Rude staff I was next in queue at drive through and somehow they didn’t see me served 3 cars in front when I complained the rudeness was on another level will be my last visit they seldom get the order right never apologize worst branch there is management aren’t doing their job if they let this continue

Waited 25 minutes at the window to receive my order. Then when I got my order, there was no apology for the wait. Very slow service, people were driving off after paying as they were waiting too long. Very understaffed will not be visiting this branch again.

Looked round for a clean table but to be frank no such think existed as the could all have done with a good clean. Chose the best and that was next to the bin. That said food was great.

i got a delivery tonight and the burger was missing from the Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal. I realise mistakes can happen but it feels like 50% of the time we order or sit-in within this particular McDonalds the order is missing items or incorrect, It has almost become laughable as we expect it, and I know other friends who say the same. I have not experienced this with any other McDonalds restaurants.

Service... what is the point offering counter service when there are no staff to do this... eventually someone did serve but meany waiting for a good ten minutes! Food was warm and tasty. Would have been a 4 but the service let it down.

V frustrated at incomplete order via drive thru tonight. Arrived home to find 3 items not provided. Tried to call, no response. So, they've taken my money and overcharged essentially. And to have way of lodging a complaint is poor show.

This branch is literally 5 minutes away from my home. Every time we've used it for either sit in or take away our food has been cold, order wrong and very slow service ! There is nothing "fast food" about the place ! Definitely worth an extra ten minute drive to another branch for hot food, fast service and the correct order !!

Catching an early boat... but needed food on the way... McDs is supposed to open at 6am but on this Saturday it was a good 8 minutes later... people cam and drove off... food was OK and cooked fresh... but then had to rush to get the boat

Sat in the drive thru for ten minutes. Three times we were given the wrong meal to go with a McFlurry falling down the side of its cup. EVERY time we've been to this branch it's been disastrous, there wasn't even staff at the counter this time! As the other reviews say, this place just isn't getting any better in the few years it's been here.

Visit usually twice a week. Order is almost always either wrong or food cold or both. Have spoken to those in charge, they seem to think if they replace your meal (whilst wasting your time) everything is fine. Can’t help but think that complaints don’t go any higher than branch manager. Unbelievable

when I walked in today there was only one member of staff to do the orders and the drive thru. he appeared efficient enough and was working as fast as he could under the circumstances. i placed my order and unfortunately there was no receipt roll in the ordering stations, so I was unsure of my order number. After only two minutes waiting two managers appeared and politely collected my order and also immediately changed the receipt roll when I highlighted the issue. NO problem. No fuss. Only had to wait a couple of minutes. Food was good, coffee was tasty. Order was correct. MY experience here was satisfactory but then I did not call at a busy time. I have to say I was impressed at the politeness of the staff. The cleanliness was good. Technical blips do happen and sometimes folk can call at a bad or busy time but in my case the staff came up to the mark and I was well satisfied. I was glad to see a spot of teamwork here which was very encouraging, ESPECIALLY in the light of staffing issues which are becoming the social norm absolutely everywhere. Other reviewers will not agree, I know, but my personal experience was good so I hope they can maintain the good work I saw today.

Visit this restaurant regularly, at least once, sometimes twice a week. Almost every visit something wrong with our order. Be it mayonnaise when asked to leave it out, salt when asked to leave it out, missing dip, missing milk, no napkins, etc. whatever the problem, one of us has to go and get something changed. It has been pretty much like this since the restaurant opened, I see people coming back with orders all the time. Today our food took really long to come to our table, but we aren’t unreasonable and realise that staffing issues are quite common at the moment. However, when our food did come it was barely warm. Getting embarrassed taking orders back week after week and ended up eating our food almost cold. I’m sure that this is not the experience McDonald’s would like people to have, so I hope they might pick up on this review as I really enjoy their restaurants.

Always too slow. I've come here multiple times as it's on the way home from my sick mum's home. I don't know why I keep trying. Tonight I have given up. Wanted a mcflurry but sat a while in a queue that didn't move for drive thru, went to click and collect but there's no spaces for that anyway, went inside and watched nothing happen and loads of people waiting and nobody eating. Thanks for saving me from those calories. I gave up.

Called in at 8.45 , put in my order went to the first window and paid . When I went to the first window to collect the food they gave me my coffees and told me to go to the next window for my food . I sat there for quite a while . There were no other customers so I reversed to the first food window and was told they were waiting for the eggs . They did apologise for keeping me waiting but it did not excuse the poor customer service. The food with eggs did eventually arrive but if they had explained that there would be a delay on the eggs i would either have not placed an order or ordered an alternative. I have used this McDonalds before and have thougt it a little slow but this visit was unacceptable. Fast food my backside.

We had to wait nearly 5 minutes at the counter for staff to arrive. When we eventually got our food it was cold. We told the staff who said they’re make fresh ones. When that arrived they were cold too. Hand dryers in the toilets didn’t work, we had to dry our hands with toilet rolls. Really really disappointed. We won’t use that one again

I just visited KFC in Connswater and I have to say that it was possibly the worst service I have ever received anywhere ever, my grandson ordered his meal from a big black guy who just walked off and never gave him a receipt, I had to wait a further ten minutes to order as a procession of Just Eat drivers walked in and were served straight away.... pissed off doesn't even cover my feelings,KFC give yourselves a good shake and serve customers as they walk in!!

The chicken batter is always dry (the way it's supposed to be, yum yum!) and not greasy as it seems to be everywhere else.The fries were hot and tasty.It' was very clean when we are here. Staff are friendly especially the guy on counter on Saturday 3rd August 24 was best customer service I have ever had at KFC he helped me get food on the app =) Finaghy ,Northern Ireland

No mobile ordering and don’t scan your app or take your code so makes the app pointless. Staff also rude. Only went as a once off for a change but won’t be back.

This has to be the best Starbucks I have ever been in, from very friendly staff to a comfortable atmosphere that allows you to relax and enjoy your coffee with someone else or by yourself, would definitely recommend coming here if you’re in the area

Thought they were only in North America. Although I have come across Tim Hortons doughnuts in Eurospar stores in Ireland. This one was more on the lines of McD and BKing than I remember from trips to North America. Coffee and doughnuts were good but it’s just a bland burger store like the others. I remembered them as a bit more upmarket from trips to Canada 🇨🇦 and USA 🇺🇸
