Domino's Pizza in Waltham Forest

Scam artists. Avoid, you'll lose your money. How this is an official Dominos branch is beyond me, shocking.

My order never arrived. I kept calling, they kept saying it was "on the way" until long after they'd shut. Asked for a refund, they refused. So essentially they've just stolen £40 off me for nothing. BEWARE.

Great customer service only been here a few times and staff already remember what i get most of the time! Staff are so sweet, the food is very nice as well. The place is clean as well

A year ago I wrote a 1 star review because it was not good. Honestly, this particular occasion was a 10/10! It was SO hot, came so quickly and was so fresh. I wanted to call the store to thank them. It was incredible, especially for a busy Friday night. Thanks guys!

Second time I ordered, second time phone call and they say they are outside and can't find the place. First time I fell for it and went outside and guy was just standing outside the main door. Just lazy to come to the 2nd floor. Second time when they rang me and said they can't find the place I've said they exactly know where they are and they rang the bell after that! I'm paying for the delivery. I want my order to get delivered to my door. If I want to go outside, I would eat in the restaurant. Not gonna order anymore.

Apologies for the delay. On January 26, 2019, I was unwell and decided to order an £11.74 pizza for delivery. Unfortunately, I never received the pizza and did not receive a refund either. The most memorable part of this experience was an unpleasant phone conversation with a staff member. Since that day, I have not purchased Domino’s pizza again and I assure you that it will not happen in the future.

Guys please be aware, The male manager on the phone is very aggressive and simply rushes every call. He is not polite and does not listen to what you say. All he knows is to rush the phone call to shut the phone to answer others.

Gluten free veggie pizza was disgusting .. cold... not even cut. And the price for gluten free base is ridiculous its literally a joke to charge that for such a bad pizza I couldn't even eat it. Please don't get excited over their gluten free stuff if you have newly known or long term sensitivities because this is not edible at all..

I've been to this domino's branch enough to know that it is routine to enter the establishment and wait to be served for no other reason than the staff who are assigned to taking orders prefer to continue their casual conversations before they get to you. This happens every.single.time (but im done with this place so they won't get me again lol).It's so bold and so amusing that i have to laugh. They will look you straight in the eye, no greeting, just a look, and then they'll get back to gossiping amongst each other before they eventually make it over to the customer. If they could just train their customer service staff this place would be fine.

Ordered 2 pizzas on the app and wanted one pizza with pineapple but the app wouldn’t allow to only do it on one so we called to tell them this and the manager was extremely rude and told us that there’s no such thing as pineapple allergy and that the pizzas were in the oven and he can’t do anything about it. He was arguing with us on the phone for ages ! It’s a forth time this branch messed up my order and the manager is just the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. Last time time I was given a free pizza and they messed it up again ! Honestly the manager should consider changing his career as he shouldn’t be dealing with people. The worst experience… again…

The service in this store is great. Always deliver on time hot and fresh pizza. Definitely recommend all to try.

Disgusting and unhelpful. Not one but TWO hairs in my food. When the pizza came it was completely burnt but yet stone cold because it took over an hour to arrive. They are quick to take your money but I am still waiting for my refund over one week later

It was my first time ordering a pizza online and seeing my experience, will be also the last one. I ordered a simple pizza with a side and a drink and I have been waiting for them for more than 1 hours and 15 minutes. I called several times the store, and several times, the manager in charge of the shift replied to me very rudely, not even apologizing. Your pizza is good but both your manager and also tm (both online and in person) are very rude, instead of wasting time joking with the drivers, you should better how to behave with customers the people you hired.!

I visited this shop on Monday the 22nd March 2021 at around 22:00, after being ignored by two staff members for 10mins, I was finally asked if I was being served by a manager that came out. I really should have walked out by that point, he then sent one of the staff that had been earlier ignoring me to serve me. I usually have a pizza at this shop and is normally to a good standard, but whoever the lady and guy who was working on this particular night needs to be removed from their duties. They have no customer service skills and the pizza was one of the worst I’ve ever tasted, they didn’t do Dominoes any justice. If you were thinking of the advert that says rely on Dominoes they wasn’t talking about this shop

Decent local pizza place. Been handy during lockdown however on some days pizza is amazing and others not so great so has been hit and miss but not consistent however food is on average ok.

