Very helpful and advised with Gluten food

Unclear ordering from the website, the "regular" pizzas said for "one" were just about enough for a 6 year old, never enough for an adult, and for the price paid, i won't be going back. Dominoes do far better pizzas, deals, and options. I would reccomended any other pizza shop over this.

Came here for dinner after a long drive home from holiday. 2 hour free parking meant we didn't have to worry about charges. Staff were polite, helpful and DIDN'T rush us out even though it was late (gone 9 before we were done). They always served with a smile, frequently checked in on us and delivered food promptly. Ordering and paying is done through the web, a lot of things (like location and table number) were pre-filled and the free WiFi meant no charges, delays or complications in ordering and paying. I can't speak for when it gets busy but I've never had a better experience in any restaurant this late in the day.

It was okay. Ordered the buffet. Pasta was not good, pizza was nice but a little greasy, maybe undercooked a tad too. I remember Pizza hut being better than this when I was a kid. Service was quick and good. Was also very quiet in here.

Popped in for the good old buffet. Got to love it. 15.99 each, unlimited pizza, unlimited drinks and unlimited ice cream. Could barely walk out of there afterwards I was so full. Got there early, had to wait for the first pizzas to come out so they were fresh and tasty. Shame the unlimited drinks are sugar free only.

The service of the staff was very good but the pizza was the worst pizza it was soo thin that the cheese was oozing through the base of the pizza it could not even hold its structure when we folded it kept falling

The wait time for food was ridiculous. We waited 50 minutes for our food and then waited another 30 minutes for dessert and then we didn’t even get dessert we had to ask for this to be refunded because they were taking so long and they hadn’t even put it in the oven yet. When I said I wasn’t happy the staff wasn’t helpful at all and one female member was very rude. There was no strawberry sauce left for the ice cream machine, they gave my children activity booklets with no crayons I asked for some, they gave three crayons that were broken in the bottom of a cup which weren’t even big enough to hold, I’m completely shocked with our experience and I definitely won’t be going back

Awful, if I could give it a minus rating I would, tried to share a salad with my mum from my meal thinking nothing of it only for the what I can only assume was the manger to come up to our table to tell us that we have to pay for another salad as we were not allowed to share, had to pay 7.60 for another salad that isn't even the size of my head!!Its absolutely disgusting so I had to say something only for the 'manger' to tell me this is policy and be quite rude about it, ive been to many pizza huts and never had a problem with sharing a salad this just seemed like a total lie made up on the spot, not to mention the man being very rude and dismissal to me trying to get a clear answer.Never again!!

I came in seated ok I ordered the buffet. The pasta was at most was lukewarm I did complain. They went over after a few minutes and put a probe in the pasta in tomato tested it while still in the warming position. Then they test the broccoli in white sauce out of the warming position and they took it away and put new pasta in I was there as he put it in the warming position I had some the plate freezing cold which don’t help. Got back to the table and that was only just warm not hot like it was the previous weeks Different staff on today other staff see me most weeks. I didn’t eat any more would have liked some more pasta. But I didn’t want to complain anymore.

Pizza hut are obviously in trouble, a meal for a family four, two pizzas, two sides, two deserts, £80. Rip off. On top of that, the salid bar has only half of what they are supposed to have, the drinks machine is constantly out of stock and they want £4.70 for a ice lolly. This was in the datford store. Just close down already. The place was empty, they sat us and other families around the window area to make it look full. It only had two people working

It’s been a while since I have dined in at Pizza Hut and I can safely say that it won’t be happening again. The staff were incredible but the food (portions) were shocking and the prices insane for what we were served. A “mega” childs meal consisted of a tiny pizza, and the apparent portion of chips were less than a cup full at £8 I think better portions would be served in a Mac Donald’s happy meal. My own meal was £20!!!!!! For a small pizza and garlic bread with cheese that has to be returned to the kitchen due to the lack of cheese actually on the bread which of course I had paid a premium for. A friend had ordered a lasagne, which may have been long but was about 1cm deep and had barely any meat within it. A friend ordered a gluten free pizza due to celiac diagnosis as this was one of the only options available to her which was very small given the £12 price tag and not a tasty as competitors pizzas. The drinks were lacking in availability, as was the salad bar. The staff and manager who assisted or concerns was fabulous & my party all agreed that it was more a head office problem with money being the biggest factor!!

Like the new decor. Didn’t like using the app. Food quality was the usual high standard. Had the NEW Christmassy desert, it was to die for.

Courtesy in how they engaged with me and provided options of deals I was not aware of. Will be back!

Was a good meal out, messed up our order and got a free pizza as compensation, very professional staff!

