Five Guys in Belfast

Very expensive. £10 for a burger on its own. My husband and I each got little burgers (£6) and shared a regular fries, and also shared a refillable drink. It came to £27. The service was good, nice guy taking the order. Food was just ok. I mean it wasn't anything exceptional. The thing I enjoyed the most was the free peanuts you can get. Delicious

Don’t bother the sausage was beef and the worker was nice and the food wasn’t nice at all and the inside is even worse and I got some “nuts” and they were mouldy blue I was nearly sick fries all over the bag and everything five guys more like not five stars!

Like Slims chickens next door quickly going down hill! Quality getting worse. Burger getting thinner every time and grilled to a crisp. Still nice staff and chill atmosphere inside.

Honestly the best burger ever I am not joking ..stop after movie poor things which by the way is a hit worth every penny 😀😉.. Now only thing about improving is presentation ..there is no trays ..refillable coke 3 pounds ..no hot drinks .. Great view crowd I think mixt families couples and singles seems safe and enjoyable from Belfast point of view 🤠 ..I like it ..free toppings love grilled mushrooms ..busy after 6 pb weekends but Best burger ever and 100 procent worth it 😀😉..

Mc Donald's zu Restaurantpreisen. Okay, das Essen ist etwas besser, dafür ist die Atmosphäre und die Warterei noch furchtbarer. Selbst für Five Guys ist das kein Ruhmesblatt hier.

The food is great, but expensive 😫.

Absolute rip off. It looks like a sophisticated burger, they charge you like a deluxe burger, it tastes like McDonald's. Maybe a big Mac tastes better.

5 stars for 5 guys. Burgers and fries all round for 3 adults and 2 children. More expensive than your typical fast food restaurant BUT worth it. Food was fresh, and tasty. Service was great, staff friendly, restaurant was clean. Look forward to going back next time we're in Belfast.

It's Five Guys, you know their fame, and this store is just as great as any other Five Guys in the UK. I cannot think of a better place to eat burguers. It may not be cheap, but you will absolutely feel that it's worth every penny.

Ignorant cashier with a bad attitude and demeanour, along with this i was also waiting a ridiculous amount of time for food. Wouldn't recommend for the prices that are charged for poor service.

As advertised. Good food and well prepared. Service was adequate and unhurried. No fuss dining.

Unreal Food as Always... Proves the Point... Small Menu Fantastic Food

Went in never having been to five guys befor with my godson, the cashier was not helpful what so ever. she asked what I would like on the bugers one was plain the other cheese buger and regular fries, she asked what I wanted on it tossed the list of what I could choose from which was only two toppings, but she never explained anything with a grumpy look on her face and tapping on the cash register . Waiting for the food did not take long, the stuff did not look happy to be there. took it to the table the fries where all over the bag not in the cup and they where cold, but what saved it was the bugers they were very tasty indeed, lovely thick and juicey. The restaurant was very cold too. So for the money I paid I was not all that happy. I try not to leave a bad reviews because I do understand what it is like in the food and hospitality industry. But I will go back my e they were just having a bad day.

Put your whole order in only to find out they dont take cash. Disgusting

Great Burgers, I don't even care that they are overly expensive but getting 1 star for not accepting cash. No shop in the UK should dictate what payment method you use nor discriminate against you for using cash.

Prices are not low, and no pre fixed menus available. Food, especially the chips were good and abundant though

Just, no. Tried for the first time yesterday and gave into the hype. Nearly £40 for 2 burgers, some chips & cold drinks. Daylight robbery. Nothing special about it either. Nicer food in Burger King or McDonald's. Great example how people will pay stupid money for mediocre service just to get the Instagram post. Majority of tables were either dirty or wonky as well. Nothing wrong with the people that worked there, all seemed pleasant.

Food was disgusting ...absolutley inedible....chips were thrown into a bag ontop of everything else ....my veggie sandwich was filled with melted, over processed cheese and could not physically hold it to eat it it was so limp ..the music was too load ...I wouldn't even give this mush to my dog ...so so so disappointed

On a hot day called in for a couple of milk shakes. Our first visit to this American Diner style cafe. Very authentic decor - we fully expected to see John Trevolta and Olivia Newton John (RIP) come in and start jiving to Grease Lightning! Milk shakes excellent, if a tad pricey

The place just didn't seem the cleanest, but that was more due to the issues with the drinks machines

Was really quiet here when we visited. They also had free peanuts, we gave some to a homeless person

Went here during lunch time. The staffs are super friendly. Service is quick. The ambience is amazing too. Ordered Cajun style chips and burger. one of the best chips I have had. Burger was fresh and lovely too. Will recommend this place.

