We have ordered over many years from this takeaway. We only ever have the Lamb shish kebab’s, unfortunately they stopped doing them. But glad to say they are back on the menu. We ordered two on the 10/05/24 . Not dissapointed, bloody lovely. I have to say it was delicious, lots of soft lamb pieces, salad was lovely and fresh and the Naan were great too. We will be back for more.

Instructions never listened to. Food was under cooked. Food was tasteless. Only ate it as i was hungry! Won't be ordering again!

Good quality food, was made quickly and not too expensive. Very nice staff and had lots of different food to choose from.

Very poor value for money. A large mixed Donner and chips came with 4 strands Donner meat and 4 pieces of chicken. Kebab shop gone right down hill in the last 6 months. Will be my last meal from there.

Flames one of the take away bring quality to Rugeley. And most of takeaway copying us. The winner is Rugeley. Please do not order from flames if you are looking poor quality. The only take away using top range of product.(can proof to any customer)

Rock hard naan bread, salad that looked as old as my gran(she's dead btw) and where do I start on the actual "meat" 🤔🤔 part of me needs to know what animal I ate, but the rest of me is petrified to find out what I'm already thinking.... This was not lamb, or any other meat I've EVER tasted

Best pizza you can get in town, way better than big companies. Kebabs top quality. Strongly recommended.

bought 2 cheese 2 meat feast a 99p aldi meal beat the socks off this, forgot buy one get one free this would of cosy me £3=96 at aldi a total disgrace if they othered me free pizza for a year i would refuse

I paid the delivery person £12 for something that was £10.40 and got 60p change!! I know she probably didn’t pass her maths gcse, but come on!!! Called them and they said they’d get back to me but i’m still waiting for that to happen

Had a pizza and kebab from here. They were both delicious and had plenty of flavour. Not too expensive either. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be ordering again

Popped in just past midnight for a kebab after a night out. The food was reasonably priced and tasty. What inclined me to leave a review was the service. Two very polite, pleasant young men who were very attentive, making sure we had napkins and cutlery and even giving us a little extra when we told them we were sharing. You simply don’t get standards like that in most fast food takeaways.

This been took over again This was not the best any way but Food made me ill Ceiling is full of fat stains and cooker hood not very hygiene friendly

We have ordered regular from work and has not been too bad but tonight we ordered and they did not deliver on time said could not find us Food order was wrong Food was all mushy Chips was cold and tasted as thou they were cooked hours ago Would not recommend

I've always been a big lover of Flames' pizza - we've been having them on average, three times a month for the last nine years. I've seen poor reviews and been told bad things, but we'd personally never had problems, always found the staff polite and the food good. The love affair has ended. Last week we ordered a pizza (half and half as i'm vegetarian) and a pot of dip. It was delivered in well under half an hour for £10.10 - cooked to perfection. Less than a week later, last night we rang up and placed an identical order. Initially we were told "I'm not sure if we do half and half anymore." Eventually we were told they did. But they didn't offer the "Hot Vegetarian" anymore. Instead, they offer the "Vegetarian Hot" - which - I kid you not - has identical contents. Fine. Do you still do the Hot Shot? "Yes." The phone call took over five minutes. It's never taken longer than a minute before. Right at the end of the phone call she went silent for a good thirty seconds before telling us "£12.80" and putting the phone down. So, in the space of less than a week it's gone up £2.70. I decided to query this with the delivery driver. Fifty six minutes later, just as I was about to ring up and say we didn't want it any more, I'd go down the chippy instead, it arrived, best described as tepid. I asked how much it was because I couldn't believe they'd got the price right on the phone and the guy said "new money, new menu." He worked it out to £11.60, which I paid. Opened the pizza up to find my own half, identical if a little on the lukewarm side and the husband's supposedly unchanged Hot Shot half surprisingly lacking in meat. I could see what looked like flecks of mince beef on there, but last week the Hot Shot was pepperoni. Very confused. Followed the link to the website they sent us on their text message only to find the menu completely unchanged - so had I ordered online they would have had no choice but to charge me the original price and provide the original toppings. There is a trades description act issue, here. I won't be ordering from Flames again, it seems the "new management" doesn't have a clue what it's doing and neither do the staff. The terms "p*ss-up" and "brewery" come to mind. At one stage I had left a glowing review on Facebook - this I deleted last night, whilst contending with the indigestion I'd got out of pure annoyance.

Terrible food,terrible serivce save your money and do not order from here. Its disgusting!! After an hour and a half wait for food and a phone call we finally received our order, cold!! Not what we ordered, the Chips was stale and it was just un eatable!! After calling to make a complaint the Man I spoke to was very rude butting in, he offered to cook our good again, but by this time it was very late the last thing we wanted was to wait again, and it was that rank I didn't want them cooking me anymore food! Definitely will never visit or order from here again, I would say its the worst in the area in fact. Save your time and money!

I don't like to give bad reviews but this was the worst takeaway I've ever experienced; it took just under 2 hours, at 1hr 20mins I contacted the restaurant to see how long it would be (very politely) and they said 15 mins, a further half hour or so later it came, the chicken shish kebab was completely cold and the salad asked for wasn't correct and a very very small amount under the kebab in the corner of the box, the garlic bread tasted of burnt bits from the grill and everything looked like it was literally thrown together in a rush and honestly tasted horrible.

Ordered via Internet for home delivery. When it arrived it was wrong. Phoned up to rectify but they didn't want to know. Waste of money, will not be using again.

Pedimos una mezcla de pollo kebab donner. No mucho de un desafío de kebab house y yo no estoy esperando una delicia de la cocina pero estoy esperando lo básico th. Orden envuelto. conseguir casa. papel como persona dedicada al encontrar un pitta en la cima de th fuerte poliestireno! Abierto el cuadro para encontrar un montón de carne y salsa de ensalada muy poco pero no juntas. No veo donner. En general, bastante basura y se vaya al lado la próxima vez. En general una porquería!

Metimos en una noche para guardar utensilios. No pedimos salsa de chile dieron la comida y fue enyesado en salsa de chili creo el último debe tener salga de la botella. La comida era mimado y también ser justo las patatas fritas eran patatas fritas y no muy buena.

Very poor! Placed a large corporate order. Price seemed good, but failure to deliver, with no follow up calls made the price irrelevant. Have now reverted back to using Dominos, who though slightly more expensive are far more reliable.

We ordered a chicken kebab from flames takeaway, when it arrived the chicken was pink and was swimming in what I can describe as purple liquid in which I can only assume was from the red cabbage. When we called flames back and complained, they were very defensive even tho we offered for them to come and look at the untouched kebab. They said they would send another one, but they wanted to examine the old one first, however by being put off from the first one we asked if we could simply have a refund, which they wouldn't do.Very disappointing and certainly won't be ordering from them again.

Fast efficient and good value. A go to takeaway for us. Great variety of food to choose from for all tastes

Fast food at this place done right. The pizzas are clearly made fresh, cooked fresh for you. Absolutely lovely. The chips are also some of the best around as are the kebabs. The kebabs are absolutely lovely and seasoned so well. Would recommend this takeaway to anyone who wants consistent and reliable fast food!

Only waited for 2 hours for a pizza and it never come! When i rang, i received "sorry very busy". Last time they were busy i was missing half my food and the food they had delivered was unacceptable! Sort it out! You can't have a part time take away! Keep it to the standard it should be all the time! Not when you think it should be!