Card only!! The food was greasy and disgusting, just cooked in slop. The servers just said around and talked looked bored. No one checked in to ask if everything was OK or if we needed anything

A great place to take kids. The kids menus is great value for money and so is the set menu.

Haven't been here for a while and last visit was better. Salad bare (not a spelling mistake) the salad bar needed a refill. One of our pizzas arrived under cooked and we had to ask them to put it back in the oven, and they arrived before the starters did too. Also plates were dirty and I do mean dirty as they still had traces of food on them, 3rd lot of plated were finally clean. It wasn't busy there so no excuses. The girl who attended to us was lovely though.

Good experience through service and listening to complaint. The response from you was prompt and very satisfactory. In the end value for money.

Amazing Pizza and with great Food & drink deals and Buffet is till 3PM.

Staffs were amazing however less choices for vegetarians, £20 buffet and we could not eat much with less choices.

I placed a large order for collection. The food was great. However just as I was about to leave, a lovely, passionate member of staff called Asima checked my order and noticed one of the pizza was wrong. She apologised, and sorted the new pizza in 10 minutes. Turned a potentially frustrating experience into a positive one! Thank you Asima for your passion and great service :)

Arrived greeted by a member of staff got seated, told that ordering is through the Pizza Hut App. On doing so, the cheeky so in so what a tip right at the start, I think NOT. What service have you actually given ? The food was OK, but let's not forget it's ONLY PIZZA & the bill was way over my expectations. The salad bar, hmmm, no pasta, no bread rolls or flat bread & the lettuce could have been less brown on the edges. The so-called deals aren't really deals. Our bill was close to £70 for 2 adults & 1 child. This is Pizza right I doubt very much that I'll be returning to a pizza hut anytime soon. The whole experience was a just wow for not the right reasons. Pizza Hut has reduced staff numbers so much that you practically self-serve yourself but have the expectation of charging the earth with a cheek to still asking for a tip on the order by app. It's like ordering from a food app like Deliveroo, JUST Eat, etc, but actually sat in the restaurant.

Good kids options in particular. Nice food. Great service. Would recommend. Parking is not ideal generally, especially if visiting more than one of the shops here

It is what it is. Pizza Hut isn't going to set the world alight with Michelin star cuisine, but what it does, it does well. Staff were very friendly, good was good and the venue was clean. Can't really ask for more for a pizza joint.

They don’t tell you a buffet is on on the weekends. More like self service gave use the barcode to order. That makes it difficult for people who don’t have access to internet or savvy enough to use it. Under staffed. The gents had the was tap going on. Looks like they don’t maintain it well. £15 for buffet and 11 to 17£s for single pizzas just double it if you want to share it. Had to ask for tap water . Not at all busy, that’s the customer vote for this place. Recommend it? No. Parking free for the first two hours.

Greeted by the manager on arrival and told all about the new card only ordering at table. Only after sitting down, using the app to order some pizzas, could not find the soft drinks. Asked a member of staff about this. Sorry, the soft drinks machine is out of order. So beer or water. Pizzas were tasteless with very little cheese. And to top it off, the ice cream machine was also out of order. Will not be returning ever.

Cannot beat the lunch time eat all you can for £9.99. Soft drinks a rip off though at £3.69 even though they are refillable. One star lost for the price of drinks. Have the free water at the dispenser instead.

Great place, good to see Pizza Hut still operating dine-in restaurants. Asima was excellent!! An outstanding waitress who really made a difference to our meal. Thank you.

We were welcome with a lovely warm smile by a soft spoken staff, her name was Katie. Food tastes delicious and scrumptious.

It was quite when I visited at lunchtime, so limited pizzas and had to wait for the pizzas to be cooked

Enter at your own risk! This place is filthy and overpriced. The staff which existed in one person looked like they wanted be be anywhere else in the world. Nothing in the salad cart, hygiene is a real problem here, the card machine wasn’t working so we had to pay cash. If minus stars were available the rating would be lower! Steer clear people.

We arrived literally 5 min before they close on Thursday. Unfortunately I forgot to ask his name but he kindly took the order without any attitude and was making jokes too. Very lovely man.

If I could rate negative I would they told me to order on the app then the foods not available, poor customer service too and the kids meal is an utter joke never coming here again. God knows how long it will take for my refund too, what a waste of time! I was just told , 10 working days for a refund for food I didn’t get! 😹

I feel bad for the staff. They have to deal with speaker that play the worst songs on super high volumes, and they don't earn enough for the amount of work they have to do. Otherwise, the pizza is okay but, it isn't on my list of places to visit soon. It seems good for a kid's birthday party. Don't bring anyone who hates loud noises as they'll suffer here. In terms of pricing, it is a bit cheaper than Domino's but, it is still pricey. Just make a pizza at home, it is not worth coming here.

