Absolutely the most terrible kebab ever over priced and poor quality and take for ever to arrive

Was declined a delivery 0.2 miles away for some reason, then couldn't get an answer why???

Worst kebab I’ve ever had! I had the chicken donner and couldn’t even tell if it was chicken. Paid money and didn’t even eat my food! Meat dry tasteless and just terrible. 3 pieces of dried out tomato and cucumber for salad. My husband had the doner and he said it was dry, tasteless cardboard. The cucumbers were dried out and again, THE WORST kebab he’s ever had. Please steer clear

I wouldn't have even given one star but because of the friendliness of staff I felt 2 stars appropriate. Food however is disgusting chips tasted greecey and like they came out of a dirty fryer. Kebab was burnt and hard left most it wasn't edible. Do not waste your time coming here i don't recommend and will not be returning.

What can I say thief’s and poor customer service cost us £20 for a mixed kebab and scampi and chips over priced for their quality of food! I ordered the scampi with chips and salad and I got chicken nuggets and 3 pieces of scampi, they didn’t put the salad separate they put it in with the chips and scampi and that the salad became warm and the scampi, nuggets and chips were soggy! I called them and explained this they said they will ring me back to sort out what they do regarding my order and didn’t then I called them and they answered and hung up, I won’t be using this place anymore, it should be shut down, suffice to say you never mix fish and chicken together this place should be shut down! I only wanted a refund for my scampi, or would of asked for a discount now I don’t want to use this place again cause it made me sick!

Kebab had been microwaved, Kebab salad frazzled cucumber pieces and tomato hot, pizza disgusting

Amazing. The food was lovely, the chips were salty, the salad was lovely. They even gave us free rice which was delicious. Everything had amazing flavour and taste. 10/10 recommended

Lucky to even get a star where thats the minimum. Really appalled by the service. Waited over 90 minutes for the food then rang up to see where my order was to be told it’s not coming anymore and the phone being hung up on me. Do not order from here.

All night kebabs and classy kebabs in Dartford are the best place.had a lovely experience last night.very tasty and special burgers and kebabs. Very hot straight from the grill to mouth. Definitely recommend.

Last year December 2020 i. first time call for the food and they deliver food on time and last night again i request to the manager I don't have enough money can you believe the manager send me the food and charg me 50% and 50% give me discount what a great man I will recommend this is the best kebab affordable cheap and good quality food

Donner kebab was missing salad even though I paid extra for it! Both kebabs where dry as anything and chips where overly salty and inedible my dogs food looks more appetising! When I called up about my missing salad got told he shut the shop and they normally don't come with salad even though I paid for it! Don't bother ordering from this place unless you have no taste buds! Won't be going back again at all unless! Chicken wasn't even cook properly to top it all off and already thrown up from it thanks a lot!

You must be quite desperate to eat here. Very run down in every way possible. The food is equally terrible. The only plus was the chips are nice .

Really bad service took hour to deliver and then delivered the wrong food tried ringing back for a delivery of my correct order and have had phone cut off all of a sudden £27 worth of nothing

Shouldnt even get 1 star . Just seen my pals food and to be fair it looked dry and horrible. Charged him 9 quid for something that simply looked shocking. Didn't even offer him a replacement or a refund. Shocking

Half the order was missing and received THE most shocking excuse for a kebab that I’ve ever seen. Pitiful ‘salad’ and tiny portions. Was so appalled that I asked Deliveroo for the food to be collected.- we certainly didnt want it - was told to dispose of it - which we did Thankfully Deliveroo refunded and I was able to order from The Perry Grill instead who BTW get a well deserved five stars in my book - comparing the two takeaways is like night and day. I’ll never stray again!!! Do yourself a favour and go there instead!

July 2019. The quality isn't so good and the portion sizes are small. Pretty expensive for what it is too. Looking at previous reviews, it looks like the manager needs to pay attention to what customers are saying.

I ordered a pizza, chips and chicken kebab tonight, it said delivery time 20:25 and at 21:10 we contacted them to ask where food was they said 10 mins, at 21:30 they finally showed up with the food, after opening I realised they had sent wrong pizza even though I paid extra for more toppings it was also stone cold, the chips were soggy and cold and the kebab was Luke warm, after 6 attempts to call this hole I contacted just eat who got through straight away they said they contacted the hole but they wouldn’t replace or refund, I tried to call again off numerous phones with no answer. I strongly suggest not to use this place as you will probably be ripped off just like I was, unfortunately for the hole I will persue this with my bank, just eat and will be calling into this hole to discuss. Avoid being ripped off. I hope they contact me first to discuss

Very bad portions and terrible customer service.

Classy kebabs are the best the boys love them they have tried a few places but they say these are the best. Very friendly staff very quick and efficient. Defo worth a try x

Literally just got back home from classy kebab. Ordered a small doner and chips, was told £6.50, checked my change and realised I was charged £7.50. Didn't bother arguing over a £1. Got home with the kebab and its smaller than a kids meal! £7.50 for a toddlers meal. Never again!!

Sorry but won’t be recommending your shop, ordered on just eat and received a kebab instead of a wrap, portion size was extremely small for the price. When we rung to make the shop aware of the mistake the staff were very unprofessional & couldn’t really care, definitely won’t be ordering again!!!

1 person was serving. Took a long time to get the food. Portions were small. Food was tasteless. Didn't taste fresh. Salad was in short supply. Not enough seasoning. Won't be going there again.

Excellent, best kebab shop in Kent area without a doubt.

Had cod and chips delivered today and it was inedible and I'm not a fussy eater. It was burnt and there was hardly any meat at all. I phoned them to complain and asked them to send scampi and chips instead but, having waited an hour, I phoned them again. They told me that I had to take this up with Just Eat for some reason and that there was nothing wrong with the food. When I asked for a refund and said I was going to put a review on their site, he answered very well and put the phone down. Last time we will order from here and I'll be letting my friends know too. Didn't want to give any stars but you can't post unless you do!!!

Food never arrived and they still charged me. Utter disgrace

Food arrived and the driver tried to charge me £14 even though I was told the total was £10 by the person I spoke to over the phone which resulted in an arguement. Food was cold and very dry - most likely warmed up. Drinks were warm too. Complete waste of money.
