Ella who served me and my children Wednesday 12th February would be the only reason I return she was super friendly and extremely hard working as Marcin who was also working had a attitude and could see arguing with other staff, they where the only servers on and it was busy but poor Ella appeared to be the only one making sure customers where happy. She’s an asset to the restaurant and should be praised for her hard work and wonderful attitude especially to children she couldn’t have been more helpful.

Ella the waitress was lovely through meet&greet and whole service. She was lovely , food was beautiful and excellent service.

Staff weren’t nice or friendly. Giggling while customers were needing things. The floor was dirty with food in the walk way that staff ignored. Food was alright seemed to be frozen tho. Was too expensive for what it was. Wouldn’t go back nothing was brilliant. The staff let us down mostly, so ignorant and rude

Really good value for money, all staff are brilliant, waiting time really isn't bad. Steak cooked how you want it. Been in again, great service once again and the double cheeseburger, absolutely brilliant, very filling

We had a lovely experience here. Are food was good, atmosphere nice and our server was incredible. I think he name was Ellen and she was very nice to us always checking we had everything we needed and our food was okay. My sister has special needs and she was very accommodating to us giving my sister a little bit more attention and my sister had the best time. Cannot recommend here enough 10/10.

Gave the place a second chance out of desperation safe to say the food echoed the desperation , saddest lasagne ive had swamped in sweet tomato sauce , thin and nuclear hot overcooked sheets of pasta. My friend had the burger the only joy out of it was the nostalgia of cardboard cafeteria food. Decent music saved the atmosphere. This is a warning unless you’re also rather desperate.

Visited the Belfast branch. Lovely food and the serving staff and manager were very helpful and pleasant . Had the vegan burger, lasagne, chips and chicken strips. Have been many times before and will be back again!

I absolutely loved my time here, me and my friend were heading in to get some dinner and had both our newborn babies with us. They catered so well with us having 2 big prams with us and so the baby’s can be in there prams but also next to us. The staff were lovely and pleasant. The food was fantastic!! Nice and tasty, definitely my new favourite place to go.

Just want to start with wow! Last night me my partner and friends where out for my birthday there was no mistakes made choosing frankie & benny's ! From the minuted we arrived till the minuted we left it was a first class experience i have went around belfast eating in restaurant and this has got to be up there with the very best places for choice of food friendliness helpfulness and and all around it was a plesent experience. The choice of food and quality is top notch the drinks also fantastic and deserts are great there's nothing to fault 🤤 I'm already planning a trip back into Belfast just to come here I can't wait 😁 !!

We,a party of six with no booking had dinner in this branch of Frankia and Benny last night. They were able to accommodate us with only a 5 min wait even though they were busy. The service was excellent. The female server was efficient polite and able to help us when one of the group wanted to change their order. The food was excellent I had the ribs which were beautiful. We were in a hurry as we had tickets for an event at 7pm. We arrived after 5 and we were on our way by 6.20 which was great going yet we were unhurried throughout our stay. Highly commend the whole team for a job well done. Thank you

On a visit to Belfast before Christmas we visited Victoria Square, we had lunch in Frankie and Bennies. Good choice for children and adults alike. Plenty of seating good service and food. Great choice of eating options in Victoria Square.

We went for dinner the other day and food was lovely. Our waitress Aimee was fabulous and made sure we had everything we needed!

Dinner with two fussy kids and two adults. The staff very kind with us when they heard my eldest wasn't taking his chicken and they changed his meal free of charge.

I had family visit me and I took them out for a meal. First time for me at this restaurant and I must say we were all delighted, with the service and friendly atmosphere. There was a manager there and he was extremely efficient. There was a great menu lots to choose from.I will most certainly be going back and I'm have been telling my friends to check it out.

I went on a Saturday and even though the restaurant was very busy the staff did not disappoint. Food was good but we had a to wait a while on it but our server Aimee was excellent at checking on us to see if we needed anything.

We visited Frankie & bennys Victoria square yesterday as a family of 4. The food was lovely and it was served quick. We were served by a girl named Amy she was very attentive and nothing was to much hassle for her, as my children had different requests and she took it all on board and delivered a great service to us. We will definitely be back again.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the incredible Franky and Bennys restaurant, and I can't recommend it enough! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a cozy dinner. The menu offered a fantastic variety of classic dishes, and everything we ordered was bursting with flavor.

