Pizza Hut Delivery Dartford in Dartford

We called in here for coffee. Service was quick, but we were surprised that there was no brown sugar available for our black coffee.

Ordered 3 pizzas as a treat for kids during lockdown. One pizza was lovely. Other 2 burnt, dry and inedible (even the dog turned his nose up). First time here in years and won’t make that mistake again. The staff must’ve clearly seen that pizza was not suitable to serve. You could’ve honestly used as a frisbee. Usually go to Prospect Place which is much better.

Pizza Hut is one of my favourite treats but this Pizza Hut does not take cooking your food seriously and the complaints procedure leaves you feeling absolutely robbed with nothing you can do about it , not a one off incident , this is the third time trying this place in the last 2 months to hope it gets back to Pizza Hut standards, the manager does everything possible to contradict your complaints and just brushes them off saying well put in a complaint to head office then ! He canot help !

2.5 hours and still no pizza. Phones taken off the hook so you can’t contact. 0 customer service, absolute joke

Ordered and paid for a pizza online for a delivery to a local hotel, max 5 mins away. Followed online tracking which showed pizza ready after 25mins then at 40mins the online tracking showed as delivered....but no pizza! Phoned the store after 1 hour..they stated it was with driver and gove it 20mins, I raised concern that it had been out of oven for over 40mins and itll be cold. Was told "it comes out the oven hot and itll be ok". Called 20mins later and they said still with driver. Called 20mins later and they put me on hold for 10mins then told me they dont know where it is! I asked for a fresh one to be put in and I would collect. When I arrived 5 mins later I was instantly given a pizza, checked it and it appeard to be a 2 hour old lost pizza!! Demanded a fresh one and 5mins later another one appears. By far the worst pizza hut experiance I've ever had. Appaling customer services. I complained to pizza hut customer services with an in depth explanation including the fact I paid for delivery and was not offered a refund of any kind. They responded a week later with a few lines saying they were sorry my pizza was late. Avoid at all costs!!

loads of choice all cooked to order ,good value we always go for the buffet ,,not rushed and service is good

Ordered pizza on internet. After 90 mins nothing arrived. Called Pizza Hut who said there was a problem with my address and put me on hold for 5 minutes. Then cut me off. Then didn’t answer phone. Money taken from my Son in laws debit card. No pizza ? I’d say that’s robbery. Avoid

Ordered Pizza at 8.30pm normally takes between 45/50 mins to prepare and deliver. 9.50pm decide to ring they answer tell me driver is out will be around 15/20 minutes ring back at 10.30 they told me it’s not even been dispatched so will be another 20 minutes!!! Me and partner both tired and hungry so decide to cancel and want a refund get given the wrong number then ring but are closed so told to ring back when open! Hoping money is returned as paid on bank card!! Not impressed and now starving also

The place is always busy no wonder they always looking for more delivery drivers. I have low expectations due to all negative reviews but after careful considerations I decided to try this particular place. To my amazement, I find that the staff are very friendly and very professional. All though the place was busy when I arrived until the time I received my order I was satisfied with the service. The pizza has reached higher than my expectations. I suggest that customers should not believe the reviews until they has experience the service first hand.

All of the other reviews basically say that this Pizza Hut is diabolical and although I had low expectations due to those reviews there was no were else to eat and overall I don’t think it was that bad. We were seated almost as soon as we walked in, the floors and tables were not dirty, our waitress was lovely, the food came pretty quickly and the milkshakes were lovely! The salad bar was full but the only down sides were the menus were a bit dirty, some of the salad didn’t taste that fresh and we had to raise attention to ourselves for them to take our order, I think they may have changed things since the last reviews.

Ordered pizza from here. Said be 55 min. 2 hours later still no pizza. Try to phone. No answer. Now I'm starving and already paid for the non existent pizza.

Visited here before going to football. The place is located on a retail park with free parking on sundays. Place was clean and tidy and staff friendly. Pizza arrived in no time at all, very warm and tasty. The free salad bar was well stocked and seemed fresh. Would visit again if in the area

I do know somebody that works here. Therefore i know how clean everything is and how dedicated the staff are. The food is lovely and deliveries are fast . Service is fast to though i suppose parking can be tricky. I wouldcompletly recommend this place for food. Gotta luv Pizza

Ate here recently with work colleagues. It was busy. We were served efficiently & the food was good. Lots of drinks coming to the table.

rang this evening after getting home from work really late, so wanted an easy take away. Called the branch and the guy on the end of the phone had obviously had a bad day whilst trying to deliver good customer service, after a conversation he said they were short staffed he said all his calls were complaints. The food arrived within 20 minutes all hot and very tasty, we all get short staffed at work and have to perform above and beyond customer expectations us as customers the general public should have more allowances for people in the hospitality industry and stop being pompous customers. xx

Went into this branch to order a pizza for collection. Was cold outside, even colder inside, felt fir for the staff. Made the wait unpleasant. Pizza was reasonable, got a very good deal on promotion available for collection which saved a lot of money.

The order was delivered cold and later than stated, where we had ordered 50/50 it wasn't correct and when rang up to complain they did nothing just said must have been traffic

I had a pizza from here last week Super Speedy service and good quality foodGood offers too I Will order from here again for sure

40 minutes late, undercooked pizza. Undercooked and broken garlic bread, asked for less cheese on pizza. Comes overloaded with cheese. Will not order from here again!!

Ordered pizza and it arrived cold 1 and a half hours later with items missing. Said items would be sent out but never arrived. Service is getting to be a joke. Worst pizza delivery in the area, avoid at all cost.

Después de esperar casi una hora y media, nuestra orden finalmente llegamos. Una pizza estaba poco hecha no podría incluso ser tomado fuera de la caja sin desmoronándose en una pasada desastre. Traté de cocinar lo que pudimos salvar por más tiempo, pero incluso después de esto t era bastante mucosa. Muy disappointedand no lo recomendaría.

Restaurante típico de cadena. El servicio puede llegar a ser lento y los camareros no parecen muy contentos. Estábamos comiendo son entrante cuando el plato principal llegamos.

This is NOT the Pizza Hut on Prospect Place near B&Q!We have used this takeaway for years and progressively it has got worse, to the point that it has put us off of Pizza Hut for good.Occasionally there would be a missed topping, skimpy toppings or a longer than expected wait for delivery, but we carried on using them (don't ask me why!) but the last time I used the takeaway and vowed that I would never order through them again was when they delivered a Thin base which took the word "Thin" to a totally new level. I lie to you not, the base was about 3mm 'thick' and so wafer thin that you couldn't pick up a slice to eat it because it fell to pieces and sagged with the weight of the topping.In fairness I did get a replacement pizza but by the time I received it my partner had finished her pizza and I ended up eating really late.Suffice to say, I won't be using them again.

Out if necessity, we had to dine here and What a terrible experience. More staff then customers - yet lack of any service. I had to ask for my own plates when Pizza was delivered!! Had to walk up to the mingling staff for a spoon! The overall look on their face was unwelcoming. What is the management doing? Are you reading this reviews and making some changes - like closing this place down?