I mean, can you ever complain about Five Guys? I've never had a bad one. The server asked us about the Kings Coronation, and if we watched it, I didn't catch his name, but he was incredibly pleasant. The food was brilliant as always - I can always count on a cheeseburger from here!

Always the best burgers, every, single, time!

Expensive and bland, I've not had a blander burger in years and the price i had to pay for it was dear, both my taste buds and my wallet are wholly unsatisfied. (PS- the prices do not have the tax added to it) I've had a better experience buying a loaf of bread, salad and some random cooked meat from Lidl, a good tasting sandwich for 1/10th of the price, avoid this place at all costs.

Five Guys is an American burger restaurant that I hopped in at the Victoria Square . They put quality first and keep things simple, so their customers get the most delicious burgers and fries out there. Everything is fresh and cooked to order, there are no freezers or microwaves in their stores. The staff is friendly too.

Order a meals for take away and when we got back to our hotel one burger was missing and their other one was not very nice. The girl who took our order never add the first burger to the docket. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to my burger in my hotel.

£32 for 2 burgers, 2 drinks & 1 fries. Wish I’d walked down to Wetherspoons. Totally overpriced for what it is.

Service was fast, food was great. Shout out to Kaitlyn who served us for being patient while we were deciding and her friendliness made the experience that much better.

Staff was rude. Was not able to use a gift card and cash to pay for meal as they can only take 1 type of payment per transaction. As meal was more then gift card value(which you would expect) card was not able to be used in full and 2 transaction had to be made to split the bill. I haven't had this issue at the other five guys locations only the one in Belfast. I asked to speak to a manager and till staff refused. Restaurant was busy and staff seemed to not be able to cope.

Costly nosh. My cousin is the secret 6th guy who nobody likes. He wanted to only sell peanuts.

It was my first time at Five Guys, I thought it was a proper sit down restaurant but it's just like McDonald's or Burger king just more expensive! To be fair the food was better than the usual fast food burger chains so I'm not complaining! I most likely will go back for more.

First time back at Five Guys in many years. The restaurant was packed with people which could attest to how good the food is - but I wasn't as impressed this time around as I was years ago. The chips were a bit overdone, which was disappointing and the burger was just fine. Not any better than other places I've been. I will say the staff are a credit to this place, keeping the place spotless and cleaning up after other customers - how hard is it to put your rubbish into the bins provided?

This place is disappointing. I'm glad I don't have a peanut oil allergy, because if I did , I'd be in trouble. I was conscious the cashier was asking me the question, but I didn't know what she was on about because it was so loud inside. So expensive too! Not for me! I've no idea why it's so popular.

Very tasty burger 🍔 however it was extremely busy and extremely expensive but the staff, in all fairness, were very efficient.

So expensive. 2 burgers 1 chip and 2 drinks and spent €30. Nothing to talk about. Chips cold and too salty. Burger for €8 was bland and cold. Had our child, no where to sit. Extremely noisy and staff screaming for customers attention. Not a family friendly place and too expensive to feed yourself let alone anyone else. Not having 5 guys again !!

Does 5 Guys ever let us down? Got, tasty, fresh, delicious. Sure the seating is always basic, but that's part of the ambience.

Really tasty food. Could have been a tad warmer but will be good for 99% of people; I just like my food absolutely piping. Good assortment of toppings to choose from and portions are big. A little bacon cheeseburger and regular fries was more than enough to fill me!

I am only giving 2 stars as the girl working the counter was friendly and nice but the food was overpriced badly cooked roadkill that made myself and my son both sick.if you are in the mood for a burger just go to mikeys deli as its far better than this place.

American here. Came here with some friends because we had been in Ireland about a week and were craving something familiar and I gotta say, this was exactly what we needed!

Had a beaut of a bacon cheeseburger. Was enough to fill me with the banana shake alone. Hardly touched my fries. Defo worth spending a bit extra to come here!

The meal was great and staff friendly and quick. The kitchen seemed very clean and efficient. A bit pricy as all their locations are. What I don't get is why I can't pay with cash in such a multinational chain in central Belfast.

Went with my friends last night and the service was shocking. Refused to take cash and did not have a sign saying card only. My friend asked if she could have large fries and the girl serving said the medium would be fine and my friend said she wanted large but the girl said they are for 4-5 people. Food was f*ucked in the bag and not presentable. It was very expensive which I knew before going. Wont be back as service is terrible.

