Had a beautiful lunch here yesterday, service was amazing, such friendly staff especially the manger couldn't ask for better, the food was beautiful and portions were just perfect. Would definitely be back :)

Workers Justin and Ella were so nice and a perfect example of what an employee should be like and food was amazing and brilliant for its price. Recommend for everyone

Food was very tasty and definitely worth the price, the workers were extremely nice, especially Ella and Justin which gave us a 10/10 dining experience, and I think all restaurant workers should be taking notes! Will be coming back 100% and I most definitely recommend.

We had delicious meals at Frankie & Benny’s, the food was fresh and well presented with great service. The menu offers a great variety of choices at affordable prices. The place is always clean and well laid out. Justin (he may be the manager) is always welcoming, friendly and attentive. You could tell he cares about making sure we had a great service and it showed. I won’t be a stranger and I’ll definitely be back soon!

This place was amazing the food was gorgeous great service from Ella who was accommodating and helpful and friendly we got the Mozzerella sticks which were amazing and the bbq wings were really good then got a pizza and carbonara both were unreal and lastly we got a brownies and cream and the brownie just melted it was beautiful, will be back love the vibe and staff are so kind super affordable too

We were struggling to find somewhere to eat with 2 young kids on a busy Saturday night and stumbled across this restaurant. Service was great and the kids enjoyed the food nice atmosphere for a family with kids and the front of house elsewhere was brilliant with the kids

The wife and I took our child along with the child’s friend . Elia took our orders and was attentive. Our child was out for a birthday treat and Elia went the extra mile and brought out the child’s desert with a candle and we all sang happy birthday , a niece touch. Entré a comer, noté que tenían una oferta afuera que decía 2 platos de la sección de pasta por 20 libras. Sentados y ordenados, entonces volvieron y dijeron oh no solo 3 de los platos bajo esa sección califican. Trató de elegir otra cosa, resulta que no tenían nada de eso. Tardamos una eternidad en obtener una respuesta de alguien así que al final nos fuimos. No me extraña que estuvieran prácticamente vacíos.

£28 for 2 tiny side dish size "main" dishes of pasta that tasted worse than pre made microwave meals. On top of everything, they took 45 mins for them to reheat them up in the microwave because they had obviously not been cooked freshly. Never again.

chips were very soggy and everything was freezing really disappointed it was thrown together, £42 isn't cheap I won't be ordering from here again

This was our (West Chester University - Study Abroad Group) last dinner in Ireland and we came here. Our hostess Ella was fabulous, she help with our food allergies and all. The food and drinks were amazing, especially the milkshakes. 10 out of 10; would recommend for anyone.

Had a very good start, we were served quite quickly and got our food reasonably fast - however - afterwards we were sitting there for about 20 minutes waiting for someone to come over so that we could order dessert and even though it seemed like no one else needed any service, we were sat there wondering if we were ever going to see someone. Good food, portions were a tiny bit on the small side especially for the price.

Lovely place to get good quality food for the family. Really nice service and they paid very nice attention to the kids. That made the experience far more enjoyable as the boys were tired after a long day of exploring Belfast.

My daughter and I have lunch here every time we visit Belfast for a shopping trip but today’s visit was exceptional! Not only did they open their doors 30 minutes earlier than usual for us but they gave us complimentary garlic bread as well… superb service always 👌🏻

Ella and Connor were absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, they were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. They made sure everything was perfect, from our drinks to our meals, all with a friendly attitude and great attention to detail. Their service was seamless, and they created such a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. It’s rare to find waitstaff who genuinely go above and beyond, but Ella and Connor did just that. Thank you both for making our experience so wonderful!

We only popped in for a quick bite. The food and atmosphere was good but the service we received from Ella was just excellent! She was clearly working her socks off but made sure everything perfect and all with a smile. An asset to a team for sure!

Justin is an amazing member of staff at Frankie’s and bennys we are grateful to his kindness, efficiency and overall hospitality. We had a great meal with an enjoyable time. My daughter and I would definitely recommend this spot. The plantbased burger was delicious and so was the pasta.

Ella que nos atendió a mí y a mis hijos el miércoles 12 de febrero sería la única razón por la que regresara ella era súper amable y extremadamente trabajadora ya que Marcin que también estaba trabajando tenía una actitud y podía ver discutiendo con otros empleados, ellos donde los únicos servidores estaban encendidos y estaba ocupado pero pobre Ella parecía ser la única que se aseguraba de que los clientes estuvieran contentos. Ella es un activo para el restaurante y debe ser elogiada por su trabajo duro y actitud maravillosa, especialmente para los niños que no podría haber sido más útil.

