Service was terrible it’s just not worth going what can say you go in sit down what 20 minutes on one come s over then you go to bar and it’s like you are a Alien.

Ordered the brunch, had a slight mix up with my food and wasn't given any eggs or bacon. However...it was quickly and professionally resolved. Will be back here again!

Was so disappointed when I arrived for a drink with my wife, to be greeted with we can't accommodate you. I asked why, to be told we can't accommodate you. We only want a drink I explained. we can't accommodate you sorry. No explanation what so ever. There were empty seats inside and outside and then he turned away and walked off. Very poor service and to be honest, we will never return. Just a disappointment and what a let down, they obviously do not need the trade. We will never return and neither will any of my family. I would have given it a zero if I could have.

Great atmosphere! Great price for alcohol beverages! Staff are friendly and accommodating! Definitely would recommend going for a drink there!

Myself and my friend came here this evening to have food and come cocktails, we placed our first drink order with a member of staff and then used the QR code to place our food order and second drink order, paying as we placed the order, after 35 minutes the food wasn’t with us so I went and asked a member of staff, who checked and told us the order hadn’t been given to the kitchen but they printed off the order and took it across, apologised and then we had to wait a further 20 minutes for our food to come, the table next to us went through something similar with their food order and had to replace their order and were offered 10% off their food bill and a round of drinks on the house for them all, of which we never got, once we finished our food and drinks I went up and paid the remaining bill for the first two drinks we had, then we left, upon leaving the premises, a member of staff then came rushing up to us, touched my arm to then ask “urm excuse me but have you paid?”, whilst holding a card reader, to which I replied “yes, I’ve paid on the app for our food and second drinks and I’ve just been up and paid for our first round of drinks before leaving” to which she looks on the card reader and says “oh yeah you have, sorry” and as we looked back at the premises, all members of staff were looking out the window, staring, causing other customers to stare… what a humiliating experience. The member of staff that took my payment then came into the garden to say that I had paid her. I’ve been here quite a few times in the past and never encountered anything like this but I don’t think I’ll be returning again.

Great experience from start to finish. Delish food, great cocktails, a lovely atmosphere, and most importantly, fabulous staff. Beth and Phebe were bubbly, helpful, and fully committed to making our experience a good one. Thank you, ladies ☺️

I have to say Evie is one of the best cocktail makers here! Superb mojito’s and so friendly. Well worth a visit Friday Saturday and Sunday.

The pizza was really nice, just quite expensive. This bar is refreshing in Cannock but I wish it was more of a bar for a night out. Cannock desperately needs another bar for dancing and socialising but the Liquor Tank seems more about food and table service. Such a shame because I think it could be rammed in here every weekend and be exactly what Cannock is missing.

Recently revisited with a friend and have to say the Food, Drinks, Atmosphere, Style and Service were all absolutely excellent! The three plates deal is a particular fave as you get a good taste of some really great treats and it works perfectly between two as a stomach-liner; to enjoy more of the fab cocktails and craft offerings. It's a stand-out place with unique style and pitch. Can't fault it.

Brilliant bottomless brunch, cocktails flowing aswell as a bottle of pressecco. we was a large party! so was slow on the food but as it was fresh its understandable. defo would go back!

Love it, cocktails are lovely, they have different options of flavour combos for shots which is a nice change. The food tastes lovely, they have the option of small plates which is ideal to order a few and share, breakfasts and a pizza oven. They also do bottomless brunch which is mentioned to be amazing, prosecco and cocktails Inc as well as option from the food menu, all for £35 will definitely be trying that!!

Have been here many of times and always had good service and greats drinks. However I visited on bank holiday Sunday with friends and was left feeling really disappointed. Cocktails were good, can’t fault the 2 for £12 and it’s nice to go somewhere that doesn’t expect you to have 2 identical cocktails. But the service was poor. We hadn’t booked a table initially, but was told we would have to leave our table at 9pm as it had been booked out - okay no problem. We vacated the table at 9pm and sat outside for a little while. I actually managed to book a table online at 9:15pm. Only to be told that we couldn’t have that the now because of all the walk ins? A little unfair as previously we were a ‘walk in’ and had been told to vacate a reserved table. We then ordered and spent £116 on cocktails. We noticed that one of our friends hadn’t received the 2 for £12 cocktails - so we chased up the missing french martini. To be told that the waitress didn’t process the order correctly, so we would have to pay another £8?! As an act of goodwill you would’ve thought that they would’ve just made up the missing cocktail (at their fault not ours!) instead of expecting us to pay and additional £8!

