Pizza Hut Delivery Dartford in Dartford

Ordered. Waited an hour. Nothing delivered

Came in-store to place order to be met with overly lowed music and no staff, I had to press the bell to get someone's attention, the fact they have a bell leads me to believe this is a very common problem with this store. The store also looks very run down. The floors were dirty despite not being open long, posters peeling off the walls.

Never received my order this has happened numerous times

I had the pleasure of trying this pizza,I can confidently say it's one of the best I've ever had! The cheese melted beautifully and had a great creamy texture.The delivery was quick,and the pizza arrived hot, I definitely be ordering again soon!

Forgot my stuff I want a refund

serious issue with the pizzas we recently purchased from your establishment. We have been regular customers, especially for our kids, but this time, the quality was unacceptable. Both pizzas were excessively oily, with grease visibly soaking through the boxes and pizza bases. This level of greasiness is not only unappetizing but also caused both of our kids to feel unwell throughout the night. This is deeply concerning, as we expect food from your pizza shop to meet basic quality and health standards. I strongly urge you to reassess your ingredients and preparation methods to ensure this does not happen again. Customers trust you to provide food that is not only delicious but also safe and enjoyable to eat. I hope to see prompt action and improvements in your process, as this experience has left us hesitant to return. Please take this feedback seriously.

order never showed up and cost me £90. Will never order from here again

Never arrived. Had to pick from restaurant. Restaurant in Dartford delayed by by another 30 min. Awful service.

The status has said that my food has been delivered but it hasn’t arrived.

Food never arrived….was told the road had been closed and no delivery driver could get there but happy accepting the order and took the money also been refused a refund and told to take it pizza hut head office looking at reviews now this seems to be a VERY common thing with hardly anyone getting orders avoid at all costs absolute joke

it didnt arrivedelivery time estimated 1740-1800, then said Enjoy your food at 1830, I'm not as its still not arrived at 1845

After an hour and 10 minutes I walked down to the shop to collect myself. Really disappointed after having a room full of my managers waiting for lunch.

Food was good but the driver didn’t bring my ice cream and all he had to say about it was he was just finishing so he will bring it the next day but he never did.

I ordered a pizza and needed some alterations for toppings etc (I can be so fussy), I had the pleasure of being served by Siva. Absolutely top bloke, he catered to every need with a smile and was so polite. A consummate professional, I’ll be getting my pizzas from this branch in future. 5 stars.

You change my order time twice and I still haven’t received my order. And when I did receive my order it was cold and not enjoyable. Won’t be ordering again.

My to go place for cheat days. All staffs were friendly and polite to me. Jeswanth and Harman took care of my special request and delivered it on time.

It was busy, it looked clean and the atmosphere for me was great and most of the staff were friendly. Service was a little slow at times but they asked about any allergies.

Amazing food and service, great experience

Order was delivered over an hour late, past 10pm, and the wrong pizza was delivered to top of the disappointment. Wedges were barely cooked, most were hard, the rest were soggy!

ordered at 9pm - should have been delivered by 9.40. 10.pm. Its now 10.15 pm. No delivery Pizza Hut restaurant is closed. Want a full refund. look forward to a reply.

It took four phone calls before my pizza arrived. It was a hour and a half late. Pizza Hut say it wasn't their fault, their driver let them down!

Absolutely amazing pizza and service again! The pizzas are fully loaded with quality ingredients, and I love the loaded three cheese blend. Pizza always arrive pipping hot and your delivery drivers are friendly & polite. Well done!!

Great pizza, just very poor order management. Not sure what happened tonight but waited over 2 hours for delivery and had to go and collect in the end.

Appalling!!!! We waited 1 hour 40 for a delivery from the Dartford branch. When it arrived, it was missing drinks (paid for extra) and pizza was missing, garlic bread was cold, rock hard and burnt. The pizza that was delivered had half the topping stuck to the box. This is by far the worst Pizza Hut I have ever used. I called to complain, the man I spoke to just said do a complaint on just eat there’s nothing I can do. No offer to refund or replace. He then abruptly hung up! No customer service

Waited 3 hours. Phoned restaurant who lied each time saying it in the oven. Turns out couldn't get a driver. Ordered at 6pm. Told me the truth at 9pm. Never once said sorry just lied and lied. Still waiting for refund over a week later..... I am out of pocket by almost £50.... awful take away service.

Absolutely joke of a delivery place. I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 of which wasn't delivered and then when I phoned them up they said they can't deliver the pizza, I either have to pick it up myself or go hungry

We had to collect our food from the shop as our delivery driver didn’t turn up or contact us. Absolutely shocking. The staff in the restaurant were nice but when we got home after they had remade our order we had a wrong pizza which was annoying but after what had happened earlier not the end of the world.

Food extremely late. Quality was good and arrived hot just took near 2 hours to arrive on a Tuesday. They're only 5 minutes away!

Just eat needs to sort out there delivery drivers I had to go get the order myself because no drivers over 2 hours later don't think I'll continue using this slow and selective service for much longer as this is the 5th time this has happend now not from the same restaurant.
