Ordered food waited over an hour when delivery time was 30 mins on app ( happy to wait as it was weekend) arrived and had the wrong order! Phoned the number online, took 16 times to actually get through. Was told we would have replacement meals straight away,.. then waited another 50 mins.. to have to ring again.. took 5 times to get through this time.. told pizza was just leaving. Arrived and pizza was cold

Ordered food and bought it online. I was notified when it was leaving the shop, the driver was friendly and polite and she had to apologise because she was not given all of my order so she had to go back to get the rest of the order. The pizza was nice but was not hot, it was just warm. It tasted nice, not sure the advertising of an 18 rated tv program is suitable for pizza esp when children could be at a house.

We made an order online to pick up from the store. There was a small delay with one of the pizzas and the very kind staff gave us free cookies for the inconvenience. A lovely unexpected kind gesture which we were both grateful for

Pizza was full of hair spoke to them asked to collect and refund me and was told they couldn’t refund me for 3 days before they had confermation from head office ... spoke to a guy called Chris with a stinking attitude who just didn’t want to help will never go there again .

Terrible pizzas. Ordered extra cheese on both pizzas, no cheese hardly at all on them ; also not cooked cheese was hard, looked a mess, food all slid to one side to have the pizzas had nothing on them, really annoyed as the manager could only offer a refund if they collected the pizzas, no help at all, even took photos

I went into Dominoes to order a Pizza . 3 staff, one making a Pizza, one cleaning and one making a list with a clipboard.. All 3 saw me standing there, all 3 ignored me. Staff member with clipboard came out to reception area,still ignored me and continued to make his list. Bad training ??? ,No customers and you won't need that clip board .

I enjoy my meal from Domino's, Delivery drivers are always polite. Ordering on line is easy and delivery is quick.

We had my stepson over tonight so thought we would have a treat night with pizza and films. I ordered our food online and paid through PayPal at half 8 in the night. By 10 it still wasn't here. We phoned domino's who told us they were busy. By 11 I had to send my boy to bed . We phoned the store maybe 30 times without any answer. I left my phone number and email address with them but no contact at all. Terrible service we never got our pizza even tho i paid for it via PayPal. Shocking

Not a good experience here. Just wanted a pizza to take back to our hotel room as we had been travelling all day. We collected it ourselves. We ordered two pizzas. One was cooked fine, the other one had been in far too long and was like old boots. Never again !

Rang to place a order last night 26.08.17 as there discount codes wouldn't work online spoke to a young girl named Rachel who didn't have a clue what she was talking about told her I had a discount code placed my order which came to 60 pound between 3 of us only to be told that discount code can't be used on the phone or online even though it did not say that online or in any small print

They honestly don't care, stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged, they were too busy taking to each other, playing with sweeping brushes and talking to the delivery driver. My pizza was ready according to the screen when I arrived, it had been sitting on a shelf getting cold, finally after a few loud coughs I got served. They never know how to open the till, every time I've been there they are always 'locked out' and have to ask for someone's code to open the till. Totally incompetent and obviously a lack of leadership and management. Don't waste your time asking for a receipt, utterly clueless.

Envío tarde nuestra pizza así como llegó estaba congelada. La orden estaba equivocada y trataron diciéndonos que estábamos mintiendo sobre el teléfono que pedimos lo enviado. Pero tenemos la historia de la orden como prueba como pedimos en línea. Dijeron que estaban enviando dos nuevas pizzas si nos dan los dos teníamos. . . Qué sorpresa eran super tarde otra vez y de nuevo congelada! Pensarías si te molesta un cliente que nos pusieron prioridad pero no molestes mostrando hasta tarde otra vez con el mismo problema. . No pedir de nuevo!

arrived 90 mins late... phoned numerous times to be ignored and then got hung up on - food arrived freezing cold and the pizzas were not what we ordered - would not recommend and would never use again!!

Was kept waiting then once the guy on the counter decided to speak to me he couldn't find my order so reprinted the stickers and must have give me someone else's and stuck a sticker on it as when I got home it was totally different. Customer in front of me had the same problem could find his order also Terrible service for the money will not be using again

Nice pizza but expensive if you don't have menus for deal codes. The food is always really nice, the garlic pizza bread is fab.

My wife and kids love Dominos. We love ordering on the App and can check as the food is prepped and cooked. The staff deliver it promptly and the pizzas are always hot and perfect. As a moan it is expensive when you consider we are paying the same for a pizza as we would in Ask, Pizza Express etc. But as we have none of those locally, it's a Dominos for us.

the food from here has always been tasty and hot ,but not this time .Delivery was slow and freezing cold very unhappy

Pedí un par de tamaño Pizza (Texas barbacoa y carne los amantes) para entrega a la oficina para el almuerzo cuando estaba en Ebbw Vale por negocios ... La pizza era deliciosa y a un precio razonable y entregados en buen tiempo. Gracias Domino's.

We ordered a takeaway from here twice whilst we were staying in the area as we had missed most restaurant's opening hours. Domino's stay open until 11pm, which was handy for us. The food took about 15 minutes to make from ordering and when it arrived it was the usual sort of thing - warm, tasty, filled a hole. The parking is a little confusing as staff say it is free but not wanting to get caught out, we did buy a ticket for 1 hour which cost us £0.30. Better safe than sorry!

Ordered from them a while back, pizza was delivered promptly on biting in to it i nearly choked on a long hair ( about 8 inches) after ulling it from my throat was furious, i imediatly contacted the shop only to be greated on the phone by a new person so i politely requested to speak to the duty manager, i was eventually passed to a you girl who greated me with complete discontempt and ignorance, she offered a replacement pizza which i completly refused and was eventually offered a refund, a driver was dispatched and picked up the hairy pizza, i was told the store manager would call the following day, a week later still no call so i email head office, they email me back informing me that as its a franchise they cant do nothing however they would inform the syore of my complaint. A week later i eventually get a call from a young lady claiming to be the store manager who was just as obnoxious as the 1st woman i spoke to, who said she was away from work on the sick and offered me a free pizza, i e plainec that as i was livid with service and hygiene standards i had no wish to eat from their store however i would accept a goodwill voucher that i would use in a different store, i was informed that they are a franchise and that as a store manager she could not arrange that, she would need to speak to the franchise owner, i have still not heard any thing from them 3 months later.

Used their online service a number of times and it is excellent. no doubt that i would definately use them again.