Buffet with three slices of pizza between over a dozen people

Useless service. Estimated delivery time between 1325 and 1345. Driver arrived at near 1430 and wouldn't leave when I told him to go back to the restaurant with the food. Creepy little guy stood on my doorstep say "please sir I am sorry", ended up having to close the door on him to get him out of my garden.

Having to order and pay on the app whilst at your table was so impersonal. Salad bar was a bit depleted. Staff friendly and helpful when you did ask anything though.

Visited with the family over the weekend we was served by a tall gentleman called Mike, Very pleased with the service. CHICKEN WINGS ARE RIDICULOUSLY SMALL, Pizza was good and hot, Salad can be hit and miss, Plenty of flavours to choose from with the soft drinks.

Pizza took ages - they said 15 minutes and it took 40 minutes (although they tried to say that’s there standard time - we were told 15 minutes!) and no good will gesture given. It was not worth the wait and the pizza large pan was soggy and the toppings hardly had any crispness on it. Cheese hardly meltedS Soggy mess all round that most of it went in the bin and the chips were soggy with bits underdone. Never again as this isn’t the service or food standards I would expect - even for Pizza Hut!

Great place for a family day out. Niece and nephew had a fab time trying out the pizza....thank you.

Got a takeaway from this branch. Should have checked the pizza before I left. Pepperoni pizza had barely any cheese, and margarita was not even round.

Great Pizza as you would expect. It gets a little chilly past 4.30 on a Sunday afternoon! Just watch the car park as its not enough time for 3 courses!

Had occasion to eat here two nights running, plus a couple of times in 2022 . Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional The food was excellent and served quickly QR ordering system is a post-Covid thing but it does work well. There’s no waiting to have your order taken, for sure.

Love pizza hut. But expensive but the pizzas as delicious.

At this Pizza Hut in Dartford we went for the buffet option. The toilets were alright but barely had any tissue role. The pasta was very good and hot. The salad bar was exceptional. However I found, the pizza was quite limited in variety of flavours, including vegan options. There were a wide selection of soft drinks. However the tables were a bit small which lead to a lack of space when eating. Ice cream factory was good but could have used more variety. Overall 3 Stars.

I used to love going to pizza hut restaurants but having not been for a while, I was shocked at the new set up. QR codes on your table so noone has to take your order. Glasses came to the table and after the waiter had left I saw that they were dirty but finding someone to replace the glasses was difficult. One young lady that worked there was on the way home at the end of her shift and I had to grab her and ask her for new glasses, she explained that there were only her and one other waiter working that shift! It took ages for our pizza to come out, even though the restaurant only had about 4 other small family groups there. The boxes to take away your uneaten pizza were on shelves so you even had to go get your own box. The visit was so disappointing and there's really no point in still having the restaurant when it's run like this. If I want to order my food on a phone, go pour my own drink and put my pizza in a box myself I just as well stay at home and order take out. I feel sorry for the staff as you can tell they are very demoralised. It's not an experience I'd want to replicate so that will be the last visit to a Pizza Hut restaurant for us.

Lovely welcome and wonderful atmosphere to start our family lunch. All food was absolutely delicious! And the pizza's were all fresh, hot and crispy, oozing with toppings! Highly recommended

The lady who answered the phone (Friday evening 25.11.22) was very friendly and helpful and talked me through the menu and helped me order what we wanted. I collected the order 20 minutes later and it was exactly what we ordered, and was hot and delicious. Thank you!

It was lovely, staff lovely! I forget to go here sometimes. Will be going more often. Clean, seated quickly and in a spot appropriate. Food was hot,drinks came fast and service was good.

NEW REVIEW Horrible place. Ice cream was good and pizza was decent, but nachos were flavorless and chips were gross. Service took forever and ordering is way too complex. Atmosphere mostly good but when the phone rings EVERYONE can hear it. OLD REVIEW Great place to get pizza. Ordered a margarita pizza and it was really nice and so was the ice cream. Atmosphere also really cool, the retro theme is outstanding. Wish you didn't have to order from the app but everything else makes up of it.

