Domino's in Crawley

Absolute poooooor customer service would not recommend -1000/10 poor food quality too the pizza’s look like they’ve been beaten up not an a pleasure to look at

The worst place I have ever orderd from this is my 3rd time ordering online every time there was something wrong from cold food to waiting up to an hour for food rude staff rude management, this time i orderd online said it had been deleiverd phoned them up as it had not been was told on the phone that they rung and knocked which I no for a fact is just a lie no missed call and did not hear the door, was told they would make a fresh one and have it to me in 25 mins got it in 20, for some reason driver asked me to come to he's car to collect it which is just weird but I did anyway he was very rude to me and just grunted when I said thank you, when I finally stared eating it it was cold, raw and tasted like raw dough. They seriously need new management.

Ordered online last night and it said 30-45 mins for delivery. Upon 90 mins we looked on line and it showed as delivered! I called them and put on hold to wait for 5 mins before being cut off! Then the delivery driver turns up with two passengers in his car and drops the sides on the floor. The food was cold so we rejected it. The driver just shrugged his shoulders n didn’t care at all. I then drove down to the store and asked to speak to the manager who was rude, ignorant, couldn’t care less and too busy running a group of headless chickens to stop and deal with my complaint! I asked for refund and was told it would take 2-3 working days to get refunded! I asked for cash to be told they couldn’t do that! I opted for the food to be made again. I wish I hadn’t as the American Hot pizza was not hot at all, the chicken and bacon had half a dozen pieces of each meat on it at most and the sides were awful! Pizzas were large btw. Threw it all in the bin and went to Pappa Johns and had great pizza delivered in 25 mins! £28 for two large pizzas and 4 sides that I didnt even give to my dog as I can’t afford the vets bill.

I ordered hot wings and they came freezing cold, I called up to ask for a replacement and I was spoken to rudely hung up on but then eventually they said they will deliver fresh ones. Hour goes by I try to call back and they blocked my number. Trash Trash Trash place, rude unorganized lazy staff, bad customer service. This place needs new staff

We were late into Crawley on a Thursday night and this was one of the few places open . It boasted something about the fastest pizza made but be assured I could have got a flight to Italy and returned in the time it took to get our food ..A little exaggerated but so very disappointed to have to wait so long late at night here..will not do it again...oh and the food was all a bit soggy and not great

I ordered a pizza to be delivered online and it never showed up, despite being shown as delivered online. I called the local Dominos many times and no answer. Terrible. I will go to pizza hut from now on. Now for the battle of getting my money back!!

Always have good food from Dominoes and the tracker on the app allows me to see my order is. The only thing is that it's hideously expensive when compared to other takeaways.....thank goodness for the offers which only then brings it into the right ball park

Nice pizza as Dominos often is. Good value with the offers on. If collecting please note nowhere to sit inside and not the sort of place to hang around outside. Overall if you want a decent pizza you could do worse.

Ordered tonight from High Street Crawley and what a dreadful experience. All approx. times ordered 17.45 ish, Tracker advised out for delivery 18.30, 18.45 no sign, rang shop but disinterested and basically just wanted me to wait. The driver rang 18.47 exact (time on phone) lost so gave him directions, and opp. Crawley hospital (which being a hospital is well known) 19.10 still no sign, so rang shop again, by now not happy and starving, I said how disgusted I was it was 25mins since he rang and he must know Crawley hospital. All the manager kept doing was saying sorry and blamed it on driver being new, but he had sent out "A NEW ORDER" with a different driver so it would be hot. So I mentioned he better had and it better be hot. His reply Yeah yeah it will be. So finally 19.15 it arrived, unpacked stone cold, rock hard and chewy because it was not new and now nearly an hour old (since driver originally set out) DISGUSTED and offered no goodwill what so ever, do not order from Crawley, AWFUL

Swearing, violent, delivery driver. Half order was delivered. Called a liar when complained to the manager. Very close to calling the police, just didn't want to upset my children after what they saw an heard at our home. As it was scary an unnecessary behaviour Never ever use these again

Not happy with this Domino's. Closing sign says 5am and getting there at 3am with doors closed and staff clearly seeing us outside. Don't keep people in the shop if your going to close early.

Fast service, value for money and delicious pizza ...strongly recommend as we use this place frequently.

Service was good, waited approx 15 mins, the pizza was of a standard quality like how they usually are. Price was quite high.

Excellent service as they deliver out to me despite the website saying they don't! It's never going to be a delicious Italian pizza, but it's a pretty good American pizza.

Used several times over the past three or four years, staff polite and they know what they are doing.

We have had 3 separate takeaways & the pizzas were always over cooked & cookies over cooked won't buy again

Not my favourite delivery pizza but popular with my teenagers who like barbecue sauce on their pizza

Happened upon Dominoes whilst returning to the hotel we were staying at. Due to the munchies, ordered a large pizza and garlic bread and have forgotten the following - how greasy fresh pizza can be on a stomach already sated with alcohol and how expensive pizzas can be from these places. Yes we did eat it but will TRY to remember next time to eat beforehand.

Really struggled with this branch of Dominos - sometimes the food is really good quality and they deliver with 10-15 mins. Other times the food is burnt/cold/not well made and delivery has before taken nearly 2 hours(!).

Liked the pizza as which had a bit of homemade feel to it, not as tasty topping as another chain. Decent deals though.

Fast delivery, friendly man Food perfect except cookies. You always over cook your cookies. It's got the charcoal of the burntness on it! Please sort it out. Other than that the food and delivery man service was fab

Reasonable pizza and sides with delivery in 40 minutes. Pepperoni pizza was good although the other choice being one for the children.