If cocktails are your thing, this is the place to go. Great atmosphere. Be sure to book though!

The bottomless brunch is good value for money for £25 and then it’s just whatever food you fancy on top. There’s a good range of cocktails to choose from and the Prosecco was flowing! Can’t wait to go back!

Booked the 'bottomless brunch' at a cost of £25 each. On arrival we were informed that we had to pay extra for food and could only select from the first 3 pages on the menu. Couldn't understand why, as, if paying for food, we would have expected to be able to order anything we wanted. Not what we were expecting tbh as bottomless brunch/lunch usually includes food. Service was really good with a plentiful supply of cocktails, which were superb, and prosecco, no complaints there BUT, the food was awful. We all ordered the breakfast which was served in a small skillet and food was piled on top of eachother. The toast was burnt but quickly replaced when we spoke to the waitress. A pool of grease lay in the bottom of the skillet. It's not easy eating out of a skillet, would have preferred a plate. For this we paid an extra £8.50 each which was definitely not worth it. Again, couldn't fault the service, quality of cocktails and prosecco but definitely won't be eating there again.

Went there as we had remembered that we had enjoyed it the last time we were there… But this time,,,the food was only ok, calzone was underdone with slightly uncooked dough in the corners but the worst of it was,,, The music was way too loud!!! Everyone in the place was shouting at each other, including the waitress/waiter at their customers! I couldn’t hear what the waitress was saying and my voice was hoarse but the time I finished my ordering! We ate and left as quickly as we could as we could not carry on a conversation under those circumstances! What a pity because we would have stayed longer enjoying our drinks if we could hear ourselves think, let alone speak!!!! We were told that they could not turn the music done, as it was a management decision! What bad management!!!!!! I read from your reviews that we weren’t the only ones who found your music unreasonably loud!!!! I understand that music adds to the vibe but surely it is counter productive if people are leaving to go elsewhere to chat and relax! Won’t be going again….

Four of us arrived, on picking up the menus found them all dirty food on them and sticky. Humm you start to look around , spot litter on the floor then you see staff member preps a table does not wipe it clean?? Mentioned the dirty menus to staff member, not interested gave me a replacement, just as dirty! Staff shout across your food on delivery as music was so loud, this always causes unintentional spittle to fall on your plate of food, not good practice, lack of training? . But tapas tasted good, Pizza was only so so. Shame.

What a shame that last nights visit turned out to be such a let down. This is a place we look forward to visiting, and previous visits have been so enjoyable. Three out of four of us ordered Espresso Martinis, and the only way I can describe them, is they looked like dirty dish water, with soap scum on top. We were approached by a girl at the table, and when we complained, we just got a smirk. I’m really hoping last night was just a blip, as it’s been so nice to have a place like this in Cannock to go to.

Our group of four were asked to sit on the sofas to have cocktail before sitting at the nearby table to eat but the music gradually increased in the volume so we couldn't hear ourselves talk. After moving to the nearby table it didn't get any better once people were surrounding us on both sides, all shouting to be heard over the music - which was just too loud plus the sound balance was awful - all bass. That kinda spoilt the evening but the cocktails were fine and the food was very good - the prawn and chilli pizza was nice and hot. The lady who served us was great but the young guys were clueless.

I’ve visited The Liquor Tank a good few times before and have been impressed. Recently myself and 7 friends came here expecting the same service and it was extremely disappointing. First of all, we did not feel welcomed at the door, we then provided all of our ID’s as expected and everything was fine. After placing our drinks order I went to the toilet and on my way back I heard the same female server say to her colleague “as if they’re all 18” which was clearly aimed at our group due to us looking younger than other customers, I found this very unprofessional and humiliating as we were all over 18. After receiving my purple rain cocktail (which I’ve had many times when visiting before) it tasted like soda water. Everybody that ordered cocktails could clear tell that there was very minimal (if any) alcohol in the drinks which is unusual as we’ve all visited before and have had a completely different experience. I bought this to the attention of the server and unfortunately the response I got was unsatisfactory as I still had to pay for the replacement cocktail as well as paying just half for the original. I work in the hospitality industry myself and this was extremely unprofessional. I’m not one myself to complain as I understand the industry well, but this was not acceptable and I would hate to see this happen to any other customers.

