The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Pizza pasta food

While waiting for my food, the person making my food wasn’t wearing gloves , another person touch food was coughing all over it and the other man had a cold sore on his mouth and was touching food without any gloves on!!

Avoid like the plague. Would have given a 0 rating if possible. We are new to the area and used, sorry TRIED to use the place for the first time this evening. Just placed an order for delivery with these jokers via Uber Eats. Never again. The takeaway called us when the food was ready, to ask where we were located. Just to get this is perspective we are ONE mile away. You can drive it in 5 mins and even walk it in 20 minutes. Person on the phone had full on argument with my husband about how we were too far away and the food quality would be reduced? What? It’s 5 minutes! Because it’s via Uber Eats of course you have to fart and burp at the same time when there’s a blue moon to get your money back. Obviously they’re happy for us to collect but defeats the object of buying a delivery that’s clearly within a reasonable travel range! We’ve ordered from 4 elephants loads of times, they’re about 15 mins or more away and the food is always boiling. Basically Al Pacino are lazy and can’t be bothered cause they’re busy tonight (due to the match) and fancy pick and choosing their customers. Judging by the reviews they’ll probably be out of business soon. Thank god.

Took well over an hour to arrive , pizza was over cooked & tasteless . Fried chicken was awful , stuff had to be put in the microwave to warm up . Never Again

Family meal ruined by driver…spoke to me like dirt …half to say manager was perfect she handled it so well as for driver he should be sacked

After a busy day at work I thought i would treat the family to a pizza. The order went through online and said I could track our food which i did making and baking took 20 minutes and then sat in quality check for 30 minutes, finally it was on its way 10 minutes later it said my order had been delivered and still no pizza. I called the store and was told my pizza had been delivered, it really hadn’t so the lady went to call the driver who was the ringing our doorbell. I opened the Pizza boxes while the lady was still on the phone and our pizzas were luke warm at best, which i told the lady only to be told back that it will be hot as its in a hot bag.

Ordered 2 pizzas, pepperoni and cheeseburger. Too much burger sauce added, ruined the pizza, was literally smothered in the sauce as though the lid had fallen off of the sauce bottle, disappointed

Food absolutely terrible, ordered a large order for the family, the food made us all so ill just after eating it. We won't be going again..!!

Absolute poooooor customer service would not recommend -1000/10 poor food quality too the pizza’s look like they’ve been beaten up not an a pleasure to look at

We have ordered over many years from this takeaway. We only ever have the Lamb shish kebab’s, unfortunately they stopped doing them. But glad to say they are back on the menu. We ordered two on the 10/05/24 . Not dissapointed, bloody lovely. I have to say it was delicious, lots of soft lamb pieces, salad was lovely and fresh and the Naan were great too. We will be back for more.

Box was broken, dip missing and pizza messed up. Guy couldn’t find the place, walked down the street, no apology , nothing

Utter terrible service ordered a ranch bbq, and almost half the toppings were missing, but the young man that served me was brilliant he was kind and sweet and hadn't seen him in a while, maybe a week ago it almost makes up for the utter horrendous service and the terrible food that they serve AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS worst food in ebbw vale angry😡🤬

Simplemente extraño! El manager necesita su juego. Pasé toda la noche entreteniendo a 2 mujeres. No tenía 2 pizzas pequeñas para niños (no estoy seguro de cómo), así que la señora que hizo las pizzas salió y nos informó después de que se tomó nuestro pedido y volvió a hacer la pizza. Entonces, a pesar de estar vacío y tener un gerente, dos camareras y una persona en la cocina, el servicio era flojo. Tal vez solo reúna al equipo y ponga en marcha un poco de entusiasmo. A veces ayuda. No he estado en años. No lo he sido desde que era un niño y, sinceramente, creo que necesitan entrar un poco más en el siglo XXI (la cadena en sí). This place is absolutely terrible. Waited 2 hours for food. Rung the restaurant to ask where it was and when it was going to be here. The guy I spoke to was extreamly rude and aggressive telling me the food will get there when it gets there and was told he’d “come to my address and smash my head in” when I questioned why it was taking so long

AVOID.. I should have really looked at reviews before ordering here. Ordered a pizza and mixed pakora. It was supposed to be an hour long, ended up over an hour and a half. Phoned twice to get fobbed off. The delivery man arrived and laughed when I asked what took him so long. Pizza and pakora both stone cold. Pizza was burnt on top and soggy at the bottom, I can’t believe they served it and sent it out like that. Looking at reviews they don’t care about food or customer service. Chicken pakora was chewy and stringy. Never again.. I have attached the pizza so you can see! Needless to say it went in the bin and we won’t use there again. Worst Indian in the East End of Glasgow, if you would even call it that. Please AVOID!
