KFC in Birmingham

Absolutely gone down hill, they have changed it too a halal kfc and it's so disgusting now..... used to be one of the best KFC's but as soon as they cater for ONLY one particular kind of people it has lost everything.... quality has never been worse

This evening Wednesday 25th October decided to grab the family a KFC so popped into erdington branch...had to wait 30 minutes to be served one guy walked out he had waited that long... I ordered party bucket which has 14 pieces of chicken in aswell other bits and pieces in it also... When I got home 13 out of the 14 was drumsticks so I had paid £34 for 13 drumsticks unbelievable but true...I rang KFC I rang 8 times before someone answered my call...I explained to the lady team leader what had happened she started by saying this happens sometimes because KFC buy more drumsticks in than the other pieces...i said well your supposed have fair mix of chicken pieces..she had no real reply other than she's a training team leader could I call back tomorrow and talk to her acting manager...so guys 30 minutes to wait give them £34 to get 13 drumsticks. The team leader says ring tomorrow you would think they would be give us your number and someone will be in contact.. So my opinion on KFC erdington it's a premium brand that give a service and value of a low budget back street takeaway So avoid erdington KFC at all costs is my opinion...in these hard times people haven't got money to throw away...so when a company like KFC Rob their customers is how it feels to me is not good.. I'm interested to hear peoples thoughts on it....

Excellent service today from Tammana, she was very polite, respectful and cheerful. She was also very patient.

This is the worst KFC in birmingham please if anyone want to order KFC, Avoid this KFC in erdington and order from the one in sutton trust me erdington can never get a order right and the food is not anywhere as good as sutton. AVOID KFC IN ERDINGTON LIKE THE PLAGUE

I went for a Take Away The table on which the food was set on to be handed over was dirty--and covered in coffee. I advised a staff member of same--twice--was ignored--and he went on to serve someone else. Really poor cleanliness-and poor service Cleanliness meant I only ate part of my meal

I brought some chicken on 28/10/2020.I got home and a bunch of the chicken was spoiled and stink.I went back to the store today and spoke to the manger and she told me that she can't do nothing about it.I think the service in the store is lousy.I think they left the chicken in the stink to defrost over night. I would like back a refund ora proper cook chicken.

Le pregunté como salsa barbacoa extra para las ollas y salsa extra. . . cuando me entregó la bolsa dije, ¿están las salsas? Muy molesto al encontrar que 2 horas, (sí, horas) después de haber realizado un pedido en Justeat, mi pedido fue cancelado a pesar de que en la aplicación decía que se había entregado cuando no lo había hecho. Además de esto, cuando trataba de llamar al 'restaurante' para preguntar el paradero de mi pedido, no tenía respuesta. Fue solo debido al centro de atención telefónica de Just eat que pude obtener cualquier información y eso significaba que había perdido 2 horas de espera. No volveré a ordenar en línea de nuevo y tengo suerte si alguna vez vuelvo a pisar un KFC, ¡es una vergüenza!

The chicken wings are THE smallest in ANY food store in England. They are tiny. The service is not much better and the prices have increased whilst the chicken sizes have decreased. Don't ask for a great either. They rarely serve them.

Esta es la peor experiencia de mi vida. Fui maltratado por una chica negra. Ella tenía un problema de actitud y era muy poco profesional. Cuando le digo a su gerente que es un niño blanco, no hizo absolutamente nada. Por favor no vayas allí. Este lugar merece ser cerrado.

Comida ordenados y tras esperar av40 minutos la comida se cayó en el suelo. Las chicas que sirve decidió esconderse detrás del área cocina como la tienda era completo y que nuevos varias personas estaban quejándose y tenían una buena carcajada. la izquierda con ninguna comida y nos fuimos a conducir local. Evitar esta tienda

Este es mi 'comida semanal de prisa!'Erdington pollo frito de Kentucky de calles de altura es el mejor!La comida es siempre bien preparado. El personal siempre es amable, recuerda que sus clientes habituales. He manejado desde Heathrow a esta tienda muchas veces. Nunca nos decepcionó!reconstruida están cerrados por reformas!Mantener el nivel de trabajo chicos!
