A veces ayuda. No he estado en años. Triste. Banks D. i. Y helado

Pizza Hut has been a family fav of ours for years. Leyton Mills being a first choice. Big family we are. 16 of us went tonight only to be really disappointed. Waitress Sandeep was awful. No customer service skills and the manager was no better. At the end day Pizza Hut isn’t what Pizza Hut used to be. Awful experience and never would we go back! Salad is unlimited but the quality of it is not worth eating. Pizza had no cheese on it & the toppings were undercooked and chunky raw. Save your money go somewhere else we’re your service is appreciated

Popped in for a take away pizza..... working lunch.... found staff helpful and able ! I ordered a meal deal, time from order to walking out with boxes in hand was less that 20mins.... Food was piping hot, tasty and fresh . There were kids parties going on but all appeared under control ! The salad bar area was being topped up and cleaned, so quite impressed !

In terms of food quality and service this Pizza Hut is pretty average. The location is convenient and the restaurant is fairly comfortable. Our expectation for a quick and easy dining experience was met. However, after finishing our mains we were in the middle of debating desert before the manager approached us. He asked us how we felt the service was and our response was fairly positive. My assumption was he was about to ask if we wanted anything else but instead he decided to push us to score the service out of 10. After a bit of hesitating we decided on a very generous 8/10. He then proceeded to ask us how we felt the customer service could be improved and be a 10/10. Again, we hesitated and weren't really sure how to respond. Instead we explained that it was a buffet and there wasn’t much room for improvement when it comes to self-service. Instead of leaving it at that he decided to question us further about the service. I don’t object to offering feedback when asked, but there comes a point when a brief conversation is sufficient and you let the customer get on with their meal. It started to feel like an interrogation at this point. He suggested that the waitress had failed to fully explain how the buffet worked and maybe she could improve. We said she hadn't explained anything as she didn't greet us or show us to the table. His response was I'll take her aside and have a word with her so she can improve'. We emphasised that it was that young man who served us. To which he seemed to ignore and proceeded to ask if the app was explained to us. Again we said 'no' to which he decided to blame her again and then spend another few minutes explaining how the app worked before leaving us alone. We were a bit baffled to say the least. He went over to his staff and our assumption was he would pull them aside and have the conversation after we finished paying the bill and departed. Instead he decides to tell her in full view of us on the other side of the restaurant and made it abundantly clear that it was our feedback. I believe in this kind of situation a level of discretion is required as telling your staff with customers still present is embarrassing for both parties involved. She looked over at us puzzled and quite rightly so. At this point we decided against dessert and wanted to get out ASAP. The waitress made her way over to us ready to settle the bill. I asked her if everything was alright and explained the situation and not to listen to any negative feedback he may have given her. She didn’t seem too bothered by what had just occurred but I suppose she could really say much with her manager so close by. The low score is not a reflection of the food or overall service. Before the manager decided to 'have a word' our dining experience was sufficient. This was truly a standard Pizza Hut buffet in the same vein as having a McDonald's or any other fast food. It's hard to say it's anything more than good. You get what you pay for. I’m sure feedback is important to management but there are more elegant ways to deal with feedback instead of making your staff/customers feel awkward and embarrassed in the process. We left feeling truly uncomfortable for an extended period of time afterwards.

Decided to pop along to pizza hut to celebrate my daughter's 8th birthday. We spent over 150 pounds but for our money we were disappointed in the quality of food and the service given. My eldest daughter found a hair in the sloppy potato, which was more mayonnaise than potato. All of the containers for the salad were empty and we had to wait for them to be filled after letting the assistant know they needed filling. The timings between food was lengthy. They served the sides as starters. The area was cold due to a window that did not close properly. Half the pizzas were overcooked with burnt edges. Decided not to go for a desert after a very poor service. Only one male Asian man who served us actually spoke with a quiet polite tone and did his best to salvage our experience. Even then we felt that we wouldn't visit again.

