Place is always live... Ibrahim hooked it up nice so we had to check the spot again the next day since we not from the UK. His staff was nice, he threw in some free wings, 2L coke and gave us a nice discount. Definitely recommend for a solid late night spot

i adore this place, such affordable justifiable basically cheap prices for such a high quality of food, the fried chicken, the chips(esp. w their garlic sauce>>>), the donner kebab etc are all so delicious! i always come here for chips but honestly everything is great. the staff have a good sense of humour as well and are very friendly, the food is also prepared quite fast :-)

Don't actually visit we order online Always fresh, hot and very tasty. We always ask for our kebabs and salad to be put in the pitta bread. Pizzas are fantastic value Delivery drivers always pleasant and courteous

Ordered from this place numerous times and absolutely love it... that was up until they delivered something wrong and was met with a request for an additional charge to get what was originally ordered along with hostility from the shops manager. Original order was placed online and delivered, although the order was incorrect, so I contacted the store and explained the situation and was told that I would have to pay extra. After a discussion on whether I should or should not pay the extra, the store manager then went on to ask me if he should fire the employee that made the pizza incorrectly. All I want is the correct order delivered as to my original request placed online. Shame because the food is soooo good from here and, as previously mentioned placed many orders online in the past. They have, however, said that they would send the correct pizza although nearly an hour later I am still waiting... Finally recieved the correct pizza over 2 hours after placing the original order.

The doner Is very fresh and looks delicious and also its tastes delicious. Don't forget to TRy it for sure

Definitely the worst donner kebab I have ever eaten. The donner was so greasy with no real flavour and was drenched in burger sauce which I thought they would give separately. The kofta kebab was nice but again was covered in burger sauce. The chips were floppy and greasy. They say they are providing halal food and they have an expired halal supplier certificate on the wall in their shop so not sure about that one but I have no reason to doubt they are serving halal. Won't be going back.

Food came 45 minutes late, wasn’t even warm either. Also the delivery driver said it was cold. Staff didn’t apologise and said to take the food back with no alternatives. Pretty poor

I ordered a pizza and being a regular customer they are trying to dent the mistake . The man who's working there or he wins the business I am not sure about it but the way he's speaking is very rude. Despite being rude they made sure that me and my kids make dinner @12 20 In the night . Very bad and very bad coustmer service . The person who is talking don't know how to talk . It is not about money it is about the hospitality. Hope these people make sure to keep the people who are experienced in making the business work.

honestly, we ordered the food whilst not eating for over 12 hours and all we got was chips. the service was bad and the chips weren’t even that nice and the workers refused to help.

Was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the chicken chips was. Ordered 2 bits of chicken and chips with a box of hot wings. Was very tasty will definitely be coming back

How is this place still open? Not gonna lie I think the guy that runs it runs a few kebab shops all over the place including in Dartford. The staff have always been polite and friendly to me, the food over the years was okay at first, and seemed to get worse every time I collected, the last couple of times included burnt kebab meat that looked and tasted vile, and, it might be looking a gift horse in the mouth but the last time they gave me free chicken, but it tasted like fish!? I order from here rarely, it is usually last resort when I do 🤣

One of the best kebab shop I visited in Dartford. The staff are very friendly it’s really good place to visit. While talking about the kebabs they have huge varieties of kebab. There chicken and lamb shish kebabs are famous and the doner is delicious. They also have varieties of pizza and they got the special garlic sauce! It’s the yummiest sauce and I promise you won’t regret having that! Also there is a trick to get little discount Call Mikos and then see what you get. Thankme later😌

Been using this service for over 10 years never had a problem from them,food fresh food, home delivery also good, highly recommend 👌

Food is OK (has to be for the price) but today the order is taking at least 1.5 hours, double the usual maximum. Though they communicated this and said it was due to drivers stuck in traffic, unless they deliver to Dover, I very much doubt that's the reason why. Hopefully at least get some free food by way of apology but still waiting for the food .

Waited two hours for delivery, rang and no help given. Spare yourself the trouble, find something else.

Pizza is very nice and if chief is not in good mood it could be burn or not cooked well. Sometimes no other pizza’s beat them

I’ve ordered from Kia many times and every time there has been something wrong with my order. This is the last time I will order from them. When I phoned to complain; the guy told me that I ordered a kids burger meal when I told them several times that I wanted and paid for a quarter pounder with cheese and I actually got a little cheese burger. Good luck if you order from them.

