No dips Cold food Burger was a mess

it was like 3 hours my food was cold I'm furious and request I have more food for free love from marley xx

I ordered my mcodnalds around 5ish and it arrived just after 8 this evening and it was stone cold .

Order said delivered but I’m still waiting for food that never arrived

How hard can it be to put an order together correctly? FYI if you order from here, you can guarantee your order will be late, cold and missing items. This is a dreadful McDonald's, no issues with Just Eat.

Fries were freezing cold and stale

Had breakfast flatbread and the waffle coffee. Only cheese in flatbread no bacon and not a waffle latte just a regular coffee and had to wait 35 minutes for it !

I pre-booked our food (2 hours in advance), and it was still 40 mibutes late. The restaurant is 10 minutes away !!!. When our food did get here it wasnt even luke warm. What a complete waste of money.

Always friendly and happy to help ..no problems rectifying any issues ..big shout out to Sharon and Lisa in Brynmawr .Polite and friendly ..nothing too much trouble

Food nice but the worker sharon horrible acussed me of swearing and apparently being agressive then i heard some boys on a 250 made me happy

Quality control is non existent here. Every single time I order food it's COVERED in tomatoe sauce and the burgers are always smushed and in a mess. You eat with your eyes first and I always regret having food from here.

Absolutely shocking when food arrived food was not only squashed, but freezing cold. Not even a straw for drink very dissatisfied

Mate you tock it to the wrong house

driver was sat about for over an hour with food in the car and it was completely ruined when it got to us. driver was really rude also. not the first time to of happened

A little disappointing 😥. Medium Big Mac & Fries were slightly cold, as though they'd been kept warming up for a while. On a better note, the Latte coffee was lovely!

Worst McDonald's around ever order iv had is wrong then once again give chance ordered a twix latte and was given a regular coffee bitter as hell 😡

Food cold missing 2 burgers from the feed family deal

when I placed my order it said my delivery would arrive at 18.35. then it changed to 19-15/19.30. the food was delivered at 19.16. when you order food you expect it to be for the time you ordered. not sure why it was changed but it was. if I had known it wouldn't be at 18.35 I wouldn't have ordered.

ordered at 11:30 got my food at 1 o’clock, don’t order from here

There's just too many problems to address here. One of the main problems being that they always get orders wrong. Update : I just waited 10minutes at the window and the staff couldn't even make the burger with care. The fries were cold too.

After walking for 6 hours, me and 3 other friends were greeted by two shift managers who were really friendly. Food was fast and hot, drinks had a perfect amount of ice and the burger was delightful. Only falter would be more salt on the fries, but other than that, one of the best services I’ve received from McDonald’s.

Restaurant received my order I was waiting over an hour and a half for it rang up to ask where my order was, they said they hadn’t received any order even though they gave me a order number and I was tracking it and it was saying my order had been received and made

Lovely mcdonalds, clean and very efficient. Staff were welcoming and the food was very tasty. Ive not been here before so it was a pleasant surprise.

Food cold, items missing from our order and lids wasn't on our drinks properly so half the drinks empty.

never order from here, they will get your order wrong and they can't box food properly- it'll be all over the bag. Order from the Ebbw one instead if you want maccas.

I asked for extra lettuce considering the night before I had ordered the exact same burger and there was little to no lettuce, and to my surpirse I received a McChicken box with literally just lettuce and one bun, no chicken nothing. My Mango smoothie was filled halfway? I usually never complain about a food order as I consider other possibilities and i’m never that bothered but this order really bothered me.

make better happy meal toys its the same over and over kids are getting bored of it and sort your delivery out foods always cold

Lovely staff but the food is the same level of disappointing it has been for more than 30 years. Why people see this as a treat for children baffles me.

Quick service and clean and quiet as had breakfast early morning so barely anyone there.

Only issue was that I asked for strawberry milkshake not cola but I happy let issue slide. As I not a person that cause commotion. Thank you for food much appreciated 👍

Smashed this double cheeseburger for me, thanks guys. Better talk to each other than doing good job. Highly recommended if you want to give up to eat food

Missing items food was cold and late

firstly told it would arrive at 1705 it arrived at 1750 everything was cold

I waited for 1hour to have missing Large fries is most of my meal no paper towels nothing no straws or spoons for mcflurry will not order from brymawr again ... very upset.

Brilliant service from drive through girl, we did have to wait over 10 mins for our meals as the kitchen staff couldn't count how many chicken to cook

As usual, missing items from the order and had to go back to branch to retrieve these items. Bad customer service. If you've had a bad day and want food then don't go here as it'll end up worse. I say this because the mistakes are consistent on nearly every visit.

Ordered just after 18.00 . Time on the food is 19.36 . Arrival time 21.05 so food wash tolally cold had to reheat in oven to make it edible and warm. The hot chocolate was ice cold .

Wow- terrible service for the second time. Ordered and paid no problem. Can I wait at the next window. 6 minutes later nothing. Reversed back to the food window- only to be told by the DM that they were still cooking the eggs. I mentioned I can boil one I 5 minutes. Then he wanted to blame the lack of staff and that it was busier than expected- I was the only car there when I got there. Well done MCDonalds - pay more peanuts

Every time I visit this mcds there's always an issue. Iv given them benefit of doubt quite a few times but its always reoccurring problems. Either, technical issues so they hadto close early, run out of certain foods, waiting over 10mins in a bay for your food, cold soggy food and the almost favourite is missing items. Time to stay away from this store as its always a disappointment being one or more of the above on every occasion.

I don’t think I could ever have a bad word to say about this place, today we went on the 29th and they had an Easter egg hunt for the kids and made it such a fun experience! Really really enjoyed it today! Thank you everyone there!

Rubbish service, choose to sit in and can’t because kids taking family seating not even ordering. Staff do not help with seating and the wait for a small meal is pathetic

Waited an hour for my FAST FOOD to be delivered and it turns up wrong and I ask for a refund bearing mind I paid £15 and you’re only giving me £12 back! How does that work!!!!!!

Can’t get my order right I pay for 2 triple burgers and you send me doubles what’s the point in paying the extra if you can’t get it right

Delivery was fine, but products supplied by the restaurant were appalling. My "large" fries packet was empty and had mostly scraps in it and my Big "Tasty" was cold and slimy.

Had a long wait to get my food and then got home to find out I was missing a burger!

did not receive my order phoned restaurant and told me that they have no drivers and to to phone to get a refund..

We've been to this McDonald's a few times and have been happy with the service. The staff today, Sat 17th Feb were lovely and the food was the same. Tables seemed clean. The seats could use a wipe down. The disabled toilet had easy access and was a good size. There isn't a hook for hanging things, although the door lock worked a treat.

I didn't get my chicken Nuggets when I spent over £15
