Burger King in Belfast

First time here after a trip to the zoo, staff almost didn’t seem to want to be there, orders for kids meal all wrong.! Decor looked as if it hasn’t been updated in quite a few years. Even the taste of the food was not really great. Will NEVER be back in another Burger King again. So dissatisfied.!

was really hungry and burger king was close so decided to give it a try. the burger I was served did not look good and when I bit into it,it tasted like fish! I threw it in the bin and walked out

Burger was so small I was appalled at how little it was. For 6 friggin quid haha wtf. Not good Bruv, the king is no more 🍔🏥👑🍟👷

Anytime I've got out of this Burger King I've never had a problem with food or service, tho it can be quite slow with the huge limes that form to the tills! As ever it's like every other Burger King nothing different! It's a good place to grab a bite of eat if your out shopping in the city centre for the day!

Small terrible portions,customer complaints email is a joke,automated response everytime,then they blame the franchise and take no ownership of their brand. Go see Belfast and lovely local eateries.

Waited in a queue for ages. Watched one after another potential customer walk away to one of the other outlets after getting fed up. Staff and even manager seemed so bored and uncaring about what queue was there. Just awful. I went to KFC, not a lot better to be honest, the person I was with persevered for BK and I had my meal eaten before they sat down with food!

Stopped for a burger during a shopping spree. The staff were friendly and food didnt take too long. I like that you have to wait for it rather thsn other fast food places where you get it immediately and dont know when it was cooked. The only let down is that it was in the food court and bunged but thats not a criticism of burger king. My burger was amazing.

This Burger King has just gotten worse. The service is slower and the chips were quite literally hard, meanwhile the fizzy drink wasn't even fizzy. Major let down.

Ok so not gourmet food but for fast food and as a treat/snack 99p for a chicken burger is not bad. Service fast and food piping hot!!

Great place to go when you're busy shopping in the city centre! Two floors, great usual burgers flame grilled to make nicer to eat. It does the job when you want a quick meal!

This is just a basic Burger King counter in the CastleCourt food hall but the food is decent if its what your looking for, Slow service is the main let down.

It's a busy fast food place in a popular shopping centre so you get exactly what you expect. A cheap burger meal when you are in a hurry!

A very busy fast food joint and while the food is good it should be said that service is better in Donegall Place but only just.

I eat frequently enough (approx 3 times a year) in Burger King in Dublin & the burgers just do not compare. I couldn't finish my burger it was pale & old looking & nothing like the juicy dark burgers I'm used to. The tables were also filthy with 50% not cleared off yet upstairs was closed (usual fast food trick to reduce cleaning range) to customers so everyone packed into small space without enough tables. Even though 3 tills were manned there was a long queue and it took approx 20 mins to receive our food.
