Ordered 2 mighty buckets for one at drive through. A bucket should contain 6 chicken pieces of different types. Got home and found each bucket was 2 pieces short.

Disappointing all round. Will not return here. The food was cold and had to wait in the car for about 15 mins despite being a drive in.

not the best kfc by far, sraff chat to each other whike serving you, forget things and espect you to wait yet its supposed to be a drive through

This is the worst KFC there has ever been. About 2 hours before closing they stop cooking chicken. It's not just my experience. Many of my friends have been told. Sorry we ran out of chicken? Really??? I know when they stitched up as a whole company there was an issue. Ridiculous. Final nail in the coffin. I ordered a box meal from the drive through and when I came to eat the food a couple of minutes later there was an open strip of paracetamol on top of my food when I opened the box. Beyond a joke. The franchise manager here must spend no money on training their staff.

Ordered a party bucket via the drive through on Sat 4th August around 7pm. Got home and missing 3 items. This is not the first time... and not even the 3rd time in fact. I understand there's lots going on to improve this particular restaurant... but missing items, particularly side orders over and over again is ridiculous.

KFC was closed for at least 2 weeks cause they had no chicken and they re- opened and took the kids down earlier this after noon through the drive through and I had asked them for a big daddy meal an ice cream and a krushem but they turned around and didn't have any and they should be closed for good.!!!

This place is rough..... I always get a dodgy stomach after and its not just me... the kids to. I would not entertain this place again. Good luck if you dare.

I have never eat inside here but I have had takeaways from here on many an occasion and it is exactly the same as all the others

The worst kfc around, that's saying something as they are all grubby. Tables are always dirty, the floor slippery and the staff are several iq points below stupid. Avoid!

Last time i went food tasted terrible. Funny aftertaste my daughter said it tasted like cleaning product i live about a mile away but will go to cearphilly or risca .

Didn't have half the food we wanted, no wipes out and no bottles of pop so won't be back to this KFC again

I used the drive through and placed my order, arrived home and settled down to eat my THREE PIECE Colonels Original meal only to find it was a TWO PIECE meal and to add insult to injury the pieces I had were soaking with grease and were scrawny portions at that. I have decided to stop oing to this outlet as this has occured on numerous occcasions. They should LISTEN to orders, read them back and do it again when they hand over the food at the check out. Get a grip Blackwood KFC, you FAIL FAIL FAIL!

Called in for a takeaway but drive through was closed so had to collect from counter. One server who was very efficient and food was really hot but on leaving I saw that the decor needed updating and the place looking tatty...

Been using KFC on an off for some time it can be hit or miss with the takeaways as the chicken meals can be pretty greasy and some times they do tend to forget something on your order then you don't realise until you get home always worth checking before leaving the fast food joint

Just returned from kfc blackwood.It must be the worst experience i have ever had. We walked in,went to the counter and ordered a zinger meal for my wife and a bucket for 1 for myself.The server told me that we would have to wait 20 minutes for my meal as they didnt have any chicken on the bone ready.after waiting 25 minutes and no meals arriving i went back to the counter and was told that it would be only two minutes.Ten minutes later the server put the two meals on the table in front of us,snapped there is your food and walked away with no apology forthcoming. my wifes meal was cold,it must have been made up on ordering but they hadnt used hot holding.My chicken was piping hot but the hot wings,fillets and chips were cold.Again they must have been made up when ordering and plated waitin for the chicken. please could the management ensure that staff are fully trained in customer care,could they train the kitchen staff in methods of food preperation and rotation and could they ensure that any food that is sent over the counter is edible. Will never return to kfc blackwood

En larga cola por 15 minutos y todavía no hay servicio. El personal no sabía lo que estaban haciendo. Es una pena como cubo ganga 10 piezas de £10 £13 no. Señora vino a quejarse. Desde allí recogió comida fría. Salí y me fui a al dominó cerca.

Sólo he comido en el lugar una vez y no puedo decir que volvería de nuevo. Comida todo el suelo y las mesas sucias, pegajosa, pero había sólo un puñado de personas sentadas en tener comida. Hay mucho espacio de aparcamiento exterior y un drive thru si no quieres ir. El personal no es muy amable y demasiado ocupados hablando con otros para ser que nos molestó con los clientes o la limpieza. No volveré

Well what can i say ..... Filthy, cold, unhelpful staff and the toilets were disgusting.Will not be using this place again without major changes!!!.

Disgusting smell !!The food was cold . Spent all day on the loo!!Won't be going back there.Girl moving chairs was on her phone the whole time .

If you enjoy KFC Chicken like I do then try another one not in Blackwood, as after taking the family there on 4 occasions it has not improved much mainly down to the cleanliness of the place. Food was not as good either as other KFC's.

I love KFC. Especially the hot wings it's a lot cheaper than McDonald's and you.get full of it. We've been to.blackwood a few times and this one day it stunk. We could not stand the smell so we ate in the car. The tables are always dirty and the food taste like it's been there for days! It's a shame. Cwmbran is the best one always fresh food.

absolutely disgusting.meat was bloody.needs a good clean should have known not to eat from there it's always empty in there.should be shut down if u ask me or under new management

We love KFC but unfortunately getting half decent food provided by half decent staff is extremely difficult here.Do yourself a favour, next time you fancy KFC go to the Risca branch, it's situated within a few feet of Tesco Extra - Risca.The food is cooked better and portion sizes are a lot better plus you don't have to endure the "attitude" oozed by Blackwood staff.

stood for ten minutes while staff "sorted things out" when i finally got served they did not have my selection the card machine was not working place was dirty, tables not cleared, rubbish on floor etc, long time before I go back.

I am still traumatized from eating here. The service was awful and the food was dripping in grease. I bit into some chicken and blood and grease poured out. It was nasty. It would not surprise me if everyone who ate here became ill!!! Toilets smelt putrid and the staff were incredibly unhygienic. I will NOT be coming back. This experience has put me off KFC.

Don't go to this place unless you enjoy eating horrible food! Under new management was a complete lie, its still a dusting dirty place, found a dead fly in my drink, the lady was very stupid and mixed up the orderes, and lastly my daughters chicken was covered in what looked like blood! Could have been! Also found a bone, in a boneless part of chicken. Terrible restaurant. As a mum of three I strongly suggest that you shouldn't come to this restaurant. Thanks for reading!