Went there again after a night out just to see if they continue taking the pee..as soon as i walked in they started taking the pee amongs themselves and the staff that was rude before seemed to take a weird intetest towards me maybe hoping i would have a chicken shish wrap with american cheese again ..all in all i got a kebab this time round without their awfull chilly souce but the pitta bread was upsolutely disgusting and uneatable they again didnt give me all the salad plus i asked again for a cigarret like last time from my aparent new best buddy and the seniour staff started getting rude saying NO in response before he could reply so he never ended up giving me one in the end telling me he only smokes vapes now...all in all sorry for the great detail essay but i just want people to know how rude and snidy these people are..on my next visit i shall show them my reviews.

Worst experience ever ! Rude & unacceptable behaviour from staff ! The worst customer experience ever ! I placed an order via Uber eats around 8.20pm this eve and expected delivery time was 8.45-8.55( latest). I didn’t get any food until 9.40pm & no updates/ notifications either! I rang them up at the end and the rudest person on earth answered my call , saying I can cancel if I can’t wait !!! I asked for an estimated time of delivery but he cancelled my order at his end !!! I repeatedly said I want food and don’t cancel but he went ahead and did it himself !! I felt so helpless and humiliated ! He left me & my 2 children starving this night !! Is this what we get in return for our money , time & anticipation ?is this how the customers are treated ? Uber eats should pls look in to this matter & take some action against this company as this is totally unacceptable! I had to get another take away at the end from another provider but went through and !! unnecessary agony , I will never go with this provider ! I am warning other customers out there about this insult I faced which could happen to you too!

I just ordered a meal for £13 something pound to pay by cash but when the delivery driver got here I told him I run out of credit when I ordered so I couldn't call back but I said I didn't have the cash as my partner has rushed up the hospital as she was bleeding as she is pregnant so he called them and I tried to explain to whoever was in charge of Kia Kebab to say can I pay by card as I have no cash due to my partner rushed up hospital but he was very rude and I could not get a word in edgeways he said to me never fkin order again but I have been a customer for years and I can't believe how rude he was I was trying to pay for my meal by card as I had no cash but he didn't even listen to me he was so rude and I am so disappointed in the way they have behaved not only this I've just found out my partner has lost the baby so thanks to Kia Kebab they have made my night a double unhappy night very rude and I feel angry they would not even let me pay by my card as I had no cash on me they should be ashamed of them selves

This is my first time ordering from them and it will certainly be the last. The burger bun was never toasted, so as soon you lifted it up it collapse and spilled it's contents all down the front of the person eating it. The kebab was awful, bread dry and hard the meat was cold, if that's was ever warmed. The order was 20 minutes late, no apology from the driver. Lucky there two stars, they not for you, it for me for enduring this service and poor food quality. And the price how can you charge that I never know, for that I thought it would be good, but it is good......for nothing. Hope the seagulls enjoy at the dump.

My usual kebab shop in Dartford, best to get it on Friday or Saturday as its generally busier and food is kuchen fresher, online or phone orders they accept card but if you walk in its cash only. Staff are amazing, I tried to tip them when I walk in to order they always refuse. Thank you for being the best kebab shop in Dartford. Please add extra pitta option to your website.

Had one of the best chicken fillet burgers I've had with under cooked chips and ordered 4 pieces of chicken got 3 legs no meat but put 2 spice chicken wings in can't eat spicey food chocolate fudge cake dry

First time I ordered from this place. Ordered a pizza and wrap wasn’t a big order at all, called 5 mins after the delivery was received. The pizza was meant to have beef init unfortunately it was missing, I explained this to the lady on the phone. However, from her tone of voice seemed to doubt me and asked me if this was truly the case. I explained that the pizza was indeed missing the topping from the pizza, she offered to replace the pizza as long as we would return the pizza we had bitten into. Humorously the logic behind such as management decision to be honest was expected from this establishment. I would suggest avoiding ordering from here especially during the covid 19 era that we are in.

Didn't get a chance to eat there went after I finished work at 2am as it said open till 330 and was closed
