Domino's Pizza in Dartford

Expensive enough as it is for some pizza bread dough and toppings I’m disgusted that dominoes have now added delivery fee!! I can totally understand if the delivery is not within the area but with all the added pressure with everything else going up. I was going to order the other day till I noticed that online! Everyone out to line their pockets literally.

Waiting over a 2 hours for my food ! Not hungry have to go out not upset just disappointed….. I was really looking forward to in and now I’m very hungry

Placed order online and after an hour decided to call and find out what was happening, was advised order cooked, awaiting checking and would be with us within the next 15 minutes. Half an hour later... still no food, app advised out for delivery rang back and was told its been delivered, asked to speak to the manager Liam but he was too busy to talk, asked if they could call the driver, informed to give it another 10 minutes. AWFUL wait time, AWFUL customer service ... stick to collecting from them

Long waiting times, poorly presented pizzas, food always squashed when delivered, rude management, staff always on phones and swearing in front of customers, terrible to work for, victimise employees, incorrect orders, missing items. The list goes on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered at 6.45pm and received at 9pm.2.15 hours is absolutely ridiculous. I had to call to find out what the hell was going on. I was talked over, fobbed of and made to feel an inconvenience. Avoid at all costs if you want a crap pizza, let down your family and be insulted.

I ordered a Domino’s Pizza at 7:05 pm and was told that it would take no longer than one hour to arrive. However one hour went by and there was no pizza. I rang the local branch who didn’t seem to care. They told me it hadn’t quite been an hour yet so to wait and ring back. Ten minutes later I rang again and the woman that answered now said it was going to be an hour and a half. I wasn’t happy but continued to wait and she said if it wasn’t there in 20 minutes. then she would see what she could do. It wasn’t here so I rang AGAIN! This time I expressed that I was not happy and wanted to speak to the manager. She said they were too busy and the manager could not speak to me and she could not offer any voucher or discount. This is disgusting service when you can’t even talk to a manager and no one is there to offer any sort of compensation. I told her I would write on Twitter about the poor service that I had experienced and I have. One hour and 55 minutes later the pizza was still not here. I rang up AGAIN and said I was driving down to the store as this was not good enough. Immediately she put me on hold. Luckily for the branch the pizza turned up just before the manager was put on the phone but the pizza is freezing cold!!! I shall be posting this everywhere! I think it’s awful to not even offer a good will gesture of a partial refund. I never complain about things but this is just disgusting. Two hours for a pizza and service that was awful!

Ordered delivery X5 Changed toppings on one and was disappointed. Large pizza sparse toppings, some slices resembled a margarita. Not worth it even with the discount.

Just an innocent neighbour who took delivery of a pizza & adamantly told it was mine then ate it! Absolutely appalled tonight by bullying from a dominos customer & Longfield branch not taking responsibility ...pizza delivered to the wrong address ... yes we ate it but no not our fault the customer put the wrong address & we should have been subjected to the verbal abuse from a neighbour when done nothing wrong ... appalled thx Dominos Longfield! Nice to know we have friendly neighbours too!

Ordered online, picked up, one warm, one cold. 11 pieces on pepperoni on one large pizza and 13 on the other. Avoid this place , the staff don’t care.

Food has always been hot and of perfect quality every time I order, which is about once or twice a month. When I go to the actual location, the staff seem to rush you as they are exceptionally busy- however having worked in the fast food industry I completely understand. Would highly recommend

I love on main road which is off station road where the pizza shop is , I was told it had left and I was almost out of area , not possible as could walk there in 7 mins , 15 mins later not here, staff said again just left , The delivery man was polite older man and please take , yet shop need to tell truth Took 1 hour 15 mins

Ordered 2 margarita pizzas online for pickup 19:00... from 19:00 to 19:20 being told “it’s coming” Just tell the truth please

Can’t fault this Domino’s for speed of delivery. Pizza’s arrived hot and were exactly as ordered. We all know the quality of pizza from these delivery companies aren’t as good as going to the restaurant itself but this is good enough.

Ordered 4 x large pizzas plus extras online, £60.00; ordered at 7.30 for 8.30 delivery, eventually turned up at 8.55.pm Pizzas ok, but nothing special about them, certainly not £60 worth! Ordered as I thought it would be a quick meal, think I would have preferred a Kebab. Lesson learnt.

The Cheeseburger pizza actually tastes EXACTLY like a burger, it’s so good. If you were to blindfold me and feed me the cheeseburger pizza and an actual burger I would not know the difference. Definitely try it if you like pickles. I know I do.

What can you say about Domino's Pizza other than it is delicious and moreish and great value for money? Delivered speedily and hot as you would expect. Just the best, enough said.

Ordered 2 pizzas on their app for 7pm. Turned up on time, but they were cold. Polite young lady explained that given I’d called at 5.40pm they’d been ready for some time. I explained I hadn’t called - I’d ordered by app with a collection time! She called the manager who explained I could have a refund or the two pizzas cooked fresh, but they’d take 15 minutes. I asked for the latter. Waited for 15 minutes. It was abundantly clear all that happened was that the two cold pizzas had been barely warmed up - not freshly cooked. In effect, we were made to wait 15 minutes to get back a mean that was now over-cooked. They must think people are stupid. You can tell the difference between fresh out of the oven and a pizza that has been given a minute just to try and heat it up!What a shame. Once bitten. Twice shy. Avoid.

It won’t win awards but the pizzas are good service fast staff friendly so what’s not to like. Live close buy but still had it delivered (if you’re having an unhealthy night anyway you just have to don’t you). Used it 3 times will use it again.

Had friends turn up so ordered pizzas at short notice. Delivered on time, pizzas much improved from last time we ordered, also tasty, enjoyed by all so overall pleased we ordered. Faith restored.

Ordered & paid on line, easy to do, had to wait an hour though but it was sat night.

Soggy tasteless had to eat with cutlery.