We visited the Pizza Hut with family. We waited at the desk to be seated while people behind us were seated. Explanation that was provided was that we were a party of 5 and that section was covered by someone else and this lady only covered a small portion that couldn't seat 5 people. After about 10 minutes wait, we were seated. And the waitress looking after our table disappeared again for 10 mins. We were a family of 5, 3 adults and 2 children. Among us we ordered 2 large pizzas, 3 sides and five drinks. Approximately another 10 minutes passed and the waitress returned with 4 salad bowls. I said there were 5 of us and could we get 5 dishes for the salads. Her response was ' For each large pizza you only get 2 salad bowls so I can only give you 4'. At this point we were getting rather tired of the poor service. Time was now about 30-35 minutes from arrival (nearly 9pm and kids were getting tired). We take the 4 bowls and as my little one was only 6, I decide to share a few cucumbers with her. After getting some salad, and returning to the table - we realise that there were no cutlery and the waitress had disappeared yet again. We waited for a little bit longer and decided to leave. Won't be going back there again. Kids really love Pizza Hut - perhaps not this specific location.. !

The staff is quite okay but the manager/owner is very unfriendly. Doesn't help his staff at all. Just stands there while there is a huge waiting line. Lets the food sit and become cold. Is very rude, simply walks away if you ask how long it still takes after waiting 30 min for one pizza. The pizza itself is very greasy, the oil just drips off. Don't recommend this at all. Next time we'd rather go to KFC which is next door.

Booked my sons fifth birthday party there it was a pizza making party and there were only two members of staff working that day. The party host was really helpful and she catered to all our needs despite the restaurant being very busy. The table was already set up, the tablecloth set, balloons blown up just for the party. The party host gave all the children their own pizza making chef hats, and my son, who's birthday it was, received a special apron to wear whilst making the pizza. The children enjoyed making the pizzas and choosing their own toppings. They were given salad bowls to put their salads and were also able to help themselves to bottomless drinks. The pizzas then arrived but we had a short wait for the fried which arrived after. Ice cream was also included and the kids were really happy because they were able to put as much ice cream that they wanted and toppings such as sprinkles. Overall, a nice birthday and my son was pleased.

Typical Pizza Hut food. Reasonable price (if you get a deal), fast collection or delivery. The till area looked a little dirty the last time I went in though - not sure how the kitchen looks.

We went to pizza hut for a group lunch, and had trouble with our waitor from the moment we sat down. The two of us that arrived first sat at a six-person table and when the waitor asked us what we'd like, we said we were waiting for friends. She just asked us what we'd like again, and we told her we were waiting for three more people but ordered some drinks. When the rest of our group arrived, we could see her standing behind the till eating. When we finally caught her attention, we ordered buffets and some sides. She asked if we were not having buffets but wanted sides, and I don't get the feeling she was really paying full attention at any point. She brought our sides one at a time, despite them being all brought from the kitchen at the same time. The menu was very detailed with plenty of vegetarian options. When we got to the buffet there were not all of the options from the buffet menu, which was not made clear on that menu. In fact, one of the pizzas in the buffet was not in the menu at all, not even on the main menu. The restaurant was fairly quiet, so the first slices of pizza we picked up were not as hot as I would have liked, but the nice slices were piping hot. The salad bar was well stocked but not particularly interesting and had probably been out all day, as the lettuce was a bit limp. After the good listings in the menu, it was very disappointing that none of the pizza or pasta in the buffet and none of the salad was labelled at all. Most of the salad was recognisable, but the ingredients in the pasta salad and similar things are not obvious. I could identify which pizza was which, but I overheard another customer ask what they were and the waitor wasn't sure. It doesn't sound like a big deal but it's vital if you have allergies or dietary requirements. The waitor asked one member or our group if we were getting any more buffet, and when she said no, the waitor began to take all our plates. Some of us weren't finished eating, and she left our plates. What happened next was shocking - the waitor brought us the bill even though none of us had asked for it. When we told her we hadn't asked for it, she argued with us! One of our groups said we didn't ask for the bill and we might want dessert, to which she asked us what we wanted for dessert and rudely told us we better hurry because dessert needed to be cooked. Bear in mind the restaurant was half empty and it was lunchtime, so our table wasn't needed and they weren't closing soon. We felt so badly treated. Our last two empty buffet plates were not taken at any point, and she avoided our table after this, except to show us an extremely fake grimace of a smile. We had a look at the dessert menu and decided not to get dessert, joking that with the service we'd had it'd be tomorrow before we got it.

Pizza Hut has plenty of food for the hungry and thirsty. As an all you can eat you need to be measured. Had the salad to start and various bits of pizza. All of it was good f not spectacular but hey I liked the place.

