The best restaurants in United Kingdom

Sometimes, just sometimes you can come across a food shop which ticks all of your boxes - and more. This is such a place. What was on offer was superb and the young lady who made up my order not only knew what she was doing but prepared it excellently as I watched. I wish I lived nearer.

We've visited this place quite a few times now and never been disappointed, the food is very reasonably priced always a good tasty portion. Staff are helpful and polite and service is quick. We've tried a few different meals but the sausage and bacon sandwiches set you up for a good beach walk

Only chippy in village so had to try. Was shocked at the price but after splitting the meal we had over 2 days so the price was not that bad. So so taste but think we had the cod which is always a bit tasteless, nice batter and chips and peas were plenty. Would try agian but this time i'd ask for Haddock and a small portion. |Freindly staff

Lovely lady , food fantastic.There are a few small cafes in the area but the service and quality are first class.Interesting decor and even the toilet has bohemian charm.

런던에서 친구들과 함께 세븐시스터즈를 가는길에 점심 도시락을 위해 들렀는데 정말 너무너무 싸고 맛있고 정성스러워서 이렇게 리뷰 남깁니다.. 특히 오징어볶음 맛 나는 매운카츄볼이 진짜 맛있었고, 친구가 먹었던 치킨난반도 정말 맛있었어요!!! 가격이 정말 말이 안되요.. 10파운드 넘는 메뉴가 없어요!!!! 저희가 7명이 갔는데 김치도 써비스로 주시고 진짜 너무 친절하고 행복한 경험이었어요

A very clean and friendly cafe serving breakfasts, lunches, and snacks, all at competitive prices. The food is very good, fresh, and cooked to order. A great cafe hidden in plain site on the corner of York Road and Lucan Street.

Doing our tour of the North East 250 and spotted Websters. They had amazing pineapple cups and coconut fingers. Loooooved the envelope pastries! I could keep going on! 😆

Aunque justo en el borde del Barrio Norte, esto tiene una sensación diferente a la mayoría de los bares de allí. Es un lugar relajado que atrae a una multitud madura y, aunque puede estar ocupado, tiene un ambiente realmente agradable. Mantienen la cerveza muy bien y tienen una buena selección de precios razonables. Otherwise known as 'Billy's' (after the brilliant owner, whose name isn't actually Billy!) We, along with most of Archway, have been frequenting this awesome little cafe for decades and he has an utterly loyal following. Billy invites a diverse crowd and pre lockdown, it was a place and opportunity to meet the local community and just chill. We used to go there when we had a little baby and Billy very thoughtfully went out and bought a highchair for when he was of age.(It's still there and we nearly cry at the memory every time we see another little kid in it) Everyone in Archway knows what a star Billy and his brother are. On to the menu; Goes without saying the fry ups are awesome and the ONLY cure for a hangover. The vegetarian option is just gorgeous. But, maybe little known is the grilled chicken on rice. It;s so delicious, lean, and low fat. It's tender, juicy, with a light garlic taste which I absolutely love. It takes a little while because the chicken really is grilled from fresh. It's beautiful and healthy. My next favourite is his baked potato with prawns and salad. It's one of my favourite dishes in the world. The menu is as 'cheap' or as sophisticated as you like, but each dish is so tasty. If Billy tells you a terrible joke, or calls you out in front of everyone, then you know you're a part of the family. Love this restaurant.

Estuve allí con mi familia, visitando el mercado de Leather Lane. Durante toda la semana extrañamos nuestra cocina, así que nos metimos en Bottega Modena. Encontramos la cocina de la "abuela", como nuestro almuerzo típico de los domingos. Tomamos tortelloni y tagliatelle con ragú y estaban deliciosos. ¡Un lugar de almuerzo definitivo para comer!

Probably one of the best, friendliest, non-greasy greasy spoons I’ve been to in the whole of London, with a lovely owner, ‘H’, who is a true pillar of the community. Massive portions, cooked to perfection, Fish and chips to die for, Fish and Chips to die for, and always a warm and happy vibe. If you’re hungry and like networking, or just need your spirit lifting a little, this is the place to be, plus it’s excellent value for money. People always leave smiling. Long may it live!

Por tercera vez, un café y un montón de vinilo. El propietario es amable y conoce su jazz y música, probablemente un músico. Nos encantó todo sobre este lugar.

El postre era exquisito el phudge artesanal era delicioso. madame phi phi era un excelente servicio exquisito y un ambiente con clase. Muy recomendable

Mi marido me voy en un crucero fuera de Southampton Inglaterra, y tuvimos que lavar la ropa en la lavandería de la Costa Sur antes de partir mañana. El servicio fue increíble, Gracias Tonya! Tomé una copa de vino y mi marido tomó una Coca-Cola Jack and Diet. Tuvimos un tiempo encantador allí mientras nuestra ropa fue lavada.

This cafe has changed its name to Bagel Society and it is really good. The food is superb, I would recommend the El Diablo bagel. The service is good. The prices are reasonable, we were £14 for two bagels. I can’t wait to come back again soon.
