The experience was utterly appalling. Drink totally flat, the chips hot but massively over seasoned. The chicken was something else, hard, overcooked and incredibly wet with oil! Here the majority of reviews are poor or worse, I made the company aware and their response was to commit to putting things right, but reviews elsewhere have been responded to and management keep promising improvements but they clearly aren’t working if indeed anything is really being done

Upon arriving at the second window to collect my order, the employee handed four drinks through my car window. As she passed them, the drink carrier gave way and tore, causing a large Coca-Cola to spill across my central console, passenger seat, my son’s trousers and shoes, and into the passenger footwell. The employee offered no apology and instead instructed me to move to the next window. I questioned her, saying, “Did you not see what just happened?” She responded by simply replacing the spilled drink, as if that were sufficient. I then requested to speak with a manager, at which point Joanne, the on-duty manager, arrived. She did not offer an apology or express any acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused, repeatedly stating that “it was an accident.” I politely asked for a refund on my order to cover the cost of a vehicle valet, but Joanne refused, saying she couldn’t make that decision and, if it were up to her, the answer would be no. She took no responsibility for the situation and continued to dismiss it as an unavoidable accident. When I requested to speak with another manager, Joanne declined three times, asserting that they would share her opinion. Eventually, another manager, Phil, came to assist. He was far more understanding and empathetic but explained that he could not override Joanne’s decision without consulting his supervisor. Phil assured me that he would escalate the matter and took my contact details for follow-up. While I am optimistic that Phil will ensure I receive a call back from a senior representative, I am deeply disappointed by Joanne’s handling of the incident. Her lack of professionalism and unwillingness to address the issue appropriately raises serious concerns about how she was placed in a position of authority. I would caution others to reconsider visiting this establishment.

Was excited to try this place, what a disappointment! Walked throught the doors to be greeted with utter silence! No ambience whatsoever! The girl behind the bar firstly told us that they only had diet coke to drink! Nothing else! Sat down and ordered our food, there was one other table of three in the place, we waited at least 25 minutes for our order, the "messy bird" fries were ok, beef burger looked dry and "tired" I ordered the "seoul" fried chicken burger, after two bites I realised it was not cooked in the middle! Inexcusable! I had eaten in this place when it was the bokshop and always enjoyed it! I don't see this place surviving unless they buck their ideas up! On the plus side they gave me my money back with no quibble

Visited today. Quick, efficient service. The man serving me was friendly, happy and helpful. Caramel latte was perfect and I was persuaded to try the chocolate twist and it was delicious. The store was clean and I noticed staff cleaning the tables when people left. I've been before but only though the drive through and will definitely call in store more often now.

Awful Service! Got my meal a minute after my partner ordered and they didn’t get their meal for 10 minutes and i went up to asked about his meal and all I got was dirty looks from this one member of staff and the whole time we were there she just kept staring at the two of us. Working in customer service myself this was an awful display and food was not up to standards!

Terrible! I recently ordered from Burger Now in Swindon, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfying. The delivery was incomplete, with a crucial part of the order missing. As a result, what did arrive was stone cold by the time it reached me. There's nothing worse than looking forward to a meal and then being let down by cold food and poor service. Given the mishap with the order, it’s clear that their attention to detail and customer service needs serious improvement. I won’t be ordering from here again anytime soon. To be told given that I should ask for a refund tomorrow, DISGUSTING.