I went to Pizza Hut at Leyton Mills last night. It gave a very cold feeling. The Windows were drafty and we had to move tables. The Salad slection has really gone down hill. It was very basic. I could get a better Salad from my Local Morrison and Sainsbury for £3.00. On the whole not a good experience. The only good thing is have your own water and you can add a dash of quash.

The Pizza Hut at Leyton Mills is a pretty typical example of that chain offering pizza with its various side accompaniments in a familiar and comfortable environment. Pizza Hut is pretty easy to find within Leyton Mills which itself is opposite the tube station. Leyton Mills is a relatively downmarket shopping area containing a few superstores like Asda, B&Q, and TK Maxx. It is a far cry from its origin as Templar holdings. There is absolutely nothing to mark its history at all with the relatively recent change of name from Temple Mills to Leyton Mills seemingly designed to eradicate the historical significance of what had been a wasteland for the longest time.Pizza Hut Leyton Mills is not that busy so seats are pretty much always available. It is a medium sized pizzatorium. Colour scheme and surrounds are a brand standard. It is comfortable. The quality of the pizzas is in line with Pizza Hut expectations. This place produces to its recipe. The quality of the pasta and salad suggests these are not the main options chosen here as they can be undercooked. Buffet lunch replenishes well. It seems to produce more than could be eaten by those present which is always a good thing for a buffet customer. Service is ok. No strong feelings are evoked either way.Opening hours generally start from 1130 though arrival at that time does produce a bit of shock. There is the usual array of additions such as the children's fountain and the refillable soda. On one occasion insects were flushed through the soda pipe, an incident which sparked indifference in the staff member on duty at the time. For those who like Pizza Hut, the one at Leyton Mills is ok.

I am a 34 year old female who was made homeless due to due suffering from sevear domestic abuse. I never ask any one for favours and I never beg for anything. Despite being homeless I also do my best to care for my community. I went into this shop a few times this week due to the menus on the front window showing meals from £1.50 up to £2.50. The first time I was turned down and told that this menue is only available before 6pm upon double checking the menu I politely accepted what the man was telling me and walked away starving hungry and disopointed but also happy that they themselves had just confirmed that if I came back on another day before 6pm i would be served this affordable meal. So the following Wednesday with only £3.50 in my account and not having eaten in days! Today I walked in between the hours of 4pm and 5pm and ordered the meal advertised on the menus on the front window that i was told I would be served if I came back before 6pm. I ordered a £2.50 3 children wings, chips, and a drink meal deal along side the £1.50 pizza clearly advertised in the window which I was told I could order before 6pm and the man at the counter proceeded to shout at me that I could only get a 7inch pizza for £10 and the 3 wings and chips with out a drink for £5, then changed it saying that it's £1 to buy 3 wings separately and £1 for small chips. When I smiled back and said ok I will buy that he laughed at me and said that it's a kids meal and I politely explained that I was broke and homeless due to domestic abuse and hadn't eaten in days due to my benefits being messed up. This is when he just started shouting at me more saying I could not buy the meal for the advertised price and that it would be £5 for 3 wings and chips with out a drink. I felt so upset but kept calm and explained to him that this was false advertising and I had a right to buy it at the advertised price. Ultimately he gave me the whole advertised meal at the advertised price but not before baring me and telling me that they do not serve tramps. I should have just bought a bag of crisps and gone hungry as now I have food poisoning from the tiny portion of stale, cold food they served me and honestly I wouldn't serve it to a child or an animal. I might be homeless but it's through no fault of my own, I have no addictions and keep very clean. Knowone deserves to be treated in this way. It doesn't matter what your income or personal situation is every one deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Needless to say I have reported them to trading standard and food standards. I have been to hundreds of pizza hot 4 you restaurants in hundreds of different towns in Kent, London, and Leicestershire and this is by far the worst. If I could have rated this place 0 on everything I really would have. Someone needs to close them down. There's another shop just 2 stores down that are a tiny bit more expensive but have excellent service, and good food standards. I would strongly advice going there.

I placed an order this evening for collection in my local branch in Leyton Bakers Arms. Upon collection I realised I selected Leyton Mills in error. However the Bakers Arms store kindly offered to remake my offer while I waited as I couldn’t get to the other store in a timely manner. They were very nice about my mistake and rectified it with no issues. The food tasted lovely for my Friday night treat. Thank you.

Stopped at this place with my wife for coffee and cake. Both items were OK. The place was clean enough. Despite reading some of the negative reviews we found this place OK.
