McDonald's in Blaenau Gwent

Only been once, it was late and I was slightly drunk. However staff were friendly, helpful and had a laugh with them.

Filled the gap at a reasonable price

food is stone cold, not drivers fault must of been left at restaurant.

The fries in brynmawr are always anaemic & soft / soggy . But it was hot and burger was nice .

all good except they gave me a banna milkshake when I asked for a chocolate milkshake and I bit into a chicken nugget with fat in it all was good apart from that one

Shocking service yet again, asked for take away and it gets put on a tray, then they have a cheek to tell me about attitude, WOW 3 TIMES IN A ROW

Went to McDonald’s this morning 5:15, Refused to add my hash brown on to my meal and charged me for a separate one. Troy the man at top window had terrible attitude and so did Bev who refused to give me my hash brown. At the bottom window had no option for sauce, sat saying ‘Excuse me’ as they all just walked back and fore acting like they couldn’t see us. Had to drive around again as my Friend with ASD cannot eat without her ketchup. Then to top it off there was egg shell in my egg! Terrible service! Rated 1* as 0* isn’t an option. Ebbw vale next time!

I go once or twice a month enjoy it there. Would like to make a few suggestions. Why has McDonald's Never had brown buns as well as white so you have a healthier choice. The seats are Extremely uncomfortable because they are Hard. And sachets of vinegar to put on your fries. Thanks

Drivers sat nav took him to a wrong address. This was quickly resolved and the driver delivered great service and was very polite

The food is amazing but the service is horrible, they almost never get an order 100% correct and they never accept the payment offer

every time myself or my daughter order chilli sauce it is always forgotten. it's not hard it's on the order we even leave notes each time. I hate complaining but it happens too often

bought burger in a roll the roll tasted stale and the burger was way over cooked my partner also had big mac with fries and milkshake the milkshake was missing plus the roll tasted stale plus the burger overcooked rubbery very disappointed

How hard can it be to put an order together correctly? FYI if you order from here, you can guarantee your order will be late, cold and missing items. This is a dreadful McDonald's, no issues with Just Eat.

Fries were freezing cold and stale

Had breakfast flatbread and the waffle coffee. Only cheese in flatbread no bacon and not a waffle latte just a regular coffee and had to wait 35 minutes for it !

I pre-booked our food (2 hours in advance), and it was still 40 mibutes late. The restaurant is 10 minutes away !!!. When our food did get here it wasnt even luke warm. What a complete waste of money.

Food nice but the worker sharon horrible acussed me of swearing and apparently being agressive then i heard some boys on a 250 made me happy

Quality control is non existent here. Every single time I order food it's COVERED in tomatoe sauce and the burgers are always smushed and in a mess. You eat with your eyes first and I always regret having food from here.

Absolutely shocking when food arrived food was not only squashed, but freezing cold. Not even a straw for drink very dissatisfied

Food cold missing 2 burgers from the feed family deal

ordered at 11:30 got my food at 1 o’clock, don’t order from here

when I placed my order it said my delivery would arrive at 18.35. then it changed to 19-15/19.30. the food was delivered at 19.16. when you order food you expect it to be for the time you ordered. not sure why it was changed but it was. if I had known it wouldn't be at 18.35 I wouldn't have ordered.

There's just too many problems to address here. One of the main problems being that they always get orders wrong. Update : I just waited 10minutes at the window and the staff couldn't even make the burger with care. The fries were cold too.

After walking for 6 hours, me and 3 other friends were greeted by two shift managers who were really friendly. Food was fast and hot, drinks had a perfect amount of ice and the burger was delightful. Only falter would be more salt on the fries, but other than that, one of the best services I’ve received from McDonald’s.

Restaurant received my order I was waiting over an hour and a half for it rang up to ask where my order was, they said they hadn’t received any order even though they gave me a order number and I was tracking it and it was saying my order had been received and made

Lovely mcdonalds, clean and very efficient. Staff were welcoming and the food was very tasty. Ive not been here before so it was a pleasant surprise.

never order from here, they will get your order wrong and they can't box food properly- it'll be all over the bag. Order from the Ebbw one instead if you want maccas.

I asked for extra lettuce considering the night before I had ordered the exact same burger and there was little to no lettuce, and to my surpirse I received a McChicken box with literally just lettuce and one bun, no chicken nothing. My Mango smoothie was filled halfway? I usually never complain about a food order as I consider other possibilities and i’m never that bothered but this order really bothered me.

make better happy meal toys its the same over and over kids are getting bored of it and sort your delivery out foods always cold

Lovely staff but the food is the same level of disappointing it has been for more than 30 years. Why people see this as a treat for children baffles me.

Quick service and clean and quiet as had breakfast early morning so barely anyone there.

Only issue was that I asked for strawberry milkshake not cola but I happy let issue slide. As I not a person that cause commotion. Thank you for food much appreciated 👍

Smashed this double cheeseburger for me, thanks guys. Better talk to each other than doing good job. Highly recommended if you want to give up to eat food

Missing items food was cold and late

I waited for 1hour to have missing Large fries is most of my meal no paper towels nothing no straws or spoons for mcflurry will not order from brymawr again ... very upset.

firstly told it would arrive at 1705 it arrived at 1750 everything was cold

Food was average at best. Part of the order was left off, thats the third time in three attempts at trying McDonalds Brynmawr. I will not bother again

Brilliant service from drive through girl, we did have to wait over 10 mins for our meals as the kitchen staff couldn't count how many chicken to cook

As usual, missing items from the order and had to go back to branch to retrieve these items. Bad customer service. If you've had a bad day and want food then don't go here as it'll end up worse. I say this because the mistakes are consistent on nearly every visit.

Ordered just after 18.00 . Time on the food is 19.36 . Arrival time 21.05 so food wash tolally cold had to reheat in oven to make it edible and warm. The hot chocolate was ice cold .

Wow- terrible service for the second time. Ordered and paid no problem. Can I wait at the next window. 6 minutes later nothing. Reversed back to the food window- only to be told by the DM that they were still cooking the eggs. I mentioned I can boil one I 5 minutes. Then he wanted to blame the lack of staff and that it was busier than expected- I was the only car there when I got there. Well done MCDonalds - pay more peanuts