I came on Thursday to this place with my friends; The drinks were exceptional – expertly crafted and refreshing. I went to Frankie and Benny's, in Victoria Square, last week with visiting family, 5 adults and 2 children. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The staff were very efficient and friendly, even though they were extremely busy. I will be back and would recommend to anyone looking for a good meal served by very nice staff.

I had a large group booking of 30 people including 16 children for lunch today and I couldn’t have been more impressed from start to finish! Prior to booking, Justin took time to talk me through the details of the restaurant and menu to make sure everyone was catered for. Our server today Ella was amazing, everything was seamless even with so many orders being served at the same time, and a with a lot children to take care of! The food was amazing and everyone left happy - it is a great family friendly restaurant and we can’t wait to go back - thank you all!:) x

We were disappointed with our chicken burgers as they were all incredibly hard and dry. Along side the poor food, my "chocolate milkshake" was like a churned watery yazoo, absolutely not worth the prices for such a terrible experience.

This has to be the worst. Me and my family went here for something to eat. We waited 2 hour to order our food. Once they came they said do you need food? I said yes and he said well go and get it and walked away. I went to speak to the manager and she said i dont care and LEAVE. Avoid this place if you dont like diarrhoea.

Such a lovely experience in this restaurant yesterday with my hubby and our two girls. Staff were amazing and the food was lovely too. Anything we asked wasn’t a problem. Thank you and we will be back. The girls loved it and clean plates all round.

I visited this restaurant today and i have to say food was lovely but very poor service. We were waiting quite a while for our order to be placed and then we had to request the bill quite a number of times only then did we get it when we asked a few people for it. We were in quite a rush so this was not ideal. How ever food was lovely and came promptly. Would recommend for food as long as you are not in a rush. 👍

I go to this restaurant every week but after today's episode, I don't think I'll be back. There was a girl I have never seen but, evidently she is a senior staff member who was managing the queue. I let her know that I had no formal reservation but that I have a standing reservation every Saturday at 5:30. Instead of telling me that she would get me table as quickly as she possibly could, she told me "that's not how queues work." Then a waitress who I had never dealt with before got my food and drink order wrong. She did apologise and offered to get it fixed but, I just wanted to finish my meal and leave.

Simply awful. It was my mistake agreeing to go to one of these restaurant chains as they always disappoint. To start we had a pram and got seated in an awkward corner having to squeeze by other customers when there were other tables available which we asked for. The table was dirty so we cleaned ourselves with a wet wipe and there were chips on the floor under the table. The portion sizes were on the smaller side. The food was either fine or a let down, for example the over cooked chicken. When we got given our starter we weren't given any cutlery. No staff came near us again. After a long wait trying to get anyone's attention we had to get up and walk towards the kitchen to ask for cutlery. No apology for the oversight or the wait. The only slightly positive thing I can say is that the cost was reasonable enough, but given the experience and the poor food I would never return or recommend it to anyone.

where do i start...walked in and stood for 4 minutes before a man went "I'll be with yous in a minute go wait outside" ... Alright abit odd but I'll survive lol, me and my friend waited in the outdoor seating area for 7 minutes before another couple arrived, went inside and within 2 minutes were told to go wait outside aswell and someone would come get them so they came outside and sat down. Within 3 minutes a member of staff completely ignored us, went up to them and said "your table is ready" the other couple said to her "they were here before us?" And she ignored them and walked them to their table before coming to get us. Already annoyed but I tried to keep a happy face as I didn't want to ruin the evening. The other couple were asked if they wanted drinks within 2 minutes of being sat, me and my friend waited 8 minutes before finally being asked. This happened aswell with the food where they were served before us which was upsetting. When the food finally arrived we had pointed out to our server that we were never given cutlery but the couple that arrived after us had been given drinks, napkins and cutlery and we had nothing. She said "okay be back soon" ... She never returned so we had to just eat with our hands (thankfully we ordered burgers). Even when we went to pay she had the CHEEK to ask us how much of a tip we wanted to leave, I told her none because the way we were treated from the second we got here was so rude. I asked her was it anything to do with the way we were dressed (my partner was in a jumper and denim jeans and I was in a hoodie and tracksuit bottoms due to my health condition) and she awkwardly laughed and then gave us our receipt and walked away.... i liked the food but the service was downright disgusting and i won't be going back. I wish I had asked for the manager to complain about that member of staff because she treated us like trash from the second she seen us. Me and my friend also do not look like your average Joe, we both look alternative and i myself am covered in tattoos so i am used to being treated differently and in a colder manner but this was just so gross. Don't go here.

