Was told we had to wait 45 minutes to just to be served, really come on KFC your really a fast food restaurant, Get a grip and sort this place out or just close it down. Rude staff telling us to wait 45 minutes to place a order. Well we never waited 45 minutes we just walked out

Ordered a gravy mega box and gosh that was fast! The coins were still hitting the cash register and there was my chicken! Hello Chicken! Plus I’m sure they gave me more than I ordered! Om nom nom, nom nom nom nom :)

la comida estaba literalmente helada, el personal gritaba y gritaba, no usaban redes para el cabello, el personal hablaba por teléfono y hablaban entre ellos mientras servían a los clientes, las bandejas de salsa estaban sucias con pedazos de comida.

Realmente mala experiencia, las gallinas no estaban lo suficientemente cocinadas. Cuando decidimos hablar de ello con el gerente, ella fue grosera, desagradable, haciendo una escena en la que nos culpaba a nosotros, en cambio, a tomar medidas contra sus pobres servicios. NO RECOMENDADO !

Massive fan of KFC but this restaurant is appalling. Lady takes your order, hands over your drink and then you are stood waiting for 15+ minutes waiting for your food, I had only ordered a mini fillet burger, 2 pieces and fries. The lady behind the counter continues to take order after order despite food not being ready, why doesn't she stop taking orders and go and help get the food out. The staff are rude, do not seem to be in any rush or offer an apology for the wait and to top it off they are unhygienic.

I placed my order last night at around 9pm and forget to tell the man with the glasses who was the cashier that I would like 2 leg pieces in my mighty bucket for one. After I paid he told me they can’t do that and pointed at a sign with very small writing on it.. which apparently stated that they can’t give two leg pieces. I was very polite and asked him to try his best, at the end of the day if they can’t give me 2 leg pieces I understand. However he came back and told me there was only one piece left anyway so I was okay with that. As I was waiting i read the leaflet that was hung in the frame and it said nothing apart from prices may vary after 11pm. Not only that, I was waiting another gentleman from the kitchen told him that there are chicken leg pieces available. When I got my mighty bucket for one there was no leg pieces at all. I addressed the man that seven me and he told me I would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for a leg piece. I was more ham happy to wait. As I went and sat down he called me, less than 15 seconds later telling me he has given me a leg piece. I usually go to the kfc and they have gotten my orders wrong sometimes, but because the workers are nice employees and not rude I don’t have a problem. This man was very rude, and I should have been able to get two leg pieces as I paid for my food and he only told me after. Had I known I would not have ordered this meal. This man was very rude and arrogant. I will not be coming back to this KFC again. I would much rather travel further and get better customer service at a different KFC. APPALING.

I've ate ALOT of KFC and this place is repeatedly the worst I have ever had. Cold dry shrivled food, unfortunetly it was through deliveroo

The place was packed when we arrived but people were just leaving so managed to get a table which was filthy but better than nothing bin close be was overflowing. When our order was ready the beans were missing.

i went to kfc and the chicken was hard and their drink was hot instead of cold and I found a tooth in the chicken

The patty was uncooked. It had uncooked flour all over it as you can see in the picture below. The fries had potato skins all over it and was dry and cold. Disappointing.

Having eaten KFC nationally at many restaurants I have to say this was the worst for service and quality of food.. it’s worth the extra effort to eat at Hulme KFC or in the Arndae Food court. I doubt very much that Oxford Road has changed their staff or changed their frying methods

I’m absolutely mortified at the attitude towards customers from the staff and management of this establishment. I went in here to get some food to take home I was stood waiting with no one in front of me and no one behind me whilst two staff decided to have a little chat before dealing with my order. When I asked for service one of the girls with brown hair decided to give me a dirty look and then proceed with my order, they didn’t pack it properly and I had to ask for extra packaging! Because of the attitude I received from her I had asked her what her manager name was! she was reluctant to tell me and proceeded to throw attitude towards me by asking me what my problem was I continued to ask for the managers name and she still refused to the point where I had to ask somebody who was dealing with chicken to come over and tell me who the manager was. The The manager came over and even she had worse attitude rolling her neck and cutting her eyes. I have never been to KFC with this type of behaviour in the middle of Oxford Road you would imagine them to be a little bit more polite due to the competition in the area. I could imagine the stress if they was busy there was literally three customers eating food and nobody queueing up. Lack of respect in this establishment

If you want to receive worst service we came in at 1020 and the sign says it shuts at 11, they refused to allow us to stand and eat in let alone sit and said it was company policy they decide to do this when they felt. Once they cooked the food one lady came to the front to hand it too us to which a colleague told her regarding the seating arrangement, to then follow all staff went around the back with our order did something to the bag then appear all laughing. We refused to take the order and we left..... Not what expected at all

I am a big fan of the mega box at £3.99 I eat this in KFCs nationally, I saw the opening of the oxford Road branch and got my usual excitement.. the first time I had a mega box on the 2nd day of the Store opening .. I waited quite a while to be served, while the staff had a casual discussion about weekend fun... my order number was eventually called out.. and I was handed my closed mega box ... any other store presents me with an open box with fries 🍟 in a pack.. I sat down and opened the box to find a very small amount of warm chips a tub of gravy and a greasy thigh piece with the coating fallen off in parts and the hot wings were let’s say nearly cold and the fillet piece was greasy too.. as a first time experience I felt let down by the service and by the quality of my food ... I did give this store a second try only a few days ago and all I can say is the quality and experience was even worse than the first I shall not be eating in this store again and I hope any other people don’t waste their time and money in such a shoddy store
