I ordered a pizza and needed some alterations for toppings etc (I can be so fussy), I had the pleasure of being served by Siva. Absolutely top bloke, he catered to every need with a smile and was so polite. A consummate professional, I’ll be getting my pizzas from this branch in future. 5 stars.

My to go place for cheat days. All staffs were friendly and polite to me. Jeswanth and Harman took care of my special request and delivered it on time.

It was busy, it looked clean and the atmosphere for me was great and most of the staff were friendly. Service was a little slow at times but they asked about any allergies.

Ordered arrived at 9:02 when due at 8:30. Called restaurant and was told delivery driver had not turned up to collect.

ordered at 9pm - should have been delivered by 9.40. 10.pm. Its now 10.15 pm. No delivery Pizza Hut restaurant is closed. Want a full refund. look forward to a reply.

Order was delivered over an hour late, past 10pm, and the wrong pizza was delivered to top of the disappointment. Wedges were barely cooked, most were hard, the rest were soggy!

It took four phone calls before my pizza arrived. It was a hour and a half late. Pizza Hut say it wasn't their fault, their driver let them down!

Absolutely amazing pizza and service again! The pizzas are fully loaded with quality ingredients, and I love the loaded three cheese blend. Pizza always arrive pipping hot and your delivery drivers are friendly & polite. Well done!!

My food took 2hours+ to arrive and it was freezing cold. How can this be acceptable? I had to contact the restaurant 3 times to get it delivered in the end and it was not enjoyable at all due to how cold the food had went. I want a refund

Great pizza, just very poor order management. Not sure what happened tonight but waited over 2 hours for delivery and had to go and collect in the end.

Appalling!!!! We waited 1 hour 40 for a delivery from the Dartford branch. When it arrived, it was missing drinks (paid for extra) and pizza was missing, garlic bread was cold, rock hard and burnt. The pizza that was delivered had half the topping stuck to the box. This is by far the worst Pizza Hut I have ever used. I called to complain, the man I spoke to just said do a complaint on just eat there’s nothing I can do. No offer to refund or replace. He then abruptly hung up! No customer service

Ordered a delivery from the market street pizza hut and requested them not to cut the pizza as i don’t like it. My order came as i expected and very quick, hot and fresh. Love the experience and service. Driver was very polite and respectful

Waited 3 hours. Phoned restaurant who lied each time saying it in the oven. Turns out couldn't get a driver. Ordered at 6pm. Told me the truth at 9pm. Never once said sorry just lied and lied. Still waiting for refund over a week later..... I am out of pocket by almost £50.... awful take away service.

There was an issue with my order but they corrected it really quickly and without any hassle which was great. Thank you so much!

Absolutely joke of a delivery place. I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 of which wasn't delivered and then when I phoned them up they said they can't deliver the pizza, I either have to pick it up myself or go hungry

We had to collect our food from the shop as our delivery driver didn’t turn up or contact us. Absolutely shocking. The staff in the restaurant were nice but when we got home after they had remade our order we had a wrong pizza which was annoying but after what had happened earlier not the end of the world.

I still haven’t got my refund for this

Just eat needs to sort out there delivery drivers I had to go get the order myself because no drivers over 2 hours later don't think I'll continue using this slow and selective service for much longer as this is the 5th time this has happend now not from the same restaurant.

Place a complete joke!!! Over 2 hours for 2 pizzas and still waiting. Try ringing and all you get is bratty kids talking like they don't even care or want to be there.

My food never turned up. Pizza hut said it had been sat there for an hour and no drivers turned up so they recooked the pizza and I had to drive down to collect it myself then still had to sit for 30mins at the restaurant. I waited over 3hours for a pizza! I want my money back

Ordered at 7pm.. then the pizza took 2 hours to come.. the pizza was really good and hot.. but 2 hours late.. kept on getting messages to say its gonna be delayed every time it got to the new time.. I was about to cancel it. Lucky its half term because my kids would have been in bed already!