Love this place, the staff are fantastic. Only ever had one issue and it was the food being delayed however without even a second thought the waiter spoke with the manager and gave the food to us at a discounted rate. Always accommodate people in this restaurant and bar, if you can’t book they will always check when the table is free and get you seated. If you want top quality with food served with amazing cocktails then this is the place for you.

Spur of the moment drop in but was nice and chilled tried to use the app but ended up ordering with the staff the app was probably easy to install and use but after being in three other bars prior to here my head wasn't upto the task. Nice place great selection of drinks and cocktails 🥴🥴

Went here for some food catching up with an old friend. Ordered a vegan pizza which was tasty. Getting into some good conversation sitting outside and they turned the music up a little too loud (speaker right where we were sitting), which just made people ended up almost shouting at each other. The service was a bit too nonchalant, seemed like they didn't care if you were there or not. Didn't feel very welcoming.

Lovely pizza the garlic cheese bread was more cheesy than garlic but still nice, fab service really quick. Bit of confusion when got there with computer but got seated & really good service would highly recommend xx

I’ve gone for a few drinks and food with 4 friends, I was told that no workmen were allowed in the pub, 3 people were dressed normal and I was wearing clean work trousers and a smart jumper and all of us was refused entry from the bar man, he said the owner doesn’t allow tradesmen in full stop, there was two other people was already dining in full work wear and this was pointed out but was told there work wear was allowed but not mine, absolutely shocking never experienced this In 18 years !!! Ridiculous!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Extremely STUCK UP for a Very BELOW venue

This is the second time we've had pizza delivered, Absolutely amazing!!! Really authentic, tasty and delicious. Cannot recommend enough.

Lovely :) Visited here on Saturday night and we had booked a table in the outside area. Service was good and safety measures in place.

Rude, unreasonable staff. Discriminated against us, apparently there is a dress code for sitting outside, even though we was dressed nice they didn't like the look of us and refused to let's sit in the garden.

We had a fabulous day! So very thankful to Tom and Joe! Tom was the only guy on when we arrived and he did an amazing job! Cocktails are great, lots of variety and very reasonably priced. Good luck to everyone working now that restrictions are starting to lift! Anyone who visits you need to tip these guys really well as they’re missing out on seeing friends and family whilst we can all go out now! Throughout the year it’s been important for business to offer a takeaway service to try and tackle the challenges the year has faced. Instead of going for a chain I thought I would support someone local and independent for a change. I’ve heard the Pizza from this restaurant is great and I was eager to try it. I was aware that being a Saturday night I’m sure they would be busy so I placed a pre order for my food at about 1pm for delivery at 7.30pm. fast forward to 7pm a notification popped up on my phone the order was cancelled. Confused I tried ringing the restaurant to see what had happened however no answer after multiple attempts. I did order again this time for an 8.30pm delivery but at about 8.10pm they cancelled again. I continued to try and ring however no answer. This review does not reflect food quality however the most basic customer service has been forgotten how can you can cancel twice on a Saturday evening (after I even pre ordered the food hours before) and then not answer the phone to explain Im imagining it’s probably Because the staff are scared to answer to angry customers confused as to where there orders have gone... Luckily a popular other pizza takeway was nearby who promptly saved the evening.

I order from ubereats but the delivery driver cancelled the order. But thee guys at the Liquor tank went above and beyond, made me another pizza and delivered it themselves. Fantastic service and the pizza was delicious. 5 stars all around.

Great bar in the middle of Cannock. Friendly staff who are always accommodating. Been going here since it opened as great priced cocktails that all taste amazing. Also a large selection of other drinks including larger and spirits. Pre covid I would always book a table as would get busy but now it’a a must.

Sensible control of Covid 19 precautions which allowed the ‘new normal’ for dining out. Great attentive service, all food was delicious and a great atmosphere. A lovely evening out with family.
