Back to Frankie&Bennys today to take up the generous offer of 1 Free Main Course awarded after entering a competition. Went for the sirlon steak and chips with an upgrade to sweet potato fries as the skin on fries are not available at present. Everything came hot with both steaks cooked to order. Complements to the chef and attentive waiting staff.

All the food was cold, the burger was like rubber and inedible. The chips where soggy and freezing. Very dissatisfied

Food was grand, but our server, Rhia, was wonderful, very efficient and attentive. Made our experience very enjoyable, will be back.

También el orden estaba mal consiguió niños dedos de pescado en lugar de nuggets de pollo para mi hijo. La última vez que estuvimos aquí, la chica dijo que los niños recibieron postres gratis. El servicio no era tan bueno me sentí apresurado

Food tastes fine but the portion size is disgraceful. I’d be embarrassed to serve that to someone, any of it, the pasta was small the garlic bread was small and the cheese cake was two mouthfuls. All of it put into cardboard.

Awful service. Noone in the reception to receive us, forgot our food request and because of that we didn't enjoy the food, no apologise, and push us to leave. After payment ask for the receipt when we are leaving. Disaster avoid to go.

Had the steak and fries and the steak was very dry and "cheap" tasting. Peppercorn sauce had no taste, got 2 mushrooms and the the tomato was yellow and horrible tasting. Chips tasted like fast food chips. For the price we paid we expected better quality food. Won't be back again

Grateful to staff providing space to park our double pushchair, but they were a little insistent in us ordering dessert. Friendly staff, great simple menu and good atmosphere. Toilets freezing which isn't helpful for changing babies!

Chose a selection of food. The garlic pizza bread was delicious. Ribs very tender. Wings good as were chicken goujons.

Wouldn't go back to eat here. Husbands meatballs were dry with a horrible texture, pretty bland in general. My steak was good but the peppered sauce was also bland. We got a sharing dessert which was missing a few ingredients when it came. Was supposed to have cookie dough, oreo, and biscoff pieces but all of these were missing and we were paying just for a large bowl of ice cream. Wouldn't have been so bad if someone had told us they had ran out but nobody did. Staff were helpful but the food ruined the experience.

Been here a few times since December and each time we have been served by a young man who we found out tonight was named Stuart..he has been really helpful and very respectful not just to us, I watched him working the floor on his own and he was very attentive to all of the customers in the restaurant .He is a credit to your restaurant..thank you

Cold not tasty very disappointing. Felt like it was just chucked together without any care and sent out. I have been to the restaurant before as a sit in guest there is no comparison. I just don't understand why they let the standard drop so much when it's a delivery order.

Our waitress was Rhea and her customer service and our experience was amazing. From we arrived and throughout our visit. With regular updates for drinks, food and birthday cake I can’t say how much the experience was enjoyable for not just myself but the whole table. She had an upbeat vibe which brought the birthday girl smiles. Thank you Rhea as you made our family get together one to remember and after your customer service we will be back quicker than i thought.

tried here first time on Thursday past, waited less than 5 minutes to be seated and got 2 courses for around 14£, food was beautiful. Pizza especially… top tier if you ask me prepared freshly stone baked. Great customer service and large portion sizes. Definitely good value for your money, will be back!!

Rhia, our server, warmly welcomed us with a smile. We ordered the ribs and chicken parm. The ribs were fatty and unseasoned, and the sweet potato fries were soggy. However, the chicken parm tasted good and my wife enjoyed the salad. I've told Rhia about the food experience, and she mentioned it to her manager, Mark. Both of them gave us an assistance that made the service much better. I'd gladly come back if the service would be like this again.

I was already disappointed on the Victoria square branch, but I thought this boucher road branch might be different, what a mistake! The beef burgers were so hard and very dry to bite, as well as the chicken burger!! Spent almost £90 for 3 adult meal and 2 kids meal, not worth the money!! Never again!!! Five guys burgers are much more better!! The only good thing in that restaurant is the waitress, she was so amazing! Inspite on the only wait staff she was patient and still have a smile to give us, makes us feel comfortable! She is the reason, I did not complain right there.

