even hear what they are saying. Save your time and don’t get annoyed like me order elsewhere

Food was ok on the whole but lamb vindaloo had only 4 or 5 small pieces of fatty meat. No alcohol and especially toilets need major upgrade. More seriously one of our party with a fish allergy advised them as such but still got an allergy reaction, obviously don't take much care and not a clean place. Waitress friendly but English not great and struggled to take correct orders. If you like meat or have any allergy I suggest that you go somewhere else

Really good biryani and friendly service at the restaurant

Bought a lamb biriyani today, good for them it was a takeaway as I wasnt bothered to drive back and give the food back. First of all the portion size for a full lamb biriyani was too small, my kid could finish it by herself who is only 4 years old. Secondly, there wasnt enough lamb in the dish, 4 small pieces and two of those were bones. £9.99 for that, I hope no one does same mistake..

Food over half an hour late, barely any rice and food was stone cold. Customer service is awful. Avoid at all costs

The biryani dishes and chilli paneer was fresh and delicious.

I don't understand why the food should be over 2 hours late on a quiet Saturday afternoon to go less than 2 miles down the road - yet when you ring the telephone number to find out where it is you get put through to a mini-cab service who try to connect you to the restaurant - but the number just rings and rings... Never again. This business is a shambles.

They had Paneer 65 on the menu which states it is battered, but he send some Paneer curry, when called and asked to send the proper order his replies were. 1. It does not work like that, we have taken that order from the menu, so we can't send that to you. (it was still on the menu, and without calling us he send us something else) When I said it was still there in the justeat menu his reply, after checking and confirming I was right 2. We told justeat to remove it and they didn't. And in a condescending manner he said 3. We don't do South Indian food only North Indian food. Justeat is reassessing him and hopefully he wont behave like this with any other customer. The reply he had given below is not true. In the menu it clearly states "battered Paneer" and we ordered "battered Paneer". When called his reply was "patterned Paneer was taken off the menu so we can't send it to you". Not only do they make very bad food they are untrustworthy and manipulative, it is very evident in the reply which he has given below.

The lamp biriyani is the best choice than chicken. If you want to try chicken try the tandoori chicken(!spicy)

Adeena meets expectations on all fronts. Good customer service, Great taste and Indian flavour bringing out the spices in traditional presentation. Good menu, but a must try is the Hyderabad Dum biriyani and Gajra ke halwa which is worth every taste bud. Keep it up 👍🏽

Order tandoori chicken leg pieces and Chicken noodles. It was very delicious my son loves the noodles. Definitely recommend it to my friends.

Order a butter chicken with Roti and we order 2 sweets like Gulab Jamun and Gajar ka halwa it was delicious. Everyone loves it. Definitely we will order the food once again.

All the food tasted of was cloves and salt. The biryani was terrible with uncooked onions, the palak chicken hardly had any chicken, and the Tikka paneer hardly had any paneer. Never again.

Last weekend we enjoyed a meal from Adeena's Kitchen. I planned a get together with my friends everyone enjoyed the food. The delivery man arrived on time. Delicious food.

What can I say one of the best restaurants I've ever been to for Indian food. From Indian heritage I will be the greatest judge... The vegetarian food is second to none. A meat dishes are straight out of the kiln. Came here with my wife and I am even taking food home for my family.10/10 You are in London it's a must 🙏🏽

Delightful. I've been here twice now, first time for lunch and I had the Jalfrezi, it was delicious. Last night I had the Chicken Bhuna and that was even better. The Naan is thinner than most and tasted better than the thicker ones. Crispy onions on top of the curry were tasty. Service impeccable and price very reasonable. The only downside is I live 600 miles away so I can't go back for a while. Already looking forward to my next visit.

Maybe this place is for local tastes. The non- veg just did not taste like authentic Indian food. The kulfi had defrosted and was re-frozen, it should not have been served to customers.

Authentic Hyderabadi Biryani in Croydon fot sure. Slow cooked Chicken korma from their adeena's special menu is very good. Tandoori chicken and chicken 65 too are delicious.