Was in there yesterday for lunch ,overall an absolutely dire experience, The manager was rude and clearly doesn't want to be there .Took ages to take our order and waited 45 mins for our food to come ,the burger was absolutely terrible, there was a hair in it and the burger was full of bits of fat ,the chips were cold and when I asked for them to be changed the waitress came back with chips that were just threw back into the fryer,absolutely awful .I complained in a nice way and the burger was taken off the bill,We travelled up from Mullingar.If the owners are reading this you will have to make a good few changes to your restaurant in order for it to survive ..I will never go back nor will I ever recommend it to anyone ..

Had a bad experience today at Frankie and bennys, got there and we’re waiting to be seated. Waited for a few moments and a gentleman then seated the 4 of us at a table. We sat down at the table at around 2:15pm and waited possibly 10 minutes before our order was taken, in that time we seen another staff member eating chips off of a customers plate twice. I think that is terrible and uncalled for. We had our order taken and were waiting up to 20 further minutes, half an hour, for our drinks to arrive at the table, it took 35/40 minutes before we got our drinks. We then seen a member of staff eat more food off of customers plates. Personally I don’t think this is acceptable and people should be made aware of this.

We waited patiently for the food with alot of expectations. To be frank all the food served except Rack Ribs were awful. We waited for one of the waiters to atleast look at us to say that all the foods were under seasoned. After serving the food literally no one turned towards us, since we were starving as we were traveling from London and didn't have anything since morning we just ate as all of us were tired of hunger. After completing the food we raised this concern with the manager. Unfortunately the manager was very rude and not cooperating. He stated we didn't like the food basically because we are Asian's and we are used to having spicy foods which is discriminating. He didn't want us to give any negative comments on food and was explaining just his side by saying every outlet of Frankie & Benny's serve this same kind of food which is under seasoned with literally no pinch of salt in the pizza and pasta. Very unhappy with the service and the food.

Recientemente estuvimos en Belfast para mi hijo regalo de cumpleaños conjunto. Mis hijos son autistas y como tales son criaturas de hábito. Vinimos a Frankie & Bennys, ya que a menudo visitamos el de vuelta a casa. Visitamos el restaurante en dos días y en ambas ocasiones la comida era buena. Uno tenía la pizza hawaiana, otro queso macarrones y yo el filete una noche y el perrito caliente sucio la noche siguiente. No tuvimos ninguna queja. Me pareció un poco extraño que el perrito caliente sucio es una salchicha vegana con pechuga de ternera en la parte superior, pero fue agradable.

Brought 3 kids in today. Waited 10 minutes for a waitress to seat us. The kids were given crayons and asked would they like paper to draw on, said she'd be back with paper. Sat for 30 minutes and could not get the waitresses attention. Weren't even asked would we like a drink, so we left after 35 minutes. Could have seen past it if they were busy, but there was hardly any customers there. Last time I'll bring the kids here

The staff were fantastic couldn't have done more for us and the food was absolutely lovely we shared garlic pizza bread and had Ribs which were absolutely delicious!

My first time in Frankie & Benny’s. The vegan margarita pizza and Coliflower bites was amazing. Very delicious. Also they offer 30% discount if you have a valid movie ticket from the mall which is great. Definitely must try place.

Fui a Frankies recientemente antes de un show en Belfast. Aconsejé al servidor a qué hora teníamos que salir y no podría haber sido más servicial. El servicio fue rápido, así como la comida que nos vino bien. La comida era deliciosa y cálida. No había estado en desde que se mudaron, más de una sensación moderna al lugar ahora. Volveremos.