Boucher Rd Belfast. Absolutely appaling service and food. 100% would not recommend and will not be back. In fact 2 groups left whilst we were waiting to pay (over 20mins!) The place wasn't even half full so they were not busy at all.

ordered ribs and paid £21, looks like it has been thrown in a slow cooker, then splashed with a bit of bbq sauce once they served the horrible looking ribs, the pizza had 5 small excuses for chicken on and barely cut it. The fries tasted like it was 3 days old. Paid £40 for a absolutely horrible order. Will not recommend or order again.

Sharon was our server and made us feel really welcome, was very polite and nothing was a problem. Food was very nice and well priced.

We were in the Boucher Crescent branch in Belfast. We waited for 10 minutes before we were seated. We waited a further 10 minutes before our order was taken. There were six tables beside us which had not been cleared away before we sat down and they still had not heen cleared during the 45 minutes we were there. As customers were being seated, staff had to first clear the tables before they could be seated. We watched seven customers wait for a table, who turned away and left. We thought the six dirty tables beside us were being cleared by the barman, but he was only collecting glasses from the tables. When the female supervison was collecting the prepared food from the chefs, she constantly looked as the dirty tables beside us, but did not attempt to clear them away. There only appeared to be three staff working, outside of the kitchen. One female supervisor, one male waiter and one barman. Waiting staff were very attentive when dealing with my husband and myself, but they were run off their feet. We often eat in Frankie & Benny's as we love the range of food served, but this experience was far from what we expect from your company. We feel it was profit before customer service! Rhia Marie was phenomenal, really attentive, food was OK

First and last time visiting this establishment. Server with the red curly hair and glasses was awfully rude to us. Had attitude when seating us, took over 10 minutes to get the table water and then completely ignored our table! She went around asking every table around us but ours if they’re all okay and when we had asked for the bill she just ignored us but went to give the other table beside us their bill? Also gave the table next to us free drinks while we were still waiting. Honestly the whole experience was ruined by this one server and it was made apparent that she had an issue with us despite us being nothing but patient and nice with her lack of service. Consider giving her better training or put her in the back where she doesn't have to interact with customers as she has no people skills. With her as our server, we had to ask to be seated, we had to call her over to get our drinks, which took ages for water and after that she completely ignored our table so we had to get another server. We had other issues with our food taking ages or my order being forgotten but we were willing to look past those but the server with the red curly hair in a bun, glasses and gold hoop earrings ruined it all.

Delivery time changed x3 times from the original time frame of 25-40 mins. I had to wait 1 hour 40 mins and food was stone cold every item I ordered. My burger had items missing. Waste of time and money as I threw it all in the bin.

Stopped in for some deserts, service was OK to start with, Milkshake was good however the apple pie tasted stale and was mushy, I suspect it was over heated in a microwave. No server came back to check with us, and we found it difficult getting their attention to pay so we could leave and go somewhere better.

Wow! I love this place the food is amazing and so are the staff. Our server could not have made our experience any better, she ensured we had everything we needed and was so friendly the entire time, I think her name was siobhan. I'll definitely be back!

Food was dreadful! Was cooked fine the produce was poor quality and menu needs a severe revamp - definitely went down hill. Server was brilliant and she was on her own and run off her feet but that didn’t wipe the smile off her face - very chatty and bubbly! However we will not be back again now after the food quality being so poor.

Went for breakfast the other day and got 2 fry’s sausages looked raw, eggs looked like melted cheese, toast was bread also got a kids meal, child didn’t even eat the burger spat it out only thing nice was the bacon and I paid 34 pound just to eat bacon DONT RECOMMEND and waste of money disgusting food

Food is below standard and over priced. Service was extremely slow. Waiting 20 mins for an ice cream and glass of water. I cook nicer food at home on a daily basis. Amateur chefs. Standard Frankies and Benny's. I wouldn't eat here other than the fact that it was a family event. Felt like I'd been robbed when I paid the bill.

