I've never had a bad experience here. The food is great as always. We always have kebabs and burgers, they are a decent size for the momey. Definitely good value.

You try to support local businesses and not the big brands. Set your delivery times to realistic expectations. If it’s going to be 60 to 90 minutes then state that at point of order to avoid disappointment. When I called for an update on an order almost an hour late all I got was attitude, Shocking….. that said when delivered the food was exceptional and the driver had clearly been involved in an accident hence the delay. Shame this wasn’t communicated earlier.

Received my order 30 minutes late which I wasn’t too bothered about. Until I opened my order to see it was freezing cold. I ordered two 7” pizzas, 2 small chips and 2 cans. One of the chips was half empty, one of the pizzas was over cooked and all the food was stone cold. I phoned the restaurant to make them aware and his response was “well what do you want me to do? We don’t give refunds”. Shocking! Will never order from here again and will make everyone I know aware of it too.

my pizza toppings was not on the pizza it was all over the box as if it been carry on it side not happy about It at all and now my food is ruined

Prices always increased and less food served, 8 slices of kebab meat, loads of salad, everything was cold, kids meal 2 chicken strips & chips most chips were hard. Other medium kebab cold all of this for £30. Never again the worst kebab we have ever had. Gone well downhill, never did I think I would write a review like this about them.

I ordered my food at 22:15 and it is currently 00:05 when writing this. No food has been delivered. The order got approved for 23:10 but nothing has came. No answer from the restaurant either. Won’t be using this restaurant again.

Ordered food here last night, Food arrived freezing 3 hours after placing order. The food received was all smashed up in a bag. The chips were all burned and looking like last weeks left overs stored in a shed. The response from the restaurant was don't come Back. Having tried to visit the restaurant today it was closed and when I looked through the shutter, food from last night was still out, kebab was still on rotary and it was absolutely stinking inside and out. I noticed that there was a rat bait box on the counter top next to kebab rotary. Clearly up to something and also no standards of hygiene whatsoever. Place should be closed down. Try another takeaway unless you like to eat out off a wheelie bin.

Ordered from here for the first time and would not order if it was the last place on earth the so called nachos where just absolute descusting eventho they replaced them they were no better instead of a cheese sauce type thing poured over dorittos it was just clumpy mozzarella which is not a good combo the only thing that was good was the Ben and Jerry's because this place didn't touch it

On the paper my kebab was made rapped in said to leave a 5 star review however a review is about behind honest so I give a 2 star

I had to ask where my food was as no update on it being late so my kids went to bed as they couldn't wait any later. the food was cold so unpleasant. I have not had a issue before with them but won't be ordering again as an hour and a half is far too long to wait for any food. at least a courtesy message saying it would be late would have been nice.

Food was late this isn’t the first time I’ve ordered and this been the case I’ve noticed that it’s always put through within the timescale on delivery whether I’ve received it or not, is this for delivery on time percentages? As these are false, also if you’re going to give the option to chose your drink then send the choice and when you try to ring to chase food that is over 20 minutes late it’s a constant busy tone

Food was freezing, as if it’d been left out for an hour. In the delivery note I asked “plenty of garlic sauce on the meat and fries please”, and there was no sauce whatsoever. (It was most likely my fault, I probably done something wrong during ordering).

Food arrived within the estimated time. Ok so it wasn't piping hot as it has quite a way to travel to get to me but I've had colder food delivered from my home town so that was fine with me. Everything was fresh and tasty. I like the menu as we all like different things and ordering here means all of us are happy rather than having to go to 3 different places. I'm very impressed with the portion sizes and the quality of the food. I'll definitely be ordering again soon.

this is my first time ordering here, my son recommended it so I thought I'd give it a go. I could order all of our food here because they have such a wide range. The food was lovely, I had the medium donner kebab, there was lots of meat and salad, everything was fresh and was very tasty the chilli sauce was amazing. my son had the Brynmawr burger again it was really tasty and fresh. I will definitely be ordering again and trying new things.

Pizza was shockingly disgusting I love Pizza and for me to eat 1 slice and so called garlic was rank made us all ill never buy again!!!!

the kebabs are lovely, but there's definitely not enough salad and sauce, iv had the kebabs loads of times and this has been the issues every single time, not enough salad or sauce.

We regularly order but tonight it took over 2 hours and 30 minutes from time of ordering. We phoned due to saying it had been delivered and was told they were in the middle of cooking it. Which we still waited another hour. Over 90 minutes later than what the delivery time suggested. When food arrived it was all freezing cold, so had to warm it up in the microwave. So the salad on my food was not edible and not enjoyable. Nearly £40 wasted 😡

no option to add sauce and salad to the kebab so I assumed it would just come with everything. instead just comes with no sauce or salad, completely dry add to that the chicken meat was not the quality I am used to.