Stopped by for quick get together before heading out for early halloween celebration- was an absolute blast! staff was incredibly friendly and cocktails are very well priced! cannot find cocktail less than tenner nowadays. Pornstar Martini is a must

visited today and was impressed! Place was busy but the manager handled it like a pro. We do not feel missed at all - Justin is an absolute star. They manage to cater my friend who is a vegan very well. Very patient explaining all available options. Great atmosphere and playlist. A bit hit and miss but will sure will revisit soon.

Braved the bad weather and decided to try Frankies today. Was busy but very welcoming. Janaki was very attentive, and food was great. Ordered medium rare and steak and fries is beautifully cooked. Will definitely visit again.

I usually love their food, but this visit was very disappointing. The food quality for the price really wasn't worth it. There are other better options in the complex.

Good pizza. Service was quick on a busy Sunday night. Atmosphere was pleasant. It felt like all the staff were looking after us.

We visited on a Saturday night approximately 18.30. I went in to ask about a table for 9 people for my daughter's birthday group. A man told me it would be 30 mins for a table. As I looked around there was empty tables with no reservation sign on them and the outside tables were not been used They didn't take a name as I was asked to wait outside. As I was outside I asked a few people who were also waiting and they had been told 45mins with no name taken. Eventually after sending in my wife and the other people going in we got a table. The order was taken and arrived. I got the side dish of barbecue beef chips, when it arrived there was 3 bits of meat about 1/2 inch in length and the chips were cold. We had planned to go to Cosmo but it was closed for a makeover so I eat the chips anyway. The dishes were shocking, one dish looked like a birds eye bit of chicken and a drained tin of spaghetti beside it. I honestly don't know where the photos on their website come from but I certainly won't be back .

Food was amazing. We also had dessert and it was just as great. Lovely atmosphere and customer service was fantastic. Could not fault anything. We will be back again soon

I selected bbq chicken which looked great on the menu but when it came it was basically a chicken fillet with melted cheese and a bit of bacon on the top served with oven chips and two onion rings. It was very basic and the annoying thing was it cost me £17.95 which is extortionate. I asked for mayo for my chips and I was amazed when the bill came they tried to charge me £1.25 for this extra- I told the waitress I wasn’t paying for that and to be fair she took it off the bill. Staff were ok atmosphere a bit dead and the food wasn’t great and very expensive- definately won’t be going there ever again.

She kept coming back to ask if we needed anything. Was very impressed with this young girl. We are pensioners and appreciated her lovely manner. The food was served so quickly and was delicious. I went for food with my friends during the afternoon. Wasn’t too busy and the food was delicious. The meal was exceptionally enjoyable though because of our server Janaki. She was so pleasant and attentive with our table and made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 service. She was a star. Would come again just for her.

Ok, I get it, it's a big franchise, kpi's, targets etc .... but, in every big name franchise restaurant is normal human people who can make or break the experience. This one - dynamite.

Went for lunch here yesterday 6/7/24 we were shown to a table straight away by a very nice chap called Justin who helped us make some choices from the menu. food and drinks were served really quickly and was very tasty. Justin also took time to talk with us which made our visit even more pleasant will definitely visit again

This is probably the worst place to order a sallad 😅. We ordered takeaway ceasarsallad and got only lettuce, 2-3 baby tomatoes, and additionally added chicken. In general, ceasarsallad here is only lettuce and tomatoes. No eggs, no salt, no oliveoil, no peppar (except kn chicken), nothing. So, if you want to pay 14 pounds for lettuce, tomatoes, and chicken, then do it 😅 A Caesar consists of a green salad of romaine lettuce and croutons dressed with lemon juice, olive oil, eggs, worcestershire sauce, anchovies, garlic, dijon mustards,  parmesan and black pepper.

Ordered sprite, they came with sparkling water, took 30 minutes to get my actual drink and got a small cup compared to what I paid for, chips were terrible and they even forgot the bacon in my burger, food took ages to come and waiter was rude

The service was excellent very kind staff and if you want you can see your food made in the kitchen, For the Food its still delicious but in my opinion in the older location the Frankie’s Feaster was much better and worth its money, now you get much less for the same price, also the atmosphere was better before more American.

So pleased to be seated here had made reservations for places elsewhere but turned away due to age after specifying age when reserving table but frankies and bennys seated us nicely so pleased with food will definitely recommend absolutely fantastic vibe and staff where so pleasant and kind
