Had an xxl The Works lovely and fresh as always made by the lovely member of staff Pooja Can’t fault the pizza every time I come to Cannock

Great service by aryan such a lovely bloke gave me a great deal for a pizza and drink for 5 pound

I ordered my pizza at 9:56pm and it’s now 11:14pm and I’m still waiting for my pizza and the shops closed. This takes the absolute p!ss… im friggin hungry and they take the piss like this… wtaf Edit: The driver turned up at 11:35pm…. As I was on my out to McDonald’s… I said I don’t want it unless it’s half price… the delivery driver said he has to phone the shop to confirm he can do that but couldn’t get thru as the time he arrived was long after the shop closed. We settled on a tenner for my £18.90 order. Review has gone up from 1 star to 2 star.

Just had an amazing experience at PapaJohns in Cannock! From the moment we walked in, Manny made us feel so welcome. His service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and always there with a smile, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Now, the food... wow! Every pizza had that perfect crispy base with toppings that tasted super fresh and full of flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and there’s something about their dips that makes each bite better than the last. I didn’t get why there were bad reviews until I had a chat with the gentleman who served me. Turns out they are under new management and I can tell you that they sure are doing a great job. Reasonably priced pizzas that are far better than dominos. Do try if you are in the area.

Gave this place a try after a couple of bad experiences years ago. Looks like the new owners have done something right because I ordered on a Saturday night and the food came 20 minutes later still piping hot. Better price and quality than other takeaway pizzas so im glad they’ve managed to sort the delivery speed

Never any issues to be honest, food is made at a good time. I prefer picking up than delivery as it's quicker. Taste is fine, looks fine, I'm surprised by other reviews to be fair.

Not sure why people rate it low. I’ve been using them for years never really had an issue. Food served hot and better than the competitors. Only one compliant… I can’t see the American hot on the menu anymore? My favourite!

Not impressed. They’ve reopened under new management, but the pizza remains average at best—comparable to a frozen supermarket pizza but 5x the price. Delivery took too long, with my order arriving 45 minutes after being placed, and the food wasn’t even hot. The delivery driver showed a lack of effort, merely opening the bag and expecting me to retrieve the pizza myself. Given that the prices are on par with Domino's, which offers tastier pizza, a wider variety, and faster delivery, I would recommend avoiding Papa John's Cannock.

After being closed for some months and having the flyer posted through our door saying that it is under new management with £10 large pizza deals, we had to give it another go. Pizzas arrived without delivery issues and it was very hot stuff when it arrived. Great pizzas! We stopped using papa johns before it closed due to the poor service, late delivery (no delivery sometimes) and price. Yet this new introductory deal and new management hopefully will turn things around.

Worst customer experience I have ever had from a fast food restaurant. We phoned to see where our order was only to be deliberately hung up on 3 times. Do not order from these!! Previous order have always been an hour over delivery time

Food arrived after 2 hours but the tracker says delivered after 30mins, 2 phone calls to them and both times apparently food was on way.. for it to eventually come cold and soggy and no bacon on the soggy potato tots !! Dont waste your money !
