KFC Glasgow in Glasgow City

Food got one star because, yet again, it was not what I ordered. Service poor - wrong order plus customer interaction non-existent. Was drive through, but best resolution offered when callind round was to to come back and we'll change. Sorry guys, as I explained 3 times, I nipped out on my lunch break to pick up something quick - on what planet was I going to be allowed a second lunch break to fix your error.

First time here, wrong order and struggled to find a table in an empty restaurant that wasn’t caked in sauce or had a pile of disguarded rubbish left, was in for roughy 30 min, and not once did I see the bins being emptied, rubbish cleared away and the tables cleaned

The place was dead only three tables in use but the place was filthy. Toilets looked liked the haven’t seen a bit of disinfectant in a month. Asked for someone the clean a table for us and got hugged at and dirty looks from little girls serving. We are just out of covid and kfc govan will be reason we are all back in isolation. Filthy

Wrong order, food inedible, wouldn't even give to the dog. Burger looked liked it was half eaten, roll was old. Seems to be going increasingly downhill

Staff are rude and completely incompetent - I'd get better customer service from a toilet brush. This KFC is (unfortunately) local to us, and we have used it despite the "staff" who work here, cause we love the food. A few months ago we had a horrendous drive-thru experience where we were served by incredibly rude staff, waited almost an hour in the car park for our meal, and were then screamed and swore at by an unhinged girl who has no business working in a face-to-face environment - perhaps she should remain in the back making the food. We made the mistake of ordering from this KFC tonight via Just Eat - paid £35 for this. Order arrived without mash and without 4 pack of cookies. I guess the staff at this KFC can't read either. Well if any of them are reading this, sort yourselves out.

Avoid this KFC restaurant. The staff are very rude, they don’t respect customers and the managers don’t care about the customers. They advertise the special offers in their window but they don’t sell the offer. What a sham! This is the worst KFC restaurant in UK.

food tasted like boiled oil! The greases kfc I've ever had in my life The staff couldn't care less about masks. 2 had then on and rest has then hanging at the neck!

This has to be the worst KFC we’ve ever visited . Placed the order at the drive in and the girl was very short and seemed irritated at having to take an order . Got the wrong order , there were no napkins , no salt and when my husband popped back in to the counter, there was a big loud sigh as if they were fed up of people asking for napkins and salt....Will think twice before we visit again . Horrible

Worst KFC Ive ever been to. Waited 18 mins at drive thru last night for my order only to drive home to find we have the wrong order! Then tonight popped in at 8pm for an ice cream for my daughter and they hesitated and then said the ice cream machine was broke... Seems like maybe it was cleaned for the night and they couldn't be bothered re cleaning? Happens a lot that the machine is broke at night time only. Honestly drive a bit further for another KFC.