Went for a birthday celebrations and it was amazing salad always topping up nice fresh selection so fresh manager and chef was on Point with all pizza so good crispy cheesy delightful the manager here went beyond and above to look after us we forgot you had to pay by card luckily for us the manager let us off and let us pay with cash which was a bonus it was clean tidy quite busy but amazing service my kids in enjoyed the ice cream factory as did we but my favourite by far is the salad bar omg it's in to local at the retail park in Dartford loads of parking buses and train in walking distance we came by train hich was easy the refills are standard refills I would recommend for birthday celebrations and family fun and we will also be returning we found for a table of 12 it was well organised

Appalling experience. While we live in a fast paced digital world sometimes it is forgotten how we are still human and the essence of customer service is to make a guest feel appreciated, individual, and likely to return. I shall not be returning to this Pizza hut. Reason: So when a tired, hungry solo traveller arrives looking for some nourishment ( I'd cycled for over 3 hours nonstop) and rest and gets the monotonous company schpeel off a waitress then watch as a lot of senseless (100%) people leave in some kind of pantomime scenario, kids amazingly in tow. A complaining old man server who would have been better suited to a building site indiscreetly refers to me as Madam ( what century are we in? ) disclosing his contempt as I wouldn't join in with his pantomime Dame character. It might not be for me, no, but I shouldn't be treated indifferantly. I'm glad that a young man, clearly a manager thought to control the farcical behaviour of the man server. One star for the waitress who very efficiently walked me through the payment process.

Still having to order online at the table in the restaurant even though someone seats you, Ridiculous. Been told twice now that is easier for them. Fed up with doing this. Pizza hut being cheap. Employ more staff food was good though.

Good restaurant good food good drink salad bar was great. The restaurant is cashless so have to pay for your order on a debit credit card Google Pay or Apple Pay and you order through the QR code at your table

We ordered 4 pizzas and sides from here, all of them were completely tasteless and one was uncooked. There is no table service and you have to order from your phone, we would have been better off getting them delivered!

I have to say thank you to everyone at this Pizza hut Restaurants in prospect way Dartford. I was able to book a table for 14 children and 6 adults. I try to make both myself abd pizza hut staff job easy and they really worked well with me. I order and pay for all the kids meals before arrival and it was ready for us when we got there. This process made it easy for the kids to be able to sit and eat and boy they were happy by time they got out there chairs we was ready to go. All our meals was correct even when I order two extra kid meals it was ready so quickly. Paying my final bill the process was so easy. They were all helpful they all worked as a team, the staff was patient friendly and attentive. I will definitely be going back there with my kids not as such a large group. Thank you all for making my daughter birthday so perfect.

Love it(as usual). I haven't been here for a while as I am trying to cut out on take aways. Food is delicious as always-soft dough, fresh salad. Friendly and professional staff. There was shortage on this occasion but I didn't felt it. There are different deals. I just missed the lunch deal(till 3pm). We got the bid sharer this time but we couldn't finish it. So I will say we have enough for another meal at home. I was surprised to see there is a light lunch deal (I think it was) which is compatible with weigth watchers (WW). This deal is up till 5pm which I would have tried if seen earlier, looks delicious.

We were the only people in the restaurant and found it unusual to have to order and pay for your meal on line. We had to ask for our pizzas to be heated up as they were only Luke warm.

Haven't been to a pizza hut in years and thought we'd go for an afternoon buffet lunch. arrived and it was pretty quiet for a lunch time, about 3-4 tables (not that this matters). the hostess was pleasant and seated us quite far from the serving station considering the restaurant was pretty empty. Was told to order on the app and pay on the app as I assume pizza hut was doing an app only service. walked up the pizza station and there was only a few slices of cheese and tomato pizzas, so we left it and waited. had a salad in the meantime, not the salad cart I remember, nothing was really looking appetising, and there was empty choices and really messy leftovers from previous customers which hadn't been cleaned up. waited about 5 minutes and nothing new came out on the pizza station and my missus asked the manager as we didn't know you could put requests in for pizzas (she asked for chicken and a veggie hot). about 10 minutes later a few pizzas came out which were cheese, tomato and Hawaiian, not the one she asked for. another 10 minutes and a few more pizzas showed up and more cheese, tomato and Hawaiian, we had no choice as we was hungry but to eat what was there, after about 40 minutes of being there a few more pizzas showed up and to our surprised it was the ones we requested, but by then we had eaten whatever was served and full. filled up the bottomless drink with Pepsi and every time I chose and topped up the glass with Pepsi there was a lingering taste of cherry Pepsi, the filters are not good in the machines. after being here for 45 minutes we left and as we walked out the door I spoke to the manager and told him we wasn't happy with the pizza station, he simply said thank you for the feedback, I wasn't shocked with the response. our experience is, before you sit down, put in your pizza requests to avoid our experience, glad this was a one off and definitely would not be returning.

Clean ladies toilets 👍 always a good thing when the toilets are clean. Very attentive staff. Friendly and approachable. Food was fresh and cooked well. Air con was cold! *****