We had a lovely experience here. Are food was good, atmosphere nice and our server was incredible. I think he name was Ellen and she was very nice to us always checking we had everything we needed and our food was okay. My sister has special needs and she was very accommodating to us giving my sister a little bit more attention and my sister had the best time. Cannot recommend here enough 10/10.

Gave the place a second chance out of desperation safe to say the food echoed the desperation , saddest lasagne ive had swamped in sweet tomato sauce , thin and nuclear hot overcooked sheets of pasta. My friend had the burger the only joy out of it was the nostalgia of cardboard cafeteria food. Decent music saved the atmosphere. This is a warning unless you’re also rather desperate.

Visited the Belfast branch. Lovely food and the serving staff and manager were very helpful and pleasant . Had the vegan burger, lasagne, chips and chicken strips. Have been many times before and will be back again!

I absolutely loved my time here, me and my friend were heading in to get some dinner and had both our newborn babies with us. They catered so well with us having 2 big prams with us and so the baby’s can be in there prams but also next to us. The staff were lovely and pleasant. The food was fantastic!! Nice and tasty, definitely my new favourite place to go.

We,a party of six with no booking had dinner in this branch of Frankia and Benny last night. They were able to accommodate us with only a 5 min wait even though they were busy. The service was excellent. The female server was efficient polite and able to help us when one of the group wanted to change their order. The food was excellent I had the ribs which were beautiful. We were in a hurry as we had tickets for an event at 7pm. We arrived after 5 and we were on our way by 6.20 which was great going yet we were unhurried throughout our stay. Highly commend the whole team for a job well done. Thank you

Just want to start with wow! Last night me my partner and friends where out for my birthday there was no mistakes made choosing frankie & benny's ! From the minuted we arrived till the minuted we left it was a first class experience i have went around belfast eating in restaurant and this has got to be up there with the very best places for choice of food friendliness helpfulness and and all around it was a plesent experience. The choice of food and quality is top notch the drinks also fantastic and deserts are great there's nothing to fault 🤤 I'm already planning a trip back into Belfast just to come here I can't wait 😁 !!

I went on a Saturday and even though the restaurant was very busy the staff did not disappoint. Food was good but we had a to wait a while on it but our server Aimee was excellent at checking on us to see if we needed anything.

We visited Frankie & bennys Victoria square yesterday as a family of 4. The food was lovely and it was served quick. We were served by a girl named Amy she was very attentive and nothing was to much hassle for her, as my children had different requests and she took it all on board and delivered a great service to us. We will definitely be back again.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a cozy dinner. The menu offered a fantastic variety of classic dishes, and everything we ordered was bursting with flavor.

Dinner with two fussy kids and two adults. The staff very kind with us when they heard my eldest wasn't taking his chicken and they changed his meal free of charge.

I had family visit me and I took them out for a meal. First time for me at this restaurant and I must say we were all delighted, with the service and friendly atmosphere. There was a manager there and he was extremely efficient. There was a great menu lots to choose from.I will most certainly be going back and I'm have been telling my friends to check it out.

I went to Frankie and Benny's, in Victoria Square, last week with visiting family, 5 adults and 2 children. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The staff were very efficient and friendly, even though they were extremely busy. I will be back and would recommend to anyone looking for a good meal served by very nice staff.

I had a large group booking of 30 people including 16 children for lunch today and I couldn’t have been more impressed from start to finish! Prior to booking, Justin took time to talk me through the details of the restaurant and menu to make sure everyone was catered for. Our server today Ella was amazing, everything was seamless even with so many orders being served at the same time, and a with a lot children to take care of! The food was amazing and everyone left happy - it is a great family friendly restaurant and we can’t wait to go back - thank you all!:) x

We were disappointed with our chicken burgers as they were all incredibly hard and dry. Along side the poor food, my "chocolate milkshake" was like a churned watery yazoo, absolutely not worth the prices for such a terrible experience.

This has to be the worst. Me and my family went here for something to eat. We waited 2 hour to order our food. Once they came they said do you need food? I said yes and he said well go and get it and walked away. I went to speak to the manager and she said i dont care and LEAVE. Avoid this place if you dont like diarrhoea.