I find it very humiliating when you places an order with one of the top food chains and they leave your food on the floor outside your front door on the doormat. Last time I looked outside my door I thought I was in London and not in a third world country. To be honest I don't even think that I would get that level of service in a third world country. I always go to Domino's when I get pizza because it just tastes so good, staff are very friendly, and the price is surprisingly cheap for such taste and variety.

Dominos app has recently started defaulting to Leyton rather than Stratford store. Since this pizzas have been consistently over and hour and a half to be delivered, sitting in Quality Check for >30 mins. Delivery drivers take absolutely bizarre routes and pizza is out for delivery for >30 mins with pizzas arriving cold. Will be collecting from Stratford store in future.

After more than an hour I called and was told the driver was on his way usually about 7-10min. 20 mins later called back and was told he is on his way again. Than more than 1 hour 30 mins the driver comes with lukewarm food. I have been a customer for more than 6-7 years should not be treated like a mug. Ps the app said 25-29 mins which is why I called. Carry on getting those 1 star reviews.

As with someone's review from February, this store sets its delivery times online as up to 36minutes when they're busy... and then takes closer to 90minutes to deliver. When you call the store, the rude and unhelpful staff bark at you - one even breached GDPR yesterday reading addresses to me that were not my own. When my pizza finally arrived, it was stone cold; I called to complain and was told they'd collect it. 10 minutes later, they took it away, and told me they'd refund me. Unacceptable - and goodness knows how much food they taste with this happening clearly frequently. The franchisee clearly refuses to learn from this, sends stock response emails to anyone who complains. Head Office need to know about the appalling way this store is being run and how it is damaging their brand.

This visit there went very good, good service, and the food was great No complaints this time, Maybe because the manager was absent that day.. Can't get to happy bout the visit thou, who knows how it will go next time.

Asians make pizzas, a nightmare can't get along with this Asian lady receiving the order. How many of my acquaintances will give up before they order just because hearing her voice. It's like when she is there there is literally no pizza I leytone. So annoyed!!!

I ordered from here tonight as an emergency, supermarket had closed early... I ordered at 25 past 11, hasn’t arrived and it’s half 13 now... App claims my pizza has been delivered so cannot track my driver, and I’ve called the place 4 times with no response... The shop is a 9 minute drive to my place, delivery apparently went out around midnight...

Ordered food was told 25 minutes. Driver had an attitude an couldnt be bothered leave the car park to deliver it. Turned up cold and with the wrong dip. Phoned up and was told they can send another pizza in a hour. Won't be using them again and wouldnt recommend anyone else doesn't either

I tried to order on the app which wouldnt let me pay for this store 3 times. Phoned to order instead and the order was more expensive which was the first annoying thing. The second was that when we arrived they said that I never ordered anything. After 10 minutes of arguing it turns out that my order was waiting on the hot shelves the entire time. Really irritated at the blatent lazy attitude of the staff. Collection for 2 x pizzas and 1 x side in Leyton High Road branch

I ordered at 6pm for 8.45pm its 9.20pm my pizzas arent here yet. I have been fasting all day. I expect my food to be here on time, especially when the shop is 10 minutes away. When I called to ask about my food, I was told somehow the delivery time is 1 and a half hours then I asked why and he hung up on me.

Delivery is such a joke! Apparently pizza has been out for delivery for 40 mins for a less than 10 min journey. Been watching the delivery tracker and the route he takes is the most backward route and seems to stay at each property for about 10 mins each. This has happened the last couple of times we have ordered.

Ordered a pizza. Arrived one hour and 25 minutes later, stone cold with no explanation. I phoned the store three times and was told each time that it would be there within a few minutes.The online tracking told us that the pizzas had left the store and was half a mile away after which we waited another 45 minutes before it actually arrived. On calling to complain, I was asked "What is it you want?" I suggested a refund which prompted a long pause while she talked to a manager. She came back with a very ungracious and reluctant halfprice refund and no apology whatsoever. Just really poor service…

I always buy pizza from this branch because I have been happy with the cleanliness. Always happy with the service and the friendliness of the staff, A service with a smile. Neelam, is the front face of the branch and she makes you feel welcomed to the branch. Parking is very convenient, you can park either on the side of the branch or if you require for longer you can park 2 hours for free in Tesco. I recommend this place for all pizza lovers.