Went several days ago with a group, used to love the restraunt havent been in ages. Had to wait ages by the counter for somebody to come over and then when the waiter did come over was really rude about the size of the group despite them being nearly empty, she then repeatedly muttered about how we should have prebooked despite the eight of us being willing to sit separately. The waiter gave my cousin sparkling water instead of sprite and when told took half an hour to replace the drink when she did it was a smaller cup. Later when she was serving gave the food to everyone other than one of the kids and waited 20 mins to give her the food despite it being on the counter the whole time she also gave a glass of orange juice to a two year old instead of one of the kids cups. The food wasn't half as nice as it used to be and most of us hated it the pizza was okay but the rest not so much. Then when we were paying the waiter somehow deleted our order off the system and we had to wait for it to be put back through, we didn't even bother to stay for the deserts that came with the kids meals. Everybody said that the chips where undercooked and ones chicken burger was burnt and the toppings were forgot on another.

Over priced for food that is definitely poor quality and no better than you would get in a University canteen. Stay clear of the burgers ... they are definitely bought in frozen patties and not made inhouse. Will never darken its doors again.

worst experience in life. seriously I have never been in such a bad environment. that place is not suitable for absolutely anyone. I'll start with the food. Pizza is good. the husband orders the bbq. meat are tough, everything is overcooked, overcooked. we have already eaten, we are going home with aching stomachs. service TRAGIC. I asked the red-haired waitress for the straw and sauces (that is, garlic sauce, mayonnaise, ketchup). She came carries straw in her dirty hands and throw THROWWWWW! the strow on the dirty table in a frenzy and left. is it customer service? I went to her show how to bring to the customer straw or any other tool . it should be put in a napkin and handed to the customer. we argued about the sauce, she asked: - what kind of sauce do you want here? ketchup on the table!! I didn't understand? is this the way to communicate with the client? the male waiter is trying to fix the problem.. I can't believe we paid half a hundred for this horrible place.

Waited almost an hour from we were seated until our food arrived. When it eventually did, it was dreadful. I had a chicken burger, sweet potato fries, and onion rings, and honestly, it was like the kind you'd buy from Iceland. The fries and onion rings were soggy and not cold but not exactly hot either. When the food arrived, the waitress asked if I'd like any sauce. Needless to say, it never arrived. We'd actually planned on having dessert, but as no one came near us to ask how the food was or if we wanted anything else, after another wait, we decided to leave. I went to the bar in an attempt to pay the bill, and the guy there completely ignored me for a good few minutes before a waitress appeared and asked if I was OK. When I asked to pay, she directed me to another area where another couple was waiting to pay. Que another 5 minute wait, and once the other couple had paid, the waitress walked away, leaving me standing there. Several minutes later, another waitress appeared and asked if I wanted to pay. When I go to a diner, I don't expect Michelin Star service, but this place is AWFUL. Avoid like the plague, it's like a group of people with no experience, have been thrown together to try to run a restaurant

My wife decided to go to Frankie & Benny's after shopping. She had been when they first opened a long time ago. The food pricing on the menu seemed fair, considering costs at other vendors. However when the food arrived, it was a culture shock, it was frozen skinny fries out of a packet, frozen onion rings out of a packet. My son's burger is from the gluten free menu, so I understand how difficult it, but it was also a frozen burger pattie, in a frozen bun. Honestly the only thing that I'm thinking had any technical attachment was the chicken melts with cheese & bacon, unfortunately it was cooked that long it was like nawing beef jerky. Avoid like the plaque, don't waste your money, almost £50, for this food from the 90's, disgraceful even charging for this kind of food. My advice is get a proper chef. Someone who takes a bit of pride in there cookery skills & knowledge.

Really poor experience. Staff all stood around talking and not paying any attention to customers. Waited 20 mins for drinks to arrive. Place was empty too. Manager had a real attitude and didn't like us asking how long our order would be, or us interrupting a staff chat to see if we could order deserts. Deserts took another 20 mins to arrive, as staff were all just stood around doing nothing. Won't be back.

We had the pleasure of having Rhia as our server today again and we could not have been happier with her service ! She is the most pleasant young lady and made it her mission to make sure we had everything we could need and was so accommodating to us all evening with no hesitation. We are regulars of here and we can honestly say she is one of the best (if not the best) catering girls the restaurant has and a real asset to the friendly environment of the business and has earned every star in this review. I am also yet to be served a better cocktails than Miss Rhia has set in front of me, she makes them perfect everytime! Thanks Rhia for a lovely evening !
