Handcrafted dough is recommended and BBQ wings and spicy strips are brilliant too. Tried Chicken Sizzler and found it quite appetitising and delicious. Usually food is served hot from the oven on takeaways. Recommended !!

Came in-store to place order to be met with overly lowed music and no staff, I had to press the bell to get someone's attention, the fact they have a bell leads me to believe this is a very common problem with this store. The store also looks very run down. The floors were dirty despite not being open long, posters peeling off the walls. Still waiting on my refund from 21/01/2025 I have had to raise a dispute with my bank, safe to say I will not be using pizza hut again and will advise my friends and family not to trust them and to use Dominos instead!

I had the pleasure of trying this pizza,I can confidently say it's one of the best I've ever had! The cheese melted beautifully and had a great creamy texture.The delivery was quick,and the pizza arrived hot, I definitely be ordering again soon!

Forgot my stuff I want a refund

serious issue with the pizzas we recently purchased from your establishment. We have been regular customers, especially for our kids, but this time, the quality was unacceptable. Both pizzas were excessively oily, with grease visibly soaking through the boxes and pizza bases. This level of greasiness is not only unappetizing but also caused both of our kids to feel unwell throughout the night. This is deeply concerning, as we expect food from your pizza shop to meet basic quality and health standards. I strongly urge you to reassess your ingredients and preparation methods to ensure this does not happen again. Customers trust you to provide food that is not only delicious but also safe and enjoyable to eat. I hope to see prompt action and improvements in your process, as this experience has left us hesitant to return. Please take this feedback seriously.

The status has said that my food has been delivered but it hasn’t arrived.

Food never arrived….was told the road had been closed and no delivery driver could get there but happy accepting the order and took the money also been refused a refund and told to take it pizza hut head office looking at reviews now this seems to be a VERY common thing with hardly anyone getting orders avoid at all costs absolute joke

Very chewy pizza poor quality toppings not a patch on Domino’s….Poor quality boxes won’t order anything again

After an hour and 10 minutes I walked down to the shop to collect myself. Really disappointed after having a room full of my managers waiting for lunch.

Food was good but the driver didn’t bring my ice cream and all he had to say about it was he was just finishing so he will bring it the next day but he never did.

I ordered a pizza and needed some alterations for toppings etc (I can be so fussy), I had the pleasure of being served by Siva. Absolutely top bloke, he catered to every need with a smile and was so polite. A consummate professional, I’ll be getting my pizzas from this branch in future. 5 stars.

waited over 2 hours for my order to be delivered because there was not no drivers available from just eat this is not the first time I've complained about this ridiculous service pizza hut are not to blame they used their own driver to deliver even tho just eat are being paid for this service.

It was busy, it looked clean and the atmosphere for me was great and most of the staff were friendly. Service was a little slow at times but they asked about any allergies.

Ordered arrived at 9:02 when due at 8:30. Called restaurant and was told delivery driver had not turned up to collect.

Amazing food and service, great experience

Order was delivered over an hour late, past 10pm, and the wrong pizza was delivered to top of the disappointment. Wedges were barely cooked, most were hard, the rest were soggy!

ordered at 9pm - should have been delivered by 9.40. 10.pm. Its now 10.15 pm. No delivery Pizza Hut restaurant is closed. Want a full refund. look forward to a reply.

It took four phone calls before my pizza arrived. It was a hour and a half late. Pizza Hut say it wasn't their fault, their driver let them down!

Absolutely amazing pizza and service again! The pizzas are fully loaded with quality ingredients, and I love the loaded three cheese blend. Pizza always arrive pipping hot and your delivery drivers are friendly & polite. Well done!!

Great pizza, just very poor order management. Not sure what happened tonight but waited over 2 hours for delivery and had to go and collect in the end.

Appalling!!!! We waited 1 hour 40 for a delivery from the Dartford branch. When it arrived, it was missing drinks (paid for extra) and pizza was missing, garlic bread was cold, rock hard and burnt. The pizza that was delivered had half the topping stuck to the box. This is by far the worst Pizza Hut I have ever used. I called to complain, the man I spoke to just said do a complaint on just eat there’s nothing I can do. No offer to refund or replace. He then abruptly hung up! No customer service