Very dear, very fattening a very yummy. Like, come on, it's a burger place really so NOTHING on the menu us gonna be healthy. But the term "so good it's gotta be fattening" rings true here. Food, as far a burger places goes is the among the best in it's range. Price is a bit steep but they have to pay rent in Vistoria Square.

This is a very good place for dining in, if you're in a rush for a film at Odeon above then it could the place to grab a quick bite. The shakes, veggie burger and Cajun fries are really good here. I'd visit here again.

I paid £11.50 for a plain cheese burger and fries. The burger was like shoe leather and the cheese was like soft, melted cheese slices. However, the fries were nice. This place is NOT Autism friendly, and as an Autistic adult, I can tell you now parents, that it would send your autistic child into a meltdown. The music is so loud that people are shouting across the room and the staff, particularly the female front of house is in the wrong job. Won't be back.

Mains are tiny, sides are huge! Got a bacon cheese dog which was tiny and falling apart in each bite. Cajun fries where nice, not geasy, just right but the portion was huge for a small one!

Music far to loud couldn’t hear teller first of all and then couldn’t hear my order being called out!

First time going and staff were disrespectful to my friends and I at the table because we were not sure if our food came to our table or we had to go collect it, burger was mediocre at best which is extremely disappointing in regards to the price tag (£8.95). The drink machine was cool though as they had like 1 million options and free refills (£3.25 for regular cup which is not bad because you can get unlimited refills). Would not recommend altogether as once I finished it made me want to sit down, curl into a ball and consider suicide (not a joke) because it was extremely filling to the point where it became a chore to eat.

staff were very disrespectful towards many people at my table. When shouting out the order we had missed our order numbers due to talking and then one of the staff proceeded to come towards are table and just throw the bags of food down onto the table and walked away. The food was also quite disappointing especially for the price you are paying, 9 pound for a burger that to be quite honest tasted like the burger king whopper which is certainly cheaper. Would recommend not going here if you are looking to have a nice meal with your family or friends but to instead go to one of the nicer restaurants within Victoria square as they offer nicer food at a reasonable price

Great food alternatives for a decent price. Portion sizes are always very generous. And the service is always quick for lunchtime too.

I really enjoy five guys. It is expensive but the burgers are great and unlike anywhere else I think. Also the drinks are refillable. But I wouldn't take kids due to the cost and the fact they probably couldn't tell the difference between five guys and mcds.

Five guys is good food but overpriced for it!

Visited Belfast with family for a day out together. Was quite shocked at the price they charged for a burger each and shared portion of fries. Really quite tasty and glad I tried it. As they say try everything once. I will leave it there....just the once 😉

I ordered today a cheeseburguer there, didnt order the drink because the woman quickly sent me to the table. I waited for 25 min and my food nothing, went until the cash and apparently my order wasnt there but the woman was quickly with the card machine to me pay soon after i ordered at begin. And the food is so so.

Place was dirty with dirty tables . Had to clean our own . The prices are ridiculous £30 for 2 burgers and small fries . And my fries came in the bottom off the bag I was handed just poured in . When I went and asked for a container to put them in they didn't understand . I only went because I'd never tried it food was average nothing special . I won't be back at this prices .

Vegetarian option was disappointing.

Very clear signage on how to navigate the restaurant with a very energetic and friendly lobby host who attends to everyone coming in the door, very good at his job. Seating is appropriately spaced with tables and chairs being sanitized as soon as they become free keeping everything safe and moving quickly. Food was amazing, fries and burger freshly cooked to perfection. Looking forward to the next time I pop in for a spontaneous bite to eat!

I ordered chips and they were burned and expensive £2.85 for little small cup ,I will never be back again, it's day light rip off.

They give My bad food like dogs, I bought 4 burgers and I think the ones from tesco were better.

Generally I don't expect much from a fast food place but the absolute state of that grilled cheese - if there is any way to post a picture of that abomination I would love to - imgaine an easy single between two burger buns (for a trendy unique twist they put the seeded sided back to front??? Why just why) undercooked. Coupled with the fact that you have to drink your milkshake without a straw.... My jesus christ you couldn't make it up - lovely staff BTW but what a poor sorry excuse for anything other then the burger - which was great actually but come on guys just don't bother with anything other then burgers because it's day light robbery - the cheek to charge 4 pound for that grilled cheese
