Food arrived cold, driver did not enter building or try to contact me to say he was outside. Had to ring twice for availability of drop off was totally dissatisfied

Pizza overcooked and not deep pan as ordered

Food really tasty but freezing cold - had to warm pizza, wedges, kebab meat, chips and cookie dough in the microwave before we could eat it. The ice cream was melted. Such a shame as it tasted really nice !

Worst kebab in a so called naan I have ever had from anywhere. That was not a naan more like I stale large pitta bread. Won’t be ordering again

not a verry good experience today all of my pizzas on my order were squashed against 1 side of the box and all toppings stuck to the lids of the boxes this was down to the delivery driver tipping them on their sides in his car and carry bag. verry disapointing this time.

The food was cold. The pizza was hard and cold and the chips were luke warm too. All had to go in the microwave. I was disappointed for a margarita I wasn't able to opt for the deep pan which I had done a few weeks ago as well. I've ordered from here several times and it's been lovely but tonight was a definite no.

No joke we literally have there pizza every single week it’s so much better then dominoes or Pizza Hut and a hell of a lot cheaper honestly has to be the best pizza I’ve had hence ordering every week top notch .

Wasn’t keen on the chips but the chicken burger was nice

Pizza was cold when it arrived so must have been cooked way before the delivery time. After reheating the pizza itself was nice.

Was sceptical to order from here after my last order was a shocker , but mrs likes the kebabs from here so we decided to have a late night kebab was nice , and order arrived actually warm

The wings are soggy the chips are ice cold but the pizza was amazing.

This is by far the best little takeaway shop in Cannock! I order from here more than my waistline would like me to admit 😂 but I work late most days and always come home hungry about 11pm... These guys are not only open late every day but they deliver fresh, beautiful food no matter the time of night! I have honestly never had better fries from anywhere... This is not an exaggeration... They are SO crispy and perfectly cooked that I believe they use magic 🤣 fast service, well priced. Couldn't ask for more from this kind of establishment! Well done Papa Joe's 👏❤️👍

Food was a holiday 6.5/10, however by the time it got here was half hour late and the food was cold so spoilt the meal. I do believe it would have been nicer had it been warm.

I was pleasantly surprised of how refreshing nice this was, everything it needed, nothing it didn’t.

Awful food where do I start. ordered 12 barbecue chicken wings cold no bbq on them as you see from the photos iam sure it is tandoori or something not sure but fatty cold and disgusting..Garlic pizza was just a margarita and awful..Meat feast was disgusting as photos show. I should of know better these places got no pride in there food...gonna be ill from what we ate.Dont order from this place

Pizza box lid was squished onto the pizza please when delivering pizza to not push down on the pizza box lid the pizza was stuck to the top of lid when I opened it and it peeled all the topping & cheese off the pizza. Wasnt happy about it

Cold when arrived, last two times I ordered from this the order was delivered late and cold. Not sure I'll order again, once maybe a one off but 2 in a row tells me it's common.

The changes I made to the pizza wasn’t actioned so that means I paid £20 for a pizza I couldn’t eat with no way to get a refund

Cold food, only Just realised I can report this issue. Papa joes is normally great but it was freezing.

This is not the first time been late 40mins last order was freezing cold they gave me free order not good enough now will not be ordering again

Pizza fine ,as always, but the kebab in a nan came on a (!!??) pizza base instead of a nan. The base was tough and inedible so only ate the meat and threw the base away. Very disappointing. 😥 not their usual very high standard.

Pre ordered at 6pm for 7.05pm. Had a prompt from just eat at around 6.50pm that the food was on the way. Didn’t arrive until 7.25pm and everything was freezing.

Very very pleasant guy on the phone for starters with good manners, we had buy 1 get 1 free pizzas and a small fries. All I can say is, it was very nice. Thanks. Maybe if I'm being really picky, do a slightly bigger chips in a tray rather than a small bag which was kinda small but still nice

When you order pizza he dont send nothing with pizza that not good

Don't work here if you are female you will be verbally abused. £3 an hour an 15 minute breaks while having to make your own lunch. Working till 1am while under the age of 18 and being bullied.

Got some food from here tonight donner meat and chips, nice chips but the donner meat is way to spicy so couldn't eat it

The food was cold when it arrived, the pizza was hard and the cheese was like cardboard. The fries weren’t too bad once I warmed them up but they were also hard. Food was ordered at 19:47 and arrived at 21:40pm. I was ready for bed by this time.

Fast delivery however the mixed kebab in a pitta with small fries - had to throw the chicken kebab pieces undercooked and slimey... the lamb donner was over cooked, dry and chewy...salad & fries were fine.

Food was not nice both me and my son chucked out meals horrible donor meat

Food was stone cold, quality has gone down hill

Do not get a job here, £3 an hour less than half hour break and working till 1am while being under 18. Being bullied for my autism. No wet floor signs, no food hygiene rating in the window and they even wanted my qualifications to put in the window so they get more customers. They always swear and don't have great hospitality skills. No washing hands, only 1 chopping board.

Ordered quite a few times now from This store what can i say normally order delivery fancied a change went in store to see unbelievable store was extravagantly busy food was been prepared fresh seen the dough chef prepping the dough fresh toppings and base’s unbelievable food quality is immense fresh tasty and prices unbelievable believe 20” pizza collection price £13:50 🤤🤤 the offers this store has i haven’t found any other stores nearby doing these sort of offers i would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone……..

Perfect to have food earlier than intended, swiftness on delivery is what we all dream off, food hit the spot for the 4 of us too.

The pizza was amazing, so tasty and just what was needed for the evening meal. Unfortunately, the sides were a let down, you charge so much for the sides but get small amounts of them, we ordered wings but to be honest we wouldn’t have called them wings because of the size of them and the amount of meat on them. The garlic mushrooms were great too but sadly you get button mushrooms. If the sides were good sizes we would order them again but the pizza was just amazing, so we will definitely be ordering the pizza again :)
